I wouldn't say 24/7 but I'm wiling to bet that a female post has a 99.9% chance of being quoted/replied by a line of posters, regardless of content. Replies usually consisting of some sort of ass kissing/unjustified support.

99.9%? Come on. Ive posted in tons of threads and rarely get quoted, or have my ass kissed. It really doesn't matter if guys praise females on here, its not harming you in any way and frankly, its just making the guy doing the ass kissing look lame. Take everything with a pinch of salt. Complaining about it isn't going to resolve the issue.
