So everybody says. I just could never get into it. The series essentially spoiled itself every turn of the way, and I could predict every second of the story.
Code Geasse is another one that allot of people liked, but I didn't. The two had similarities in the sense the main characters had god-complexes. That might be it, because I outright hated both characters.

I watched 2 episodes of Code Geasse and couldn't get into it,It bored me quick and I wasn't interested in it at all and I kinda hated the main guy of the story in it.However hating the main guy doesn't always get you to stop watching an anime,I DESPISED Light with a passion but I just couldn't go "he's boring to watch" because he was interesting to watch and was a great villain and was very hateable,Death Note's ending was somewhat bittersweet to me.I think almost anybody sensible dislikes people with god complex,Annoying fuckwads.

With Light it was about the way he did things. Again, it was as if I could predict every move he made. That's what really ticked me off, everything felt so obvious, I couldn't get sucked into the story, at all.
Again, most definitely a personal thing. I know allot of people love it, some to fanatical points. Heard somebody was killed and a death note was left near him some time ago.

Doesn't change that people with god complex are annoying fuckwads and are to some point somewhat moronic,This is why I enjoyed Death Note's ending ever so much "though I do prefer the manga's ending more because of my hatred towards Light".

Shit, I stated my detest for Code Geass in this thread before but I can understand why it's beloved by so many fans. As well as Naruto, which I stated also sucked and was considered a shit show. I have to agree with you guys that I can't stand Light, just wanted him to die the most horrible death imaginable
Yeah, Highschool of Dead pissed me off as well.

Hey man, I wouldn't do it, but you can go right on ahead. Like I said, I liked Death Note. GT was certainly the weakest in the Dragon Ball franchise, but I still find some entertainment in it. HATED Trunks on it though. Shouldn't have been surprised. I hated Kid Trunks on DBZ too.
