Hell no.

I did, however, get a little tired of the relentless series of matches between Rock and Triple H. Still an epic feud by today's standards, but the matches just seemed never-ending.

my favorite time ever watching wwe was when the rock was the corporate champ and he was feuding with stone cold. that shit was the greatest cuz even though rock was the heel it was so believable he could beat stone cold without cheating.

What's funny is that 99.9% of the current IWC would welcome back a rivalry even a 1/10th as good as Austin/Rock in the current craptastic WWE.

Nah, there was nothing to get bored of looking back at it. The Rock got the best out of Austin and Austin got the best out of the Rock and the result as expected, was pretty damn good. Without a doubt the best feud of that era.

Re: Did you ever get tired of Rock/Austin?

Yes Wm 19 had one of the worst buildups between them. The Rock doing comedy and singing songs ruined it. It showed in the PPV buys, 500k. No one cared about the match and Rock's win over a washed up Austin was instantly forgotten.

Re: Did you ever get tired of Rock/Austin?

1.General public were surely not interested in wrestling after 2002

2.Austin,Rock were also not getting huge reactions from the crowd like before on a regular basis

3.Hogan,Austin and Rock couldn't save WM19 from getting poor PPV basis

4.The fact is wrestling lost it's mainstream appeal and nobody could make it cool anymore

5.Austin got stale and Hollywood Rock wasn't going to sustain for a long time

Re: Did you ever get tired of Rock/Austin?

On 2003. I'm sorry, but this third match just shouldn't happen.

They could do some other matches. Out of all the dream matches that we could get we got yet another match between them.
