Which wrestler did you hate seeing turned into a jobber?

There are many superstars who once were glorious but later on turned into jobbers. Which one upset you the most by turning into a jobber?

Note: the wrestlers that are over age 50 don't count because they are usually just "passing the torch" to the next generation.

Vader in 98

He was over, and was still a huge asset to the WWF at the time. I really don't know why they ruined him like they did.

For me it has to be either Kane or Val Venis.

Lance Storm

I always thought he was an excellent wrestler. However, he had the personality of a dead fish, although he showed some goodness with his character, at times, in ECW.

But, I just feel like he got fucked. I understand mic work is a big part but lacking at it is no reason to basically become a jobber. Do what Heyman did, surround him with 2 guys that could talk and a hot piece of ass that took the attention away from Lance outside of the ring.

Chris Adams, especially with how HUGE the guy was in WCCW.

Bobby Eaton would be my second.

Kane 2003 onwards? Since when was he a "jobber" then? Really everything regarding unmasked Kane from 03-Wrestlemania 04 was great.

Overall though I'd say MVP.

He went from looking like he'd be in the WHC picture:

Prior to around late 2003, Kane was an indestructible monster, it would take the Undertaker 4 tombstones to finish him. Around mid-2003, he became Eric Bischoff's punishing agent. Whenever Bischoff was mad at someone, he would set them up with a match against Kane. Once he buried the Undertaker alive, he started to win less and less often. In 2004, he gained some victories over Matt Hardy (who at the time was also a jobber) but between 2004 and 2009, he lost more often than he won.

In 2004, he lost to Gene Snitsky, Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit.

After 2005, things got worse as in 2006 he lost to MVP, Umaga, Mr. Kennedy, Randy Orton, Fake Kane, Lance Cade, Rey Mysterio, Triple H and Chris Masters.

In 2007 he lost to Batista, Big Daddy V, Finlay, Khali, MVP, King Booker a numerous times.

After 2004, his win percentage is around 50% and he mostly beat jobbers that were lower than him in the pecking order.

When Kane was first introduced, he squashed his opponents like 7-8 weeks in a row and it took the Undertaker multiple finishers to win the match at WM. Even after that, he was the most destructive force in the company. During and after Ruthless Aggression era, he started to job to a variety of people.

Re: Which wrestler did you hate seeing turned into a jobber?

Vader definitely. In 1998 he was treated like a complete schmuck, even though he could still go. I don't think he won a single match between February right up to his release around November. Fucking VADER we're talking about here.

"Yes, I can hear you Clem Fandango!"
