Sup bras and bros, time for another RECOMMENDATION BY TINKERBELL! this time let's take a look an visual novel made anime adaption with Koihime Musō (rated R+ for mild nudity) SYNOPSIS TIME
This anime is based on an eroge game by Baseson, which was loosely based on the classic Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Having lost her family to bandits during night raid, Kanu swears, she will not let others share the same pain. She quickly becomes a well-known and feared by villains bandit hunter. During her journey she comes across others, who wish to join her cause. One of them is a girl RinRin, who had similar experience with bandits in the past.
As said the show is loosely based on the Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, but has made a change in making pretty much all of the characters female. Now what makes this a bit unique from other eroge visual novels made anime is that instead of having the main character from the game interact with all the female characters in the story and have a harem, this show has simply gone and thrown the main character straight out of the show leaving pretty much only the female characters left in a other storyline that from the visual novel, that of course leaves the relationships in the show to be yuri relationships, and the nudity in the show are either for fun or fanservice.
The show also focuses on action as many of the characters carry either a big freaking weapon or at least hangs out with someone who fights and gets in trouble with thieves (all 3 of them), so that's the recommendation from me to you, of course if you check the show out and like it I'll also recommend the sequels to it Shin Koihime†Musou and Shin Koihime†Musou: Otome Tairan
Can the eps be found on youtube? I am missing out on a lot of anime because my net is too damn slow atm. I am just reading some manga. Been reading BEELZEBUB. I freaking lost my place in that manga because I recently cleared my bookmarks. Now gotta go search.
Great, I can rest easy now. Beelzebub is your basic shonen style manga about a high school delinquent who is evil and strong enough whoop some serious ass, so he finds this demon lord baby that latches onto him because he's the strongest evil dude around. Now he's forced to raise that baby into a demon king. The funny parts are my type of humor. lol
The early chaps are pretty much gang wars.

Koihime Musou, hmmm... It's based off of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, isn't it?
Exactly, the Anime, I guess is a little more away from Romance of the Three Kingdoms (I haven't read the novel so I'm not sure) but the visual novel is pretty dead on, here's the setting for the visual novel.
The game is set in ancient China during and after the fall of the Han dynasty with some major differences, most notably; Most of the male characters in the novel have become female and The Three Kingdoms that were formed after the Han Dynasty, had already been established. Despite each kingdom being ruled by an independent monarchy, the three kingdoms are still loyal to the Han empire. However, the empire is on the verge of collapse as civil unrest, banditry and infighting bring turmoil to the nation.
As the empire finally collapse and warlords wage war with each other, amidst the turmoil several major factions are formed, ready to rule and unite the fractured nation. These major factions (5 in Koihime Musō, 7 in the sequel) are the Shoku faction (Chinese: 蜀, Shǔ) led by Kazuto Hongō in Koihime Musō and in the sequel, Queen Ryūbi (Liu Bei) of the Kingdom of Shu, the Gi faction (Chinese: 魏, Wèi) led by Queen Sōsō (Cao Cao) of the Kingdom of Wei, the Go faction (Chinese: 吳, Wú) led by Princess Sonken (Sun Quan) of the Kingdom of Wu and in the sequel, her older sister Queen Sonsaku (Sun Ce), the Tōtaku faction (Chinese: 董卓, Dong Zhuo) led by Governess Tōtaku, Governor of Dong province, the En/Yuan faction led by Lady Enshō, Lord of Yuan province, and in the sequel the Kōkintō/Yellow Turban Rebels led by the Zhang sisters, Chōkaku, Chōhō and Chōryō and the Nanban/Southern Barbarians led by Mōkaku. (The anime is set before the Han empire fell and before the power struggle between the warlords began.)
