Favorite semi-old school jobbers thread ...

I remember being a child of the 80s and 90s and I remember when WCW had so much wrestling on TV. There was WCW Saturday Night on for like 2 hours and I think another show on Sunday. Plus Nitro overlapped here a bit. With the other feds there was a point where there were close to 15 hours per week of wrestling on TV. I got to thinking about how many jobbers/random wrestlers they had. Thought we could see how many we could come up with ...

So, anyone remember "Hard Work" Bobby Walker? How about that tag team High Voltage, featuring Rage and Kaos? Who could forget the antics of the legendary "Renegade"? Bonus Points if you remember Ice Train - Come on, you know you remember some more ...

Re: Favorite semi-old school jobbers thread ...

Great Thread!!!!

I remember all those guys (although I don't think you could call Ice Train a jobber) and I raise your list with....Firebreaker Chip, Thunderfoots 1 and 2, Battlecat, The Mulkey's/ Ding Dongs, Italian Stallion, George South, Len Denton (although that was a real shame that they jobbed him like they did considering he had so many great runs as the Grappler), those were just the ones I thought of off the top of my head from the NWA/WCW

But really child of the 70's here....

In my area we had a guy who wore a pink body suit and mask....yes the Pink Panther. There was also Pat Hutchinson. Speedy Tall Tree, and Todd Morton (Rickey's shorter less athletic brother), also there was the lovable Keith Eric, Roy Rogers, and the Jaguar.

In the 80's when The Fridge broke out for the 85 Bears....well we had Freezer Thompson.

I totally forgot about Firebreaker Chip - lol. What a ridiculous gimmick. He had a equally goofy partner for a while - I can't remember him ? Todd Champion, maybe ...

Yeah - Ice Train wasn't a true jobber per se, but, come on. Your name is "Ice Train". 'Ice train" sounds like a bad rapper name, or a one of those weird sex acts ...

Oh and we can change it to the "semi-old school jobber/useless gimmick" thread.
