I'm wondering this as well.

Re: FX's The Strain

Eph's reaction to finding out what Jim did seemed a bit extreme and unreasonable. I mean come on, the guy was just trying to pay for his wife's medical bills! Plus, all he did was let a seemingly harmless box through security. Not like he knew what was about to be unleashed

That scene with the Christian woman leading her neighbour to his doom was kinda hilarious, for some reason reminded me of that old lady in Lake Placid who leads her cows out to the river to get eaten by the massive crocodile

Next week's episode looks good, looks like we'll be getting some backstory for the Nazi dude

IT WAS JUST BANTER

Yeah, I like that episode, the only thing I didn't like was the scientist chick and her reaction on Abraham killing the vamps. I'm really liking the horror element in this show. Look forward to the next episode.

I can understand her freaking the fuck out. What I can't understand is how someone who is smart enough to be a scientist cannot grasp the concept that these people are already dead and a parasite is controlling their bodies. She had already seen the dead girl's corpse. She KNEW the girl was dead when she came off the plane. Yet, she still viewed it as "killing" a patient. That was just too stupid to be believable.

Re: FX's The Strain

Eh, it's not that bad. I assume she's absolutely opposed to killing. Right now, she sees this as a disease that might be able to have a cure. She just saw two people get decapitated and it didn't seem like self defense as it was in Eph's case. She's in shock. People don't think clearly while in shock. I think she'll come around once she realizes these are legit vampires. No one knows they're vampires except very few people at this moment. Or she'll die lolol.

Agree.. I mean, they were attacked by one of those things and smashed its head in.. I have a feeling she'll team up with the other CDC guy they abandoned.
