Default Through the Ring

What do you think is the best "through the ring" moment.

Memorable ones to me are The Big Show's chokeslams to The Undertaker and JBL.

I cant remember any more off the top of my head but what are your favorites?

For me, Bam Bam Bigelow and Taz going through the ring at Living Dangerously 1998, in Bigelow's hometown. Made the match even more dramatic with the fact that while Taz had Bigelow in the Tazmission, Bigelow was tapping out as he fell back but the referee didn't see it and both he & Taz went through the ring. The referee sold that spot excellently. After a few minutes, Bigelow pulls Taz out of the hole and wins the TV Title.

That was their first match and technically speaking, Taz did win, as Bigelow tapped out but the referee didn't see it. They had a similar spot at Heatwave later that year, where Taz DDT'd Bigelow through the entrance stage. Bigelow climbs out of the hole, Taz no sold the shit, choked Bigelow out and won the title back that he shouldn't have lost in the first place.

They actually had 2 pretty good matches and a great rivalry going on. Not really as much hardcore as a typical ECW match but just a fucking brawl that really told a story. Bam Bam got kicked out of the Triple Threat after he beat Shane Douglas for the ECW World Title. He ends up losing it back but by this time, the Triple Threat had began aligning with Lance Storm, grooming him for the third spot. Since Taz was already in a feud with Douglas, Bigelow called on Taz to help him. Reluctant at first, Taz accepted.

So when the Taz/Bigelow vs. Douglas/Candido match finally took place, Bigelow double crossed Taz, revealing it as a plan all along to take out Taz and he returned to the Triple Threat. I'm not trying to convert you into an ECW fan but this right here was similar to an Attitude Era type of angle, that was an extension of the classic Taz/Sabu feud and eventually ended with Taz/Sabu again, after they formed the New Triple Threat with Rob Van Dam.

If I'm not mistaken, this match from Living Dangerously has been on a WWE produced DVD of ECW.

Is it called "Bloodsport"?

If so, no, they don't have the match where Bam Bam & Taz went through the ring but they have the rematch from Heatwave where Taz DDT'd Bam Bam through the stage. It was a pretty good match as well.

Can't find the whole match on Youtube but here goes a clip.
