Anyway, I just watched all of Beck, and read up to chapter 101 recently. Amazing.
Though the manga is 10x more descriptive and 'better' to me.

Basilisk was sort of a Japanese Samurai version of Romeo & Juliet. I didn't really like it because of the plot's predictability and the female protagonist was annoying as fuck.
