Heel Shawn Michaels in 1997 is one of the most natural performers I have ever seen. Of course that he had the privilege to do what he wanted with the freedom to showcase all his charisma and personality on screen but he did it to perfection.

Not there. Besides, it's common knowledge that Shawn gave it to her on more than one occasion.

The beautiful part about this interview (besides Sunny) and in many of Shawn's interviews & antics during this period is while he was displaying all of this personality, charisma, and getting his character over he was also in this interview in particular selling the importance of winning the European Championship and what it will mean to his career, plus stomping on Bulldog's homecoming. Shawn did more in two minutes than some guys do in 10-15 minutes in the promo.

One of my favorite coked-fueled promos ever.

Here's another great heel Shawn Michaels promo:

Dude is just gifted as a heel.

Re: Classic Wrestling General Discussion & Review Thread

Recently found out ESPN Classic shows old episodes of AWA, I watched one of them and I thought it has potential. It was from 1990 so I think that's when it was almost over. Two squash matches, a tag team match with a dq finish, a match with Sgt Slaughter and a mixed tag match to end the show, not too bad but for what they hyped next time it should be better.
