Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Crazy Eights- 7th film of the Horrorfest that I've seen, and man was it bad. I actually didn't expect much anyways, because most of these independent horror films end up being crappers. Bad, but not the worst from this years Horrorfest.
4/10
Just Married- I needed to wash away all the "bad" from the last movie I saw, so i decided to watch a comedy. I didn't expect too much from this film. I have come to the conclusion that this film is underrated and very funny indeed. I always end u liking films with Asthon Kutcher in it. I just thought that the whole idea of a destined couple gone wrong was really cool. Good film, Its a fun one to check out.
8/10
Lucky Number Slevin- this movie just blew me away. Josh Hartnett gives one hell of a performance, damn he was good in this film. So much shooting, blood, and it even has some laughs in it here and there. The cast also includes Morgan Freeman and Bruce Willis, so its a real must see. The last twenty five minutes of this film are spectacular. Everything comes together, and the twist is just so good. Like I said before this film blew me away. It is a really good film, I gave it an 8 but because it had such a clever end I give it a 9.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets
I loved the movie. It was a good sequel to the first and just as good, if not better. There are a few "There is no way in hell that would happen" moments, but it comes off alright in those spots. The sequence towards the end was a bit "Indiana Jones-ish" but still very good movie.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
One Missed Call- A Japanese horror remake, much like The Grudge and The Ring. Basically this film was about teenage kids getting voicemails that are an eerie prelude to their death. This film could not really keep me interested for too long. I mean the whole idea with the cell phones and voicemails really didn't get to me. But then again its not the worst horror movie, thats for sure. If you liked the Japanese versions, you should probably watch this film. If not, then you should probably wait to go to the theaters.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
I Am Legend:
As everybody knows this stars Will Smith as a survivor scientist and is the last man on earth (so he thinks). Really good acting on Smiths part, carrying the majority of the film on his own. Special effects were pretty good to awesome and was really a good end of the year blockbuster.
If you enjoy end of the world type movies, with good amounts of action and things of that nature this is definatley for you.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
Knocked Up.
I can definetly say I was surprised by how funny this movie was. I saw the trailer for it a while back at the cinemas and was not that impressed. But once again, "The 40 Year Old Virgin" guys put together a great movie about a less then attractive guy (who has NO Job and spends most of his time smoking pot and working on pornographic websites) having unprotected sex with a fairly attractive News repoter and gets her pregnant. So overall I will say that for me this one was a winner.
I would give it an 8/10.

Re: Rate & Mini-Summarize the Last Movie You Saw
I'm Not There- a film about Bob Dylan and stories of his lifetime. The film is played by different actors who represent a part of his lifetime. This film was good because it had both Christian Bale and Heath Ledger (Dark Knight cast!!). Crazy thing is even Cate Blanchett plays a man in this film, and boy she plays a male well. Not only that but you have Richard Gere and Ben Whilslow (lead actor from Perfume: The Story of a Murderer). This film is pretty different because of the different actors, kind of reminded me of Crash. From all that play the lead role I would have to say Heath Ledger did it the best. Interesting film, catch it if you can.
7/10
Rescue Dawn- I guess I went on a Christian Bale frenzy today. This film is great, a great tale of survival in the wilderness. Bale puts on a great performance, I'm telling you there is no praising this man enough. The film is funny at times near the beginning when hes tied up and says he needs to take a shit. I know that if I were in his situation I never would have made it out alive. I never thought anyone but Snake (MGS) would be cool enough to eat a snake, guess I was wrong. All in all the film is quite awesome, and I recommend it to all Bale fans.
7 or 8/10 (still not sure)

National Treasure: Book of Secrets
I really enjoyed this movie. Like someone previously pointed out there are some moments in the movie that makes you roll your eyes but it's a fun ride and it's good for what it is.

One Missed Call
Horrible movie. Not even worth renting. Not even worth watching if someone else rents it. Horrible.
