For nearly the last two years, these people have been taking away features and functions from all of us, members and staff alike. Every time has been for an unacceptable reason. I remember having a conversation with the old Administrator (don't remember his name, doesn't matter) and he told me how difficult it would be to index the forums to run Search properly again, resulting in the forum being closed for at least a day to fix it. Even if that is the case, why wouldn't you want to go that route to ensure a smooth running forum even if it means losing out on potential profits for one measly day?
Their priority is to make a profit. That's fine. But hire some competent people for your tech staff. These 'issues' should of been fixed years ago. So obviously you have people who don't know what they're doing.
EDIT: TBF,you surely aren't doing enough because you don't have their attention. Once all the staff quits, spammers start spamming, memberships go down and advertisers start pulling out, they'll surely start paying attention.
