when i said 'looked rubbish' i meant the actual content not quality, we already seen the joker card at the end of the last movie, we shoudl actually see a glimpse of him in the trailer i feel.

Plus it looks like it was filmed in a basement during someones lunch hour.lol

Apparently you don't see what they (WB) has been doing, a nice grassroots campaign to really wet the appetite of fans, especially when many are wondering one thing: how does Ledger's Joker compare to Nicholson's Joker? They are expertly teasing his look

i see your point but still think there's 'teasing' and then there 'teasing' if you get me. even if we just had a shadow glimpse it would be better than the trailer we seem to be getting

I think Ledger will be an awesome joker myself and i find it hard to believe that the film will be anything but brilliant, also like the fact that the second movie is going to set up the 3rd, so we wont be getting a pointless threequel(ala potc:AWE)

That's exactly it: to tease you. They want people who dont watch trailers online with easy access to them, to watch as the trailer is going and wonder what it is. Then the flash of a logo--or a face--that makes them go, "Oh sweet! Awesome!" They don't come outright and show everything. Because if they show everything, there will be some people who will then say, "Now I don't have to go see it."

Plus, they already have teased wit his face here:

I liked the teasers for the Star Wars prequels with Vader breathing etc, thats whats teaser should be like imo

apparently the new teaser is also going to be at the end of the new superman doomsday dvd

Well, note my user name: I am a Star Wars fan. But that's Star Wars. It could've been Jar Jar jerking off and people would've loved it. That group--myself included--is a "pre-programmed" group of people.

I did hear about the Superman DVD. Also keep in mind that this "teaser" that I posted is a long rumored teaser trailer and its never been confirmed that would be the content of the teaser. It could just have been used for theater owners. We will have to wait and see

It's a teaser not theatrial and anyway the film doesn't come out till next year so there probably going to hold fottage of the joker back as much as possible probably till december I would think. I'm actually suprised how much information they've allowed people to see
