I know how you feel though, I've had an experience like that before. Not quite the same as what you experienced, but I know how you feel now. Glad you're ok though. Hopefully you don't have to go through that again. Might want to lay off the alcohol for a while though just to be safe.
Trust me after Saturday night I doubt I'll be drinking for a few weeks. And I'm off red bull for a while too. I honestly laid in my bed from 4:45am until 8:30am wondering when I was going to die. My heart was just pounding way to fast. At 8:30 I tried to get up and pretend nothing was wrong but when I seen my friend lying in my living room pale as a ghost scared more then me I knew we fucked up.
Lesson of the weekend for me 24 cans of red bull + 1 26er of jagermeister = praying that you don't die.
Yeah after my near death experience I'm going to have a new look out on life. Waking up at 4:45am on a Sunday with your heart trying to jump out of your chest, and just lying there thinking "I'm about to die, what the fuck?" really messes with your head. The pounding didn't stop until about 2am this morning and needless to say I was a little scared to go to sleep.
I'm not going to make a huge post apologizing to everybody, just make a general statement. If you don't accept, fuck you.
I'm sorry to hear that. You should definitely see a doctor and ask him what happened. It sounds like a panic attack though. I also think that you should lay off those energy drinks, too much of those aren't good for you.
