Standing at 6'11'', weighing 300 Kgs he is someone you cannot look past; Teaming with fellow legend Shirley Crabtree he achieved legendary status.

Starting out as Luke McMasters in WFGB in 1967, he joined Wrestling Enterprises as Haystack Calhoun, the name that he achieved fame in eventually becoming Giant Haystacks. In 1975, he started to team with Big Daddy Shirley Crabtree forming a monster heel team, they started to crush babyfaces one after another gaining notoriety.

Slowly, Big Daddy was cheered and turned face when Haystacks started to feud with him building up the legend of Big Daddy who was like Hogan to then British wrestling playing his part as the monster heel. Their feud continued for over two decades popularizing wrestling in England which ended only with Big Daddy's retirement in 1993.

In parallel, he also wrestled in US, Canada as Loch Ness Monster for Stampede, CWA in Germany winning several tournaments. He gained popularity and was called up in WCW to join Dungeon of Doom to feud Hogan but was affected by Cancer and took up retirement before it fruition.

He had won the British European heavyweight title and Joint Promotions British Heavyweight title once each while in US, he had won tag titles twice with British Bull Dog and Bret Hart as his partner and has the distinction of having a play based on his rivalry with Big Daddy. Being the antagonist to Big Daddy's protagonist, he was a legend helping in popularizing Professional wrestling in Britain; a forgotten legend mostly remembered for his short stint in WCW.

Andre The Giant wrestled Giant Haystacks back in the 1970's in Australia. That must have been quite a attraction and sight to watch
