For the longest time on PPVs, the WWF title NEVER changed hands at a B PPV, only the "Big Five" When was the first time the WWF title changed at an In Your House or B PPV?
Since you're not counting Final Four because HBK vacated the belt, I assume you're not counting Breakdown either because neither Undertaker or Kane was declared the champion despite pinning Austin, so the first WWF Title change at a IYH PPV would be Undertaker defeating Austin at In Your House: Over The Edge 1999.
That's the whole point. I knew the titles never changed hands at an IYH. It's like , yawn..II know the champ's gonna keep his title so what's thwe point in getting the PPV?

Over The Edge 1999 when Undertaker defeated Austin.
