Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
**review contains plot spoilers**
I Know Who Killed Me - Probably more than people were expecting from a movie with a Lindsay Lohan in it. She plays a set of twins separated at birth (familiar?), one an average college girl, the other a stripper. When the college girl gets kidnapped and starts to get tortured by her kidnapper (he cuts off her arm and leg), the other twin, the stripper, through stigmata, has the same thing happen to her body. Yes, as contrived as it sounds, this means her leg just randomly falls of without any explanation. Anyway, upon the death of their mother (who lives by the stripper, who the college girl has never met), the stripper is hinted toward where her sister is located (and losing a leg and arm was a pretty hint in the first place). Anyway, she finds her and rescues her.
There were several plot holes and continuity problems, but if you like the idea of Lindsay Lohan as a stripper, you'll like this movie. I wasn't so impressed though. 6.5/10

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
First Sunday- don't expect too much from this film at all. The plot to begin with isn't too great. I mean come on, two guys that want to rob from a church. Ice Cube does what he can with his role, and the only thing that made this film even mildly interesting, was the fact that Katt Williams was in it. Please save your money and don't watch this film.

Punch Drunk Love
I saw it a long time ago and didn't really like it but I watched it again this weekend and it was a lot better than I remembered! It's really weird but it's still a good movie and it's cool to see Adam Sandler being serious instead of being a goof ball like he usually is. If you like weird kinda movies or if you like Adam Sandler and want to see him do something completely different then you should definitely see this movie!
Movie Rating: ***

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Juno- I am glad that this film got a wide release, because it is pretty good. Who knew that Ellen Page could do so good at her role as a teenage parent. I recommended this film, because it is entertaining. Michael Cera (Superbad) also does pretty good in this film. I was surprised to see Jenifer Garner in this film, but ti only makes it better. Bottom line watch this film.

The Bourne Ultimatum
Absolutely loved this movie. It's my favorite of the three. All three together are awesome but this one stands out to me.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
There Will Be Blood- this film was praised by many so I decided to check it out. First thing that interested me was the fact that Daniel Day Lewis would star in it. I loved his performance in Gangs of New York, so i was expecting good things. I also remembered the phrase "There will be Blood" was a tagline for one of the Saw films. So I was expecting a horror film but its not horror. The beginning started off a little show, but it is evident that Daniel Day Lewis does a great job as his role as Daniel Plainview. The guy who played the Preacher was awesome as well, and seeing the two interact is fun to watch. Ending is brilliant, along with everything else. This film is truly different than any I have seen before, its a little long on running time, but its all fine. First good film I have seen in 2008 thats for sure. Bottom line, watch this film its Oscar worthy.
8/10, these days it seems like I hand out too many 8's. Hmmm, maybe its just that there are some good films these days.

One of them ends up befriending cops and rides around with them as the other two go in look for alcohol. Eventually then end up at the party with the alcohol but fail at getting laid but show signs of relationships beginning with girls.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Armageddon
Movie was met with mixed reviews and sure is no masterpiece but it's pretty damn impressive and entertaining nontheless. A bunch of drillers are recruited by NASA to help save the planet from being struck by a world threatening asteroid. Great entertainment although a little overdone, has a top cast and soundtrack that help it out and ends up being a good movie, imo
8/10. Not for everyone sure, but is damn entertaining.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
No Country For Old Men
Coen Brothers bringing out another gem. Best movie I've seen in a long time and best movie I've seen this year. Javier Bardem plays his role perfectly. Josh Brolin did too. Excellent movie from beginning to end.
9/10.
Wait, I am gonna wait on saying it's the best movie I've seen this year because I have yet to see There Will Be Blood or Sweeney Todd. Both of which are supposed to be incredible.
