Worst Wrestlers?

Who in your opinion was a shocking wrestler either in or out of the ring or even both?

If this question was asked about current WWE my list would be endless.

Re: Worst Wrestlers?

Most of Undertaker's opponents in the early-mid 90s. Especially Giant Gonzalez. It was a terrible feud with all around bad matches. I can;t believe they wrestled at a WrestleMania AND a SummerSlam. Bless Undertaker's heart though, he tried to make something watchable out of it as he did with other "monsters" he feuded with during that New Generation Era. When I was totally into Undertaker's character (still am to this day as he is one of my faves) and I use to root hard for him and get upset when he lost. Looking back on some of those matches and the in-ring quality wasn't so pretty but it was a gimmicky time.

Re: Worst Wrestlers?

Phineas Godwinn/Mideon has to be the worst that stuck around for a few years and was on television a lot.

Also, Mabel/Viscera/Big Daddy V...

New Jack. He's not just technically and charismatically bad, but he's totally insane! Shoot-blading a teenager and an old man. Yes, shoot-blading; blading out of script!

So the current WWE roster has more bad wrestlers than the last 30 years combined?

Man, Undertaker had the worst run of opponents in the early 90s. Kamala, followed by Giant Gonzalez, followed by Yokozuna, followed by a fake Undertaker, followed by King Kong Bundy, followed by King Mabel. Jesus, from 1992 until 1995 he was just burdened with the most cumbersome, useless wrestlers in the company.

Re: Worst Wrestlers?

Yoko really wasn't that bad. I really think Khali is the worst I have ever seen. Special mention to Giant Gonzalez,

Sean stasiak, my god that guy sucked and it wasnt because he was ridiculosuly large or fat like some of the worst workers this just was just flat out terrible, how he made it into a WWF ring back then i dont know, and he was matched with suitably bad gimmicks...meat?!

Re: Worst Wrestlers?

Yokozuna was fucking awesome.

Konnan, Vampiro, El Gigante, Stevie Ray, and of course....Tom McGhee.

For some reason, Vince has loved pairing Taker with shit workers. Even in the last decade he had to work with green rookies like Luther Reigns, Heidenreich and Nathan Jones.
