They restarted the anime? Guess I have something to watch for later,I'll post my reaction to the first episode when I watch it here,I didn't watch all the fight scenes since I don't wanna spoil much shit here thats how much I'm giving this anime a chance.

They restarted the anime under a different studio called Madhouse, so far, they did a great job, but the first part is a bit boring (it's boring in the old anime, too :P),so just skim through it until you reach The Zaoldyecks arc.

HxH is too popular in Japan, and pretty popular in the other sides of the world (I'm in a forum that's specialized in everything naruto-related, but when it comes to other Anime, HxH's anime discussion grows in a FAST pace), it's also VERY popular in the middle east, especially for old-school cartoon fans(most of them call it cartoon, so whatever =.=).

In Netflix news... The jerks are butchering the Anime department again. Come the 15th, Anime like Baccano!, Kenichi, ALL the Slayers, and other Anime are getting kicked off.

Chi Chi, Misty from Pokemon, Sally from Sonic SatAM, Hilary from Beyblade
pointless, annoying, whiny, self righteous, exist only to distract from the main character, if thesen girls didn't exist it wouldn't effect the story one bit, the only reason they would is through writers conviniance and nothing more

In that respect, Bulma wasn't all that much more than a passing grade rendition of the common snarky, love-lorn teen sister of sitcoms. Chi-Chi didn't have too much similarity with Bulma until DBZ, and even then, she was more the psychotically overprotective mother role than anything else.
And in Misty's defense, she was a frick of a lot more bearable than Dawn or Iris.
