As long as there's a Triforce, there will be a Zelda;
as long as there's a prosperous kingdom, there will be an evil bent on destroying it;
and as long as there's an oppressive force threatening Hyrule, there will be a boy...
in a green tunic, silver shield, and magic blade to stand against it.
On another note, Gurren Laggan is stupid shit. It reminds of whenever somebody is watching some anime spoof on any other non anime show and it's always random screaming and nonsensical violence. In fact, here's a synopsis of Gurren Laggan.
Well, actually...that was actually entertaining, Gurren Laggan is not.
Well, there is a PLOT. It just isn't Gundam or some mecha show that has heavy political boring bullshit. It's not supposed to be taken so seriously and it knows that. It certainly isn't nearly as insane as something like Excel Saga. That IS by it's very definition nonsensical.
Tasogare Otome X Amnesia
Upotte. Not much of a moe fan but I'll check it out.
Eureka Seven Astral Sea. lol Eureka Seven with a new main character. I'm intrigued but doubtful.
Recently watched the first El Hazard OVA. OMG that one guy's laugh and the retardedly evil faces he makes. Absolutely adore the teacher. Gaining super strength while sober, awesome. Don't really care for the bug people but I know that they aren't the real big bad. Oh and the random lesbian cat hybrid thing was unexpected.
Technically not an anime but Legend of Korra the Avatar the Last Airbender sequel comes out April 14th. I'm definitely watching it but I'm not wholeheartedly sold by the new characters or the setting. Apparently the conflict is that Korra, the new avatar, has learned every element but air. She is "hotheaded, independent, and ready to take on the world". And the conflict is a group of antibenders, they use chi like Ty Lee. I really just want to find out what happened to Ursa.
