Been reading chris ryan last few holidays (only time i really read) so i like a bit of action but im gettin bored of the same old

If you want to read a thriller, I would suggest Deception Point by Dan Brown. Personally, I think it is much better than the whole Da Vinci Code trilogy. There are plenty of twists and a plethora of action. I am going to read his first major work, Digital Fortress, soon. That might be one to read, as well.

I am currently on Jon Meachem's American Lion, which is about Andrew Jackson's presidency. It won a Pulitzer, so I am hoping it delivers.

Re: The "Book" thread.

I'm currently reading "The Year Of Living Biblically" by AJ Jacobs.

It is a phenomenal book.

Thumbs way up, and I'm not even halfway done yet.

Try The Enemy by Lee Child. My favorite contemporary thriller novel by far (although I freely admit to being a mark for the main character).

Re: The "Book" thread.

Just started reading 'Fraud Of The Century' it is a book about the 1876 election between Rutherford B. Hayes and Samuel J. Tilden. Very forgotten part of American history.

If I am not mistaken, I believe he could simultaneously write Greek with one hand and Latin with the other.
