I'm not sure if September '97 was the Attitude Era, but I would call One Night Only the second best PPV of 1997 (the best one being The Canadian Stampede). Noteworthy are The Fatal Four and Badd Blood; though the PPV's themselves sucked, both main events were amazing.

Note: if you're going to watch One Night Only, be sure to download the whole PPV, not the butchered tape that was released in the States.

Backlash 2000 - The pop that Rock got when he won the belt was legendary;
Judgement Day 2000 - Pop Taker got when he returned was epic.

Pretty much every PPV in 2000 was decent - awesome such was the quality of the entertainment value at the time.
