I really didn't like the fact they only made one for it while they could of done more with it and even left off at the end of the first one like there was going to be another.

However I don't really know much about what is out there but I do have an interest in things of that storyline or genre. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other anime/manga that might be similar to the Street Fighter II V series. I would prefer something in english or english dub.
Quality Anime in relation to anything like SF is quite hard to find.

I have a quick question. What is it that you liked about SF? The fighting? If so, I can recommend plenty action filled Anime.

Just let me know, though.

If you liked the fighting I recommend Dragonball Z.

go to TV.com. episode caps for all episodes most of the time. if it's a fairly popular subbed anime or one released here in the States, then you'll find everything you need there.

or just google them

As long as there's a Triforce, there will be a Zelda;
as long as there's a prosperous kingdom, there will be an evil bent on destroying it;
and as long as there's an oppressive force threatening Hyrule, there will be a boy...

I already checked tv.com The recap didn't answer my question. Have you seen all the episodes?

So do I.

Seph, did you watch Death Note on AS? If so, what did you think of the dubbing?

I didn't like Ryuk's voice, I wish he would have sounded more sinister. I really hope they find the right guy to do L's voice. I really didn't like that Bleach wasn't on last night

We both know that Bleach dubbed is nothing compared to subbed. Anyways, its on hiatus for quite a while; most likely 37 weeks(37 Death Note Eps) until they release another one). Dubbing is a long process. They had quite a while to prepare the first 52 eps. They need another length of time to do more.

Ryuk's voice really surprised me. I thought that was going to be damn near impossible to cast. So basically, my expectation were exceeded, but my expectations were never high.

Re: Anime Discussion Thread

I still enjoy watching Bleach on AS, mostly because I have to delete every couple episodes I download because of lack of disc space At least there playing it on weeknights now.

And whats the deal with that edited Death Note you guys were talking about? They're trying to make a kids show out of it?

Its a kids network. I assume, that they have a distribution deal with Viz, for their other shows. The more times Death Note airs, the more money Viz is going to pull in.

But, it has to be edited due to it being a kids network.

So basically, Viz wants money.
