I'd say DDP or Goldberg. Flair's the man, but there was so much BS that went on in the late 90's that stopped him from really doing alot of great things. So I'd put DDP and Goldberg over him in this particular case. DDP and Goldberg were super over yet never crossed over...fairly surprising considering they put just about EVERYONE in an nWo faction, especially if they were popular.

The biggest star would be Goldberg. As hot as Ric Flair was; Goldberg was just shit hot during the nWo era, Ric Flair wasn't on that level at that time. Diamond Dallas Page can be considered second with Booker T a close third.

You might be thinking of The Disciple, who had a similar look to DDP and used the Stunner as his finisher, which looks similar to the Diamond Cutter. He was basically Hogan's lackey during his run, although I think he got a small singles push after the breakup of the NWO.

As for the thread question, it's easily DDP, Goldberg, and Ric Flair. I almost gave Bret Hart an honorable mention, but I forgot he was part of that shitty 2000 version of the NWO.
