Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Snatch
One of my all-time favorite movies. While it's not up there rating wise with say a, "Shawshank Redemption" or an, "Almost Famous" for me it's still one of the movies I enjoy the most.
Brad Pitt's performance in this movie blows my mind in the sense that I never expected him to do such a character. The movie get's laughs from me all the way through and has some of the most unforgettable characters of all time.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Went to see it earlier today and even though i am not a fan of musicals, this film was fantastic.
Johnny Depp was amazing as Sweeney Todd and so was Helena Bonham Carter as Mrs. Lovett.
A very dark film with some good comedy as well.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Ghost Ship- a 2002 film about a group of salvagers who board a haunted ship and go through hell. This film is ok at best, I kept losing interest while watching this. But I must admit the flashback sequence of the killings in the last twenty minutes was pretty damn good. And the first five minutes of the film were also pretty good. An ok film, which you should watch only if you want to kill time with a horror film.

National Lampoon's Presents : Pledge This / Starring Paris Hilton
Typical National Lampoons Movie,Lots or Raunchy Humor. This Movie is basically about Victoria(Hilton) who is The Most Popular Girl in this College and shes the Leader of a Sorority that all the girls in this college want in,A few Girls that arent classified as Pretty or Popular all want to **** so Victoria makes them all go thru a bunch of stuff before they can ****. Its Pretty Funny and Worth a Rent,I honestly only rented it cause Paris was in it but its still pretty good

Training Day
Denzel Washington plays a veteran cop who specializes in narcotics and Ethan Hawke plays a first-year cop who wants to be on Denzel's team. Very good movie with a number of twists throughout.

"Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safehouse or a relative close by. Lay low for a while, because you're probably wanted for murder."
I kinda forgot about this movie, now im gonna go watch it,haha!
Aquamarine-Nothing on tv, only movie on so eh gave it a look. Typical "ugly" girl wants guy type of movie, except they put a mermaid into all of it,haha. Mermaid wants the guy too and there u go, plot of the movie. Boring movie unless you're 12 years or younger or a really big jojo fan, which i assume would be about 12 years or younger anyways so yea, not a great movie.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
saw many films today, here are some reviews
Mortal Kombat- I watched this film about ten times when I was younger. The effects are pretty cheesy, as well as the lines, but its pretty nostalgic and I like the film. Some of the deaths (Scorpions above all), are dumb but overall I enjoyed it. Check it out if you can.
7/10
Mortal Kombat Annihilation- what a letdown this film turned out to be. So many things were wrong with it. First off, so many characters were changed which really sucked (ex. Sonya, Rayden, Johnny Cage). Next the acting was pretty bad on some parts. Shiva's death was so sudden, and they could have worked more on Baraka, and what was up with Rain's short part in the movie? The film had some pros though. The fight between Scorpion and Subzero was pretty good, although it lasted two minutes. The guy who played Jax was not bad, and Queen Sindel was very sexy looking indeed. Motoro was portrayed good except for the fact that he resembled Chuck Palumbo. Overall, a bad sequel...
5/10
Stealth- I heard this film was a huge box office flop. Well, it was on TV so I decided to watch. I gotta say I am not very impressed with it. Jessica Biel did good with her role though, and some of the music in it was pretty awesome (Incubus). Overall, i don't recommend it too much, but if you like action films that involve aerial combat, this one is for you.
6/10
Bring it On Again- a straight to video release following the first one. It was on tv so I decided to watch it. And let me say, this film is really bad. There really is not much to say about it. I want my 90 minutes back.
5/10
Bring it On: All or Nothing- I didn't actually think I would watch this film after watching its prequel. But I heard it was as good as the first one, and Hayden Panettiere is in it, who I find hot. All in all, this film is pretty good. I think it outshines the original actually. Entertaining from beginning to end.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Sorry about the double post, but I really don't see a point of editing my previous reply so many times if no one replies...
27 Dresses- a film about a girl (Katherine Heigl) who has been a bridesmaid 27 times. This time her younger sister is getting married, but Heigl believes that she has fallen in love as well. This film is good for what it is, if you like romantic comedies like this you will like this. Katherine Heigl didn't do bad in her role, And Malin Akerman is rising in the movie world. Overall, not bad could have been better.
6/10
Mad Money- this film is really underrated in my opinion. IMDB gave it a 4.4/10, but I think it deserves higher. Its a nice entertaining film, about three women who rob from the bank they work in. It is funny on many levels and all three (Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah, Katie Holmes) do good with their roles. I also have a thing for Katie Holmes, which is the main reason I checked this film out. Overall good film, and I recommend it to all who are looking for a good time.
