The animation is pretty great and the character development is excellent too.

This is really good stuff. Great, very interesting animation, story rocks and the characters are absolutely brilliant, especially the Count.
There are some trully magnificent pieces of character work, the kind that you could only find in top tier movies outside of Japan, but i won't mention any so i don't spoil stuff.

See, I knew that was coming, but it would have been kinda cool if it was a surprise

Not to spoil it for you or anything, but the next arc is cool because it actually answers some stuff from the early parts of the series.

Also I recently finished watching Fighting Spirit (Hajime no Ippo) and I would recommend it to anybody. It's about boxing (and I'm not a huge boxing fan by any means) but its a really cool manga/anime, and is one of my personal favorites, and I would implore any wrestling fan to give it a try!

Yeah Fighting Spirit is a pretty good anime. I first got into it through the video game.

Someone went to recommend that I should go and look at Cowboy Bebop for a decent one.
