Default WWF in 1995

As most of you know 1995 was a horrible year for the WWF, wrestling as a hole for that matter (WCW as well) weren't doing all too well. WWF had all the talent in the world, who they should have used properly but didn't. WWF's main problem was that they didnt have a proper full-fledged dominant heel for the main part of the year, even though Razor could have easily been the 'it' guy and had a run lasting two or three months. This led to the WWF giving an undeserving KOTR win to King Mabel and we all knew how they turned out.

On topic though, here I'll put my favorite matches and moments of that year, trying to find some good in all of the mess that was 1995.

Feel free to add some moments, matches, segments that might make 1995 not look all that bad.

- Wildcard match : Survovir Series

- Diesel vs. Shawn Michaels : Wrestlemania

- Smoking Guns vs. Razor & 1-2-3 Kid : IYH Great White North

- Bret Hart vs. Jean Lafitte (I think I spelt that right) : IYH Triple Header

- Bret Hart vs. Hakushi : IYH Premier

- Diesel vs. Bret Hart : Royal Rumble

- Shawn Michaels vs. Jeff Jarrett : IYH Lumberjacks

- Bret Hart vs. Diesel : Survivor Series

- Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon : Summerslam

- Bret Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith : IYH Seasons Beatings.

I actually kind of liked 1995. The over the top characters...Bret/Shawn/Nash/Razor/123KID were tearin it up.

Yep. I was more into WCW at the time, but the WWF in 1995, despite the ratings, was Mozart compared to the WWE right now which is the most boring, and least interesting it has ever been (for me at least).

Still don't understand why Razor didn't win the WWF Championship in 1995.

I don't understand why razor/hall didn't win any world title in his entire career period. And before anyone gives the drug excuse, don't forget that Hbk also had drugs problems.

Could be wrong here but I think HBK kept better control of himself. Hall(especially in wcw) showed up to many shows messed up and caused alot of outside problems. I could be wrong and HBK could have been just as bad.

Apparently Hall didn't want the responsibility of holding the belt. But I agree I always throught he should've had Diesel's spot in 95.

I love the fact there was a PPV called 'Season's Beatings'. There's not enough funny PPV names like that anymore.

Scott Hall always was the better talent than Kevin Nash. apparently 95 must have been the top year of the clique. All feuding with eachother and the leader Kevin had the WWF title for a year and didn't draw shit and produced one of the most boring WWF title reigns of all time.

I think that some of the over the top characters really hurt WWF in 95 but overall I really enjoyed the stuff they did.
