Yeah, I enjoyed it, so why the fuck would I care if you didn't?
The sequel to one of my favorite stoner movies "Harold and Kumar Go To Whitecastle". The story picks up right where they left off to go to Amsterdam so Harold can see Maria. But when Kumar brings a smoking device that looks like a bomb they get mistaken for terrorists and get sent to Guantanamo Bay, later escaping. Then they try to clear they're name and stop Kumar's ex-girlfriends wedding.
This movie was just as good as the first. Jokes were funny and the chemistry between the actors was hilarious. I cant wait until they make a third because I cannot get enough of this duo. This movie kind of reminded me of Beavis and Butthead "Do" America with the whole government being against them.
I don't care if people disagree, I know these are funny movies and it's something fresh in my eyes than your average buddy comedy.
Con Air- a film about a plane full of convicts, and a whole lot of action. Starring Nicolas Cage (National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets), John Cusack (Martian Child), and John Malkovich (Beowulf). The action and dialogue in this film is mostly cheesy, but I still find it enjoyable. There isn't much else to say about this film. I liked John Cusack in this film and think he did great in his role as a Lieutenant.
"Drop the bunny" is one of the funniest scenes/lines in a movie of all time!
The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor- a film in which Rick O'Connell and his family must fight the resurrected Dragon Emperor. Starring Brendan Frasier (Journey to the Center of the Earth), Jet Li (War), and Maria Bello (A History Of Violence). The original Mummy is still the best, but this one is a good addition. I don't think it feels out of place, or that it hurt to add a third installment. If you are a fan of the films, or looking for a good adventure, check it out.
A down of the luck man decides to make his mark by attempting an assassination plot against President Nixon.
Staring a great cast featuring Sean Penn, Don Cheadle and Noami Watts. This was based on a true story, and what makes it so great is that Sam Bickle, the main character, is probably not that different from you or me or many other people. I'll use a quote from the movie itself. "All I wanted was a little piece of the American Dream...Is that too much to ask for?" That pretty much sums this great movie up. Penn's performance is incredible. He owns the role as the pathetic yet sympathetic man who can't catch break in life and gets sick of it all. This is definitely a treat for any fan of Penn or any fan of powerful films in general. Thx to dodgeball64 for the recommendation.
In a poor Iranian Neighborhood, Ali has lost his sisters shoes. They share 1 pair in between them all the while keeping it secret from their parents.
This is a really touching, charming, and simple story of family togetherness. The child actors are great and come off sincere giving off an innocence that shines through. I was expecting some political or religious junk tossed in there but I was pleasantly surprised that it was almost non-existent. They focused on the kids and the story is told with the utmost simplicity. It really makes you realize that possessions aren't nearly as important as the love and care you share with those nearest and dearest to you. This is definitely one to watch with the whole family.
The Condemned Many people said this film was utter crap but i watched anyway and i really enjoyed the action and all the fighting it's weird because i don't usually like these type of films i love to watch comedy but this film was a great one so a 10/10 for me.
I'm very, very, very tempted to say (even said to my dad that it was after we watched it) that this movie is better than the Dark Knight. The way the plot came together in this movie was perfect. Plus there was some good comedy spots. Tony Stark is a "free spirit" character and that just makes the overall "atmosphere" of the movie more enjoyable. This is a must watch for anybody that's into marvel comics.
