Re: I'm I the only one who felt Owen Hart had go away heat in 99?

Yeah, he just seemed like his time as a relevant wrestler had gone. Every time I hear someone speak about how he was going to be a WWF Champion had the tragic accident not happened, I can't help but roll my eyes. Anytime a wrestler dies, people act that way.

That has got to be Kane.

Umm, not really, he was just a directionless midcarder. I actually quite enjoyed him in the Nation to be honest.

I realise where they're going and that WWE will push Roman Reigns straight to the top. However for me, Dean Ambrose is by far the most talented in that group and I think eventually if they just give him the spotlight then he's going to shine. As soon as he touches a mic everyone else can just sit down as he's magic on it. So It remains to be seen, I think they're all talented but to me Dean was the star of that group. I think Roman looks like the star of that group but I don't think he's nearly as talented as Dean.

I personally enjoyed calling him a nugget (his reactions were always priceless). Loved him while he was there and miss him now.

I love professional-wrestling.

Probably why they put him back in the Blazer gimmick.

The time to capitalize on Owen was in 1997 when Bret left. Instead, they blew off a potential hot match with Shawn Michaels on a episode of Raw and then had him job to HHH a bunch of times.

I don't think he had Go Away Heat, I just think he was, as mentioned above, directionless. It happens to a lot of people, but as Owen was never given a chance to evolve further it seems like that completely how it was.

Re: I'm I the only one who felt Owen Hart had go away heat in 99?

Owen Hart is terribly overrated. He was a great performer but let's be honest he wasn't main event material. They could have used him way better after Bret left and after he injured Stone Cold's neck. Instead they gave him that stupid Blue Blazer gimmick.

He should of left for WCW in 1997 in my view anyway.
