Had a buddy who constantly only talked about Bellucci anytime the Matrix was brought up. Fun nostalgia trip.

and ha. Both need to burn.

Abit disappointed with some of the reviews for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Looks really good from the trailers but apparently it's whimsical as fuck.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Will either finally watch The Broken Circle Breakdown or The Spectacular Now tonight. Hell, maybe both.

The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty had a good trailer when I watched it a few months back, but it's getting slaughtered by everyone. Like I said in the chatbox last night, I don't usually pay attention to reviews but when every single person is shitting on the film it's hard to ignore.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Is whimsical bad? Movie got a "PG" rating (for the American variation) so I already figured it would have some light-hearted, more 'family friendly' themes behind it right there. I'll still give it a watch whenever I can. Been on my list far too long to ignore.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Yeah I'm definitely going to watch it. A lot of people comparing it to Forest Gump which obviously frightens me. Fucking Forest Gump.

Cody American Hustle and Enough Said are both on Piratebay if you're after them still. Can't c&p the links atm because my phone is annoying like that.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

The Butler stole my pick as the Forest Gump of 2013.

They are, Bubz? Going to get 'em asap.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Gonna give into Sono's demands and watch Prisoners tonight.

Always excited to watch a movie with DA GOAT JACKMAN though (unless that movie is Movie 43 )

Re: General Movie Discussion Part IV: The Revenge

Gyllenhaal is loads better in Prisoners than Jackman. Plays this awkward, uncomfortable yet confident and mysterious cop so well. He gives the character all kinds of ticks that make him feel like this guy has an eventful past but we know nothing about it. Jackman just shouts a bit and acts slightly drunk. He's good at it, but I can't understand people praising his performance but not Gyllenhaals tbh.
