You can't really do a full turn on the mic for the most part. Wrestlers that "mic-turn" have usually already started to get over as a heel/face so the mic work is just a formality.

Re: Analyze this: Heel/Face turns on the mic

Mr. Perfect effectively turned face during a segment on Prime Time in late 1992. I believe Savage and Warrior were set to face Ric Flair and Razor Ramon. Warrior was fired from the company so they had to find Savage a partner.

Anyways, the segment is quite long and takes place between matches. Mr Perfect and Bobby Heenan are taking part in a panel discussion with Vince McMahon and others and Savage joins in via satellite. Slowly but surely, Savage points out the reasons why Heenan takes advantage of Perfect and doesn't look out for his best interests.

It's all done so well, and as the segment goes on you can see Perfect start to hear what Savage is saying and begin to turn against Heenan. Obviously, the whole thing ends with Perfect aligning with Savage and thus turning full babyface. Fantastic stuff.

Upcoming:

Monday Night Raw - Manchester, UK - November 9th, 2015
NXT - Blackpool, UK - December 13th, 2015
Wrestlemania 32 - Dallas, TX - April 3rd, 2016

Currently planning Wrestlemania 32! Anyone else going, feel free to add me

Agreed, always liked Bret's heel turn RAW 97 days. I'VE BEEN SCREWED BY SHAWN MICHAELS THE BOYTOY, I'VE BEEN SCREWED BY STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN, I'VE BEEN SCREWED BY THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION. Bret-Vince segment was classic the way Bret said BULLSHIT at the end b4 WM13.

1. Heel Y2J
2. Heel Bret
3. Heel Rock
4. Heel Trish
5. Heel Edge

1. Face Austin
2. Face Y2J
3. Face Rock
4. Face HBK
5. Face Cena (Although I'd hate him, but I respect him)

True, Was fantastic. Great call, this kind of promo turns is the one I was looking for along with the other replies where "the mother" segment was also great.

Yeah, I like when he told Christopher Daniels something along the lines of "You've waited 16 months for a title shot, you'll have to wait another 16 months, kiss my ass" and left through the crowd.

That's an event were Punk trolled everybody.
