Shawn Michaels followed by Ric Flair, Kurt Angle, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Tully Blanchard and Jerry Lawler in my opinion.

Re: The most complete wrestler ever..
I'm no historian by ANY means, but I'd put Angle, Austin, Jericho, HBK, Flair, and hell, even Eddie Guerrero on my list. Most of the other guys mentioned in my thread are guys I don't know a ton about because they were either before my time, or wrestling when I didn't watch.

Re: The most complete wrestler ever..
Just to mention somebody that nobody has mentioned, I'm going to say Shane Douglas, especially between '96-'98.

Why does he lack Ring psychology?

It's the mouth piece... Terry Funk didn't wear a fucking mouth piece #DEMBOYS
As for Kurt's ring psychology. It's just very inconsistent in my opinion. Kurt can use ring psychology for 15 minutes of a match and then in the 16th-18th minute totally throw all of that ring psychology out and completely no sell it for the big finish. It can somewhat get annoying to those that are really into ring psychology.
As for me personally, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. But it is there and it's quite obvious at times.
That being said, Kurt Angle is far from the only big time wrestler guilty of this.
