Re: I've enevr hated a presidential candidate more than.....
So what if Obama doesn't bow down to the flag? It's purely symbolic. Blind loyalty shouldn't be a pre-requisite for any national leader of any country. Furthermore, this is just ONE single picture. Secondly, why is it such a big problem if Obama is a Musilim. So what? Even though I'm not a Muslim, this is the kind of discrimination that Muslims do not deserve. Anyone doesn't vote for Obama purely on the basis that he's Muslim is disgusting, for lack of a better term.

Re: I've enevr hated a presidential candidate more than.....
I don't care about the President's sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. It's irrelevant to me. As long as the person can do the job, I don't care about those other things. And for the flag part, some people salute the flag and some people don't salute that flag. It's their right to choose if they want to salute or don't salute the flag. I am one of those people who doesn't salute the flag. That's my choice.

Re: I've enevr hated a presidential candidate more than.....
I personally believe that a man standing respectfully and attentively but without his hand over his heart is what should truly be the deciding factor when coming to a judgement about his capabilities to hold office.
His beliefs, sense of rightousness, sense of humanity, and competancy at the highest levels pale in comparision to a physical hand gesture not practised by all. Furthermore, lets trust the biased and unfounded accusations of the interwebz over a lifetime of work and documented facts.
You personified plank.

I'm going to vote for him but I usually just vote for people based on how much I like them as a person and not their political stuff (I dunno if that's a good idea but I think it is!)

Well, character does play a small part in whom you should vote for, but you might probably want to take a look at their policies. A charming guy who's pro-life when you're pro-choice is probably not your best bet.
