Default 1992 Royal Rumble

Is there a better collection of talent in one match then this? I really don't think so. Amazing heel performance by :flair and the GOAT commentary of the Brain. Just flawless and gets better every time I watch it.

My top 5 favorite wrestlers of all time
1. Macho Man Randy Savage (RIP...thanks for the memories)
2. Mick Foley (Cactus Jack)
3. Bret Hart (The Hart Foundation best tag team ever)
4. Sting
5. Ted DiBiase (best heel of all time)

One of my favorite matches of all-time, and without question the best Royal Rumble in its history. "We hate to tell ya we told ya so, but... we told ya so!"

1990 is probably the single greatest collection of talent in a rumble.

- Hogan
- Andre
- Warrior
- Savage
- Dusty
- Piper
- Perfect
- Rude
- DiBiase
- Jake
- Bret
- Shawn
- Snuka
- Martel
- Tito

Easily my favorite rumble ever. The Hogan-Warrior standoff alone puts it over the top.

A circle jerk to the '92 rumble?

I'll allow it! (Mills Lane voice)

1992 and 2001 are my favorites. I also really liked 2006 and 2008, but really, nothing has even really come close to the '92 Rumble. It was the first real Iron Man performance in the Rumble where the winner came in so early, it was unpredictable, it had Sid basically owning Hogan both in tossing him out and with the crowd being on his side, and it really felt like everyone in that match had a shot to win the title (Okay, Virgil).

Great Rumble, and the crowd rooting for GOAT Sid over Hogan was the icing on the cake.

Weird thing is Macho, you say it was a great heel performance from Flair, but Hogan was the one who really came out looking like a complete dick that night while Flair was in epic mode.

No wonder the crowd were starting to turn on Hulk a bit.

Yep it's easily the best. The roster is amazing it's like a who's who of the golden era. It's a shame Bret was missing and also that Perfect was injured.

'92 best Rumble ever. I could see atleast 20 of the participants (if they aren't already) to be inducted into the HOF.

The roster slightly changed per year and when 1991 had ended, they had more than ever. Granted, so many of them would be gone within months and 1993 looked nothing the same. You had all the biggest WWF guys and the biggest NWA star of the 80's all in one match. That Rumble was epic, great match and awesome ending. Not the biggest Flair fan, but seeing Hogan lose makes me smile.
