Andre the Giant weighed over 9000 lbs before Hogan lifted him up and bodyslammed him in the ring. Andre died 3 hours after the show. there was serious worry that Andre wouldn't lay down for Hogan live in front of the 3 billion people in the Silverdome.

yep, that story gets more outrageous each time Hogan tells it. Hogan also claimed he was in on the Andy Kaufman vs Jerry Lawler feud via suggestion for matches and other angles (I do believe that he stole the "Hollywood" gimmick from Kaufman later on for his heel turn in WCW). Another Hogan whopper was that he was in the running for the bass guitarist spot for Metallica. He's had several tall tales in various interviews.

Not sure if this qualifies, but I like it: The segment of the Malcolm In The Middle theme involving 2 wrestlers is Bret Hart vs Chris Benoit at WCW Mayhem in 1999. What I would give for that match now :/

Bruiser Brody was preparing to take the leg drop and pin from Hogan in 1988 for a big pay day once his tour in Puerto Rico was finished. He was murdered before that could happen.

Ahh great stuff. Anywhere else except Wikipedia?? I'm glad someone can refer to it not being Goldberg but I have just read it so many times now.
