Re: Matches that should have happened but never did

Steve Austin vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
The Rock vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
Sting vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
Cliché, I know

Mankind vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
The chemistry between these two, plus the Undertaker's streak? What a story these two could tell

John Cena vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
Chris Jericho vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania)
Chris Jericho & Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero
Jericho and Michaels have chemistry, as do Benoit and Eddie, and Jericho and Benoit. Add that to their similar styles, and you could have 5-Star tag team match.

This match did happen, just not at a major event:

http://www.thehistoryofwwe.com/91.htm

WWF @ Portland, ME - Civic Center - July 30, 1991 (7,756)
Randy Savage (sub. for the Ultimate Warrior) pinned the Undertaker

WWF @ Moncton, New Brunswick - Summer 1991
The Undertaker defeated Randy Savage (sub. for the Ultimate Warrior)

WWF @ Pittsburgh, PA - Civic Arena - August 2, 1991 (5,000)
Randy Savage (sub. for the Ultimate Warrior) pinned the Undertaker

Not removing until:

Re: Matches that should have happened but never did

I really would have liked to have seen RVD vs CM Punk in ECW.

I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned:

Flair v Hogan at WM 8

If we use house shows or tiny events, there are very few matches that haven't occurred.

Re: Matches that should have happened but never did

Flair Hogan was all set up and ready to go months before hand. I forgot what happened but somehow Flair ended up wrestling Savage.

Maybe a cliche, but all Sting had to do was sign on the dotted line last year
