Terminator: Genisys

paramount will be rebooting the entire franchise and going back to the very start with Kyle Reese. Arnold has been recast as the T-800 but i don't know how they will make him look believable at his age. it will be directed by Thor 2's Alan Taylor and is set for 2015.

and who is reprising the role of Sarah Connor? none other than Emily Clarke

so who else is excited for this movie? do you think it could live up to the original?

Re: Terminator: Genesis.

jesus christ let that franchise die already

it is not some epic tale that needs to be retold time and time again. it was a cool couple of films. move on.

Re: Terminator: Genesis.

I will go see it because of Emilia Clarke.. One of the best things about GoT. Gotta love Khaleesi.

Exactly this. A couple of great action films, first two. Everything else is garbage, and it needs to die.

As much as I love GoT, Emilia Clarke is a horrible actress.

Re: Terminator: Genesis.

ANOTHER Terminator chase film? Jesus can't we just get to the actual war storyline already? Since you know, that's what the story is actually about.(yes I'm aware of Salvation, which absolutely sucked BTW.)

Re: Terminator: Genesis.

I didn't hate Terminator Salvation so I am not soured on the franchise. I will always love terminator. Arnold is back for this one so. Plus Emilia CLarke is just the cutest thing ever.

Re: Terminator: Genesis.

I can't wait for this. The original and its sequel especially are two of my favourite films, and although the third and Salvation aren't what they should have been, I'm not going to right this off as a franchise.

I didn't think this was a complete reboot though, just rather recognising the first films and using the abilities of time travel to justify alterations made?

I can't wait though. I mean, if you don't want to see it then don't.
