So I see Nickelodeon is doing this 90's channel called the splat Why can't the WWE network do something similar a lot of ground breaking shows came out in the 90's that I think should be on the network.

Sunday Night Heat
Shotgun Saturday Night
Livewire
Slammy Awards 96 & 97
Coliseum Video Releases
Free For All
WCW Saturday Night

How come non of these shows are on the network yet I'm sure a lot of fans would like to see them and what is your opinion of these shows listed and would you watch them?

I would absolutely love seeing Coliseum Video releases on the network at some point. I had loads growing up, it would be a great nostalgia trip.

This + original episodes of Superstars from the early 90's (the ones that actually meant something) would be so great.

I'm already overwhelmed, though. I was cruising right along with AE Raw, then they go and add like 2 years worth of Hardcore TV! I'm in October '98 on Raw and September '96 on Hardcore TV. I like to binge watch, so I hope they don't add any more amazing 90's stuff until I can at least get through one of the two programs I'm currently on, haha.

That would be awesome. When I first checked out the network, I was most interested in the "Throwback Thursdays" where they would show old episodes of RAW, Nitro and PPV's among other things. But it seems like they have got to the point where they are re-showing alot of the same stuff.

Some new content would definitely be great, old episodes of Superstars, Primetime Wrestling, WCW Saturday Night, hell I would even like to see Wrestling Challenge or All American Wrestling. Some of the random Coliseum Video releases would be great also.

I miss Sunday Night Heat. They should just take the extra hour off of Raw and put it back on Sunday. A three hour show every week is getting stupid.
P.S. Does anyone even know why they don't put Heat, etc. on the Network?

While I do have VHS copies of most of the shows, I would love to see them in HD. From the looks of it, its going to take 3-4 years before they have WWF Superstars, WCW Saturday Night, and Wrestling challenge in there. I also hope they upload Thunder and rest of the Nitros while they are at it.

Sunday Night Heat was atrocious.

It was like WWE superstars is now, a bunch of jobbers. The only reason people say it was good because of the nostalgia effect.

If Superstars ended today, 10 yrs from now people would be like "man i miss WWE superstars, at least they had fun matches there".

Heat was often used as the build-in to Raw. You'd watch Heat and they'd make you want to watch Raw to see what was going to happen. Like the Acolytes would challenge X-Pac and Kane to a tag team match or the Rock would cut a promo insulting Stone Cold, and you just knew it was going to be carnage the next night.

Honestly, bringing back Sunday Night Heat like that would help the product if they made you want to watch Raw.

I'd like WWE to upload all of the WWE Excess 01-02 episodes as well.

Hell, I think they should outright revive the old "Supertape" and character dedicated tapes, in kayfabe, into the network now. Especially Supertape... you get fun vignettes, a sportcentre like feel in transition segments, some good matches, and possibly segments where they could teach the names of the moves.... and sit their commentary team down to watch that section <_<
