Agree. Probably my favorite performance this year.

Who is worse: Ryan Gosling or Jake Gyllenhaal?

Trick question. The answer is Ben Affleck.

I love you.

Movie is already overrated out the ass, but the Jackman performance stuff makes me question if people even comprehend what they're watching. Jake Gyllenhaal was the only aspect of the flick I ended up caring for. All the family mumbo jumbo was contrived and fell flat. The cop who wanted to finish the case after being submersed by it. Now that actually had a bit of interest running behind it.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Okay, dudes, is Moonrise Kingdom more than a "teenage love with feelings aaawww" movie? I've just downloaded it, and I'm a big fan of Wes, love Rushmore and Life Aquatic, need to rewatch The Royal Tenenbaums, but remember loving it as well. No gay answers, plz.

Not really. I liked it a lot. It's not on Life Aquatic's level, but that's a pretty high level to be fair.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

It's fucking amazing.

It's got the love story in it, but it's Wes. You know it's going to be offbeat, awesome, & all the quirks he brings to the table. Cast is great, per usual.
