Jericho

The streak should have MADE two stars, goldberg and the guy who ended the streak and Jericho was the perfect guy at that time.

Hence why I said that a good booker/agent was needed for a match involving these guys, since they were not superior workers none of them. But if done right, it could have been a great match. As for Warrior getting winded, to me that is jsut claims of other jealous wrestlers. Srue he might have gotten winded, but hey, I seriously doubt that he got winded in every single match, I think that most big guys gets winded every now and then.

I still think that Warrior vs Goldberg if it was done right, could have been huge
Watch his appearances in wcw, especially his match with Hogan, he could barley go without gassing. Warrior may not have refused to job but he was also known to show up and just randomly leave. I say if it were to happen you have Goldberg win the first time and the 2nd time. No reason why Warrior shouldve won. Plus the crowds were not into him as much as they were in the early 90s.

Goldberg should never have lost to anyone in WCW and he should have came to the WWF in 2002 and he could've done the job to Austin at Mania 18 for his first lost ever

Heenan never agreed with them ending Goldberg's streak.

I can't say who should've ended the streak but part of me says it shouldn't have been ended - and he was their biggest weapon against WWF.

I agree with Kevin Nash, to have that Undefeated streak can be a curse to the wrestlers career, since it can easily be about just that, and it makes the wrestler to become quite some onedimensional.
To have somelongevity in Goldberg, he needed to get away from the streak after he got to stardom

What a horrible night to have a curse

Currently marking for:
Lesnar, Cesaro, Ambrose, Hogan & The Rock

Moreover- If you need the streak to be popular, so maybe you're not that good.

About that, by the way- I can't see a heel finishing the streak... The only way to do it properly was to turn Goldberg Heel. I mean, can you see a heel like Jericho defeating him? And by cheating? Anticlimax, in my opinion.

Booker T has held EVERY SINGLE undercard/midcard title MULTIPLE times, even if he wasnt that good it would make sense for him to be champion before he finally got it because it would prove that winning those belts leads to the world title, you see long term prestige "All roads lead to Rome" and all that

DDP was already at his peak in the Malone/Rodman angle, he was a big star, one of the biggest of the MNW and over big but not on the level to sacrifice Goldberg for him. They had the perfect match at HH 1998.
The Wolfpac was getting tiresome considering wcw's position in the monday night war at this point. it was a just a rehash of NWO vs WCW anyway, not that i would have complained about a goldberg vs Nash or a Nash vs hogan main event but come on man

Nash made the crowd split in the middle.
