Re: If WCW had won the Monday Night Wars...
Assuming this had taken place-
-Vince never screws Bret, Bret never loses the belt in a match before entering WCW
-At Starcade '97, Sting cleanly beats Hogan, no controversy
-WWF never brings in Mike Tyson, and WWF folds in early 1998
WCW didn't create many new stars, but did use stars made in WWF. Austin and Rock were not regular main eventers at this point, and probably wouldn't be in WCW either. Even though Austin was close.
The n.W.o. angle was still going strong, so there would be 3 factions- WCW, n.W.o., and WWF.
Bret Hart would stay on WCW's side because of what Vince did to him. Vince has always put aside his personal feelings for the sake of business. So I guess he would join WCW himself, even though he' be embarrassed by it. (That's a tough call though.) Vince already had the idea of becoming a full character on tv, and I think he'd suggest it to WCW and they'd go for it.
Shawn Michaels would be WWF's top wrestler, saying he doesn't get injured in January 98. He have won the belt after Bret vacated it. The top henchmen beneath him would be Austin, Rock, Shamrock, Undertaker, Kane, Foley (using all 3 faces), Triple H, and maybe Goldust.
WCW's top guys for the angle would be Sting, Luger, Giant, etc. The guys they had back then. Goldberg would be a henchman, and wouldn't be a main eventer until the angle was over. He'd have a small feud with Austin, and Goldberg would go over.
During the angle certain wrestlers who were stars in WWF would tease joining Vince's faction. Savage, Piper, Hall, Nash, and even Hogan.
Owen would get signed by WCW, as well as Bulldog and Neidhart, and they'd back up Bret again. Bret would have a side rivalry with Michaels, as both could rightfully claim to be the WWF Champ. Bret would lose a big match to Michaels for the WWF title.
Hogan would eventually win a rematch with Sting for the WCW title. In the end, Hogan would beat Michaels and unify the WCW and WWF title.
Everything would go on for a year and a half, I'd say.
