Video I put together a few months back of some of Sting's best in-ring work. I was always a huge Sting fan, one of my all-time favorites for sure.

I always liked the guy. He was one wrestler I don't see how anyone could dislike. Would have been interesting to see how he would have done in the WWE.

Can anyone recommend any matches from Thunder? I hardly watched it back in the day, only mainly Nitro...

Not really. So many of those matches are really short and used just to advance the nWo storyline at the time. Some TV matches to check out from Crow Sting in the late 90s are

Sting vs.

DDP - Nitro 03/23/1998
Goldberg - Nitro 09/14/1998
Ric Flair - Nitro 04/12/1999
DDP - Nitro 04/26/1999
Chris Benoit - Nitro 09/20/1999

Thanks mate, I got a Nitro set I havnt got around to watching yet that include those matches, the one from '99 with DDP is a classic though imo.

What is everyone's favorite Sting matches? I still love the COTC match vs Flair.

I thought I'd ask this here instead of making another thread.

Was there a legit reason behind Sting not wrestling between late 96 and Starcade 97? Was he hurt?
