I used to have video tapes where I would watch Raw and switch to Nitro during commercials as you mentioned but those were taped over long ago with Skinemax porn.
You could do it on the Network but it would be extremely complicated. Your best bet is to watch WWF and WCW TV and PPVs consecutively in a linear fashion.
Or if you have a life just skim through them and watch the MNW specials.
I am subscribed to the network and I even have some nitro episodes on my PC.
I watched most of the war I just want to re watch it but this time I wanted as it was in the time.
It is so complicated and I don't how it went back then like I heard Nitro always started earlier then Raw for spoiling Raw results and the time difference.
I guess you could watch on your laptop, open 2 tabs, have Raw playing in one tab, Nitro on the other, mute one of them, and then alternate between them when one show loses your interest.
I'd say the best way would be for you to watch 20-30 minutes of RAW, then go to the corresponding Nitro episode and watch 20-30 minutes of that and switch between them. If you come to a match you don't care about just skip over it and start watching the other show from that point.
I always went with the show I liked more and maybe recorded the other show. Coincidentally, it was whoever was winning the war so I got the best of both worlds, at their best. Early on 96-98 I went with Nitro, when WWF had Tyson, I hoped over there. Still watched WCW until about May of 2000 because I tapped when and just FFed their show after done watching RAW is WAR.
You could watch one on tv and the other on your cell.
