Meh, it's fine. Since it wasn't until the fight with Tien (and I have seen the early fights with General Blue and Mercenary Tao) that I started to finally think of the Kid Goku character in the series as a bad little mofo.

Re: Anime Discussion Thread

Finished FMA a couple of days ago and watched the movie last night.

I really liked it, and it was very well done, had it's great moments but i must say i was a bit dissapointed with the ending.
The anime itself left a feeling of incompleteness that i guess the movie was supposed to wrap up, but i didn't like the movie that much.
Not bad by any means, but just felt like it was pulling too much out of its ass in terms of alchemy as it had been used and described up to then.

Still really liked the series don't get me wrong, but it could've ended quite a bit better.

Greed is such an awesome character.

Well. I don't really consider 'Pride' a sin and leaving one out seems cool-ish

Re: Anime Discussion Thread

God, I am really glad that I wasn't able to keep up with Bleach for the last year, or so. There is no way I could watch an episode and wait a week for the next one.

But as everyone knows with Bleach, about 5 minutes of the episodes are always a recap. I forgot how annoying that was.

They're ridiculously short, aren't they?
The worst bit was during Rukia's fight with the guy whose name i won't even bother trying to spell. It was like half the ep was recap and the other half was flashback recap.
Up until the filler starts around 170 or so they were going pretty slowly but there's plenty of "Crowning Moments of Awesome" crammed in the last few eps to make it worthwhile.

On a side note, just watched 203, and from the looks of things, business is about to pick up...!

The Kaien impersonator, Espada errr... #9? Her defeating 'them' is where I actually left off.

EDIT: I just started the Grimm/Ichigo fight, I am pumped.

It comes on Sunday only 1 am in the morning. I think it sucks that they only show it once on the weekend, yet Inuyasha of all shows gets back to back replays.
