It was awesome at first. Then it got boring.

Re: The nWo had 49 members

Should have been:

Hogan
Hall
Nash
Dibiase
Giant
Pac
Rude
Henig
Patrick

Just them and maybe one or two more every once in a while for a little. But those should have been the only ones who stayed in.

Re: The nWo had 49 members

I don't see how the NWO having so many members was bad thing. They were supposed to be their own organization, an organization created in order to take over WCW. Having an abundant amount of members made them seem like a legitimate threat to WCW, which they indeed were from a kayfabe standpoint.

Because it devalued the gimmick. It's kinda like at school when something is cool and only the cool kids are doing it (Hogan, Hall, and Nash) but once everyone does it, it ceases being cool. Also, it wasn't much of an invasion when 1/3 of your roster is NWO.

For anyone looking at the history of the NWO, I couldn't recommend enough this guys videos on youtube. He appears to be uploading everything they ever did.

That number actually seems a bit low. I would have guessed around 60 or so, ha ha.
