It isn't well liked in these parts. Ive only seem a few episode and I didn't mind it. Thought the fanservice gets a little overboard. Boob-fu, my god. Ive seem worse animes. Heck I sadly own a few.

Don't think you'll get heat for liking a bad anime, I have a few guilty pleasures myself (Hellsing, not the Hellsing Ultimate stuff but the old Hellsing stuff, yeah that fukking pwned) I think you'd get more heat for hating an anime that's well liked.......like me despising Elfen Lied for the complete horrible bad character douche anime I consider it to be

I think what ticked some off, is the fact that it was a really anticipated series to come out in anime form, and the overboard fanservice/ecchi got on people's nerves. Just like Virus, I only watched a couple maybe a few eps, and never finished it. I swear the manga had the same amount thou, at least I think. stopped reading after the chubby dude was forced to kill the girl that he liked.

I don't even remember much of HOTD, but I remember clearly that at first I made the mistake of watching the english dubbed version (don't do it people, never!) and man, there where dropped quite the amount of F bombs in just the first two episodes I watched before watching the dubbed version.

I think that you have to have mindset of not taking it serious, then you'll most likely enjoy. Sure, it isn't a masterpiece. It's just a fanservice show with zombies and that's all.

I used to read it a while back until I had completely caught up. The bad thing is that the gaps were like a month long which is why I lost interest & forgot about it. I'd recommend it to Zombies lovers though.

Who every posted the YuYu Hakusho video made me sad, I miss being a kid watching good cartoons/animes.

Does anyone read History's Strongest Disciple? Its also on Netflix for those who can tolerate the english dub. I will say that Appachi's voice irritates the bloody hell out of me,they make it seem like he's all brawn & no brain..

Fucking tell me about it, my favorite of all time is Initial D, and it only gets a new season every couple years, and even the episodes aren't week to week then! 4th season was 2 eps every 2 months! Funny thing is, manga wise, it only releases 2 tankobon a year

It's been 6 years since the last season, I hope season 5 is almost done

To it's defense, the fact that 600 chapters amounts to so few episodes says more about the content for a car race than overall lack of content. 600 chapters to about 95 episodes worth of air time is ridiculous.

88 eps, 1 movie(considered season 3!), and a couple OVA's for a series ongoing for the last 15 years! Has to be the most self torturing fan base ever.

It almost sounds like that company has ties with Cashcom...

Wow, the dub for Angel Beats is annoying. I hate that Netflix doesn't let you switch between subbed and dubbed versions.

So do I. There are some anime I want to watch dubbed that are only subbed, and some I want to watch subbed that are only dubbed. Oh well. Its better than nothing.
