Go ahead and do it, it's not like there is anybody out there who actually cares about you. It's not like anybody will be sad if you're gone. It's not like anybody is going to CARE you're gone. It's not like anybody is going to cry that you're gone.
You're right, you're the only one in the world who has ever been dumped. Nobody else in the world has ever had it as bad as you or worse. Nobody has ever loved a girl like you did. You'll never find anybody else because there are no other girls out there.
It's all downhill from here, there is no way to pick yourself up and move on. Suicide really is the only option.
Oh and my father is still alive and credits that as his wake up call.

I can't think of anything that I could say that would change your mind, except that if you're going through a particularly rough time and apparently bi-polar, then you're not even in your entirely right mind. Just think about someone or something in your life that you really care about, and just think about how much you will miss them or they will miss you. Give yourself a chance to talk someone about this before you actually do it; I'd say make an appointment with a psychiatrist, or even call a suicide help hotline number.
If you're life is as shitty as you can imagine it, then it can't get much worse than it is now. Just keep in mind everyone else you would hurt by doing this. Even if it's one person like your mom, it's one too many. I hope you make the right decision.
