Hulk's heel turn was necessary at the time since his characer was getting stale and it gave the nWo the starpower and impact they needed. However if Hulkster decided to stay face against the nWo, it wouldn't have been Sting as WCW's top face but masterpolitician Hogan.

Hogan working against nwo would have been ok but the storyline would not been great. Nwo always get credit but Sting should also

I agree with Bad Blood....Sting was one of the better members of nWo without Hogan would have been bad. Woudln't of had the same aura.

nWo without Hogan would have just been Nash and Hall sucking up airtime and squashing up and comers to feed their egos. So pretty much the same thing as with Hogan in it.
