Guys, don't turn this into a discussion thread. If you want to discuss this, do so by PM. We have to keep this thread tidy. It's a Showcase thread after all.

Default Re: Be the Booker Showcase Thread

Being that I haven’t posted anything for the best part of 11 months now I thought I’d utilise the Showcase Thread to post one of the many failed project-attempts that I’ve amassed in that time. This is not work that I am proud of, as aside from the general sloppiness in the writing it barely reaches 20 minutes (real-time). Regardless, I feel like posting something... no strings, baby.

---

Backstory: The only important details are that TNA’s Bound For Glory 2010 is in the books and that Hardy turned heel akin to how it happened in real life. ‘They’ were: ‘Wildcat’ Chris Harris, ‘The Alpha Male’ Monty Brown, Homicide, Hernandez, Eric Young and Christopher Daniels – a group of disgruntled homegrown TNA stars that have returned as heels and seemingly aligned with Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Hardy, Abyss and co. Jeff Jarrett walked out on Samoa Joe during their 3-on-1 handicap match and is also a key compenent of the alliance.

TNA iMPACT!
Thursday, October 14th
The Impact Zone

The show opens in the live arena where Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff stand dead-centre of the ring. Amidst an almighty sea of boos, Eric Bischoff begins.

Eric Bischoff – Ladies and Gentlemen, here we are once again, the maestros of yet another elaborate and maniacal plan. I mean, you’d have thought with our track-record that someone would be smart enough to see this coming, wouldn’t you? You’d think that our little Deception of the TNA wrestlers, the TNA staff, and most enjoyably – you TNA fans...

As expected, the Impact Zone reacts angrily to the pompous attitude of Eazy-E.

Eric Bischoff – ... you’d think that someone would have figured us out and dammed the river before it was too late, but no, low and behold – we stand before you with exactly what we came here for ten months ago! See, last week on Impact, Dixie Carter made the biggest mistake of her life – she signed away her company, ‘TNA Wrestling’, to us without even realising it. I mean, come on Dixie – even you, you little Southern Bitch, should know to read the small-print before signing the deal?!

With the fans jeering at every opportunity, Hogan takes the time to pose over the ropes with his hand to his ear sarcastically, rubbing it in the face of the entire audience.

Eric Bischoff – Dixie, I know that you already know, but for those who are a little too dense to realise it yet – when Dixie signed a contract for the Abyss vs. RVD Monsters Ball match... she was really signing over all rights to the organization to three people: Eric Bischoff... Hulk Hogan... and Jeff Jarrett! A lot of people were wary, but over time through our little charade, we won them over. The boys in the back were all suspicious on day one, but over time we had them eating out of our hands! And not to be braggadocios about it, but I’ve gotta say – it feels pretty damn good, too!

Mike Tenay – This is absolutely disgusting.

Eric Bischoff – I’ve got your emails... your cell messages... your text-messages... your tweets – all looking for answers to your pointless questions: ‘Why Eric, why?’... ‘How could you do that to Dixie Carter?’ ... ‘Why would you turn your back on the fans that made you and pull the wool over their eyes like that?’

Eric Bischoff – Well, to be blunt – it was never a matter of ‘how could I’ or ‘why would I’, but rather a matter of ‘are these people actually buying this crap, Hulk? Do they actually believe that we’re in TNA to help it grow and help put more money in Dixie Carter’s pocket?!’ In simple terms for you simple-minded people, it was more than easy to screw each and every one of you when the opportunity inevitably came about. See, we’ve been here before with WCW, and right now, you’d better believe that we’re going there again with TNA! Get ready, because like we said on January 4th when we laid down the foundations – ‘we’re going to turn TNA upside down!’

Bischoff passes the microphone to Hulk Hogan, who literally strokes his moustache whilst figuratively stroking his ego, before beginning.

Hulk Hogan – Well TNA-maniacs, it looks like we’re in a time-warp right now brother – Hollywood Hogan, Eric Bischoff – running roughshod over this little gig right here.

Heat for Hogan.

Hulk Hogan – I think my blood-brother Eazy E said it best – how ignorant can you be, Dixie, to sign away your company to a couple of sleaze-bags like us? Sister, if you’re really dumb enough to do that, then maybe you deserved to get taken for a ride by the both of us. Honey, I hate to say it, but all of Daddy’s Money that you’ve invested over the last seven years... it’s ours now! TNA, and all its history of mediocrity... belongs to Hollywood!

The screen briefly cuts backstage to the interview area with the TNA logo backdrop, where Dixie Carter is inconsolably crying in the arms of her husband Serg, whilst watching the broadcast on a monitor.

Hulk Hogan – Ya know brothers, I’ve actually got a little paperwork in the mail, and within the next few days we’ll be renaming this joint HOLLYWOOD... CHAMPIONSHIP... WRESTLING! Oh yeah – s’got a pretty good ring to it!

Hogan and Bischoff look at each other with dirty grins on their faces.

Hulk Hogan – TNA was nothing but an opportunity to make a quick dollar to me, and I know that it’s nothing more to Eric too, so to everyone in the back: to your Mr. Andersons’, and your Samoa Joe Schmoe’s, your Pope’s, and your Motorcity Machine Guns – you boys had better get ready to lose your jobs, because brothers, unfortunately for you – I don’t see much in the way of a future for you working under the two of us.

Mike Tenay – I’ll say it again... this is absolutely disgusting! Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff are on a power-trip and no one is safe!

Hulk Hogan – But let’s not get this little party derailed... let’s waste no time... ladies and gentlemen please welcome the third member of the HWC hierarchy – ‘Hollywood’ Jeff Jarrett!

** My World **

The ever-familiar theme of Jeff Jarrett plays in the Impact Zone to a not-so-familiar chorus of boos that on this night accompanies it. Jeff Jarrett emerges with a wide grin on his face wearing a red ‘Hulkamania’ t-shirt, as well as casual jeans and black shoes. He points from the top of the ramp to the men inside the ring who are applauding him before joining them.

Mike Tenay – Here’s the man who sold his soul! Here’s the man who sold Dixie Carter and this company down the damn river – Jeff Jarrett.

Double J is greeted by warm hugs from his new business partners much to the distain of Dixie Carter who we can see backstage shaking her head in disgust, still with tears flowing from her eyes. Jarrett asks to see the contract which Bischoff has in his hands and receives it, kissing it tenderly before raising it high in the air.

Jeff Jarrett ‘Ya know, as the founder of TNA, you’d understand why it would eat me up seeing my company ran by another person. You’d understand how bitter it would make me over the last few years, seeing ma’ creation: ma’ hard work ma’ blood, ma’ sweat, and ma’ tears – being operated by somebody else. I’d also hope that you’d understand why I would have to go to such extreme measures – aligning myself with two sworn enemies – just to regain the control that I deserve. You’d understand that... or at least, you would understand it... if it were true.

While the last four words seemingly went over Hogan’s head, Bischoff is slightly caught off guard, but figuratively shakes his head at the notion and moves on from it.

Jeff Jarrett – Now I’ve been involved in a few screw-jobs in ma’ time, but this... this one right here, this is the sweetest.

Jarrett once again raises the contract aloft for all to see.

Jeff JarrettThe contract that I hold in ma’ hand right here is the difference between Dixie Carter owning this company... and the three men you see standing in this ring owning this company. This contract – paper and ink – separates this one company’s future. According to the litigation on this contract, I am entitled to and I own a 40% share in TNA Wrestlin’, and am thus the majority share holder. It would be so, so easy to take this contract, use it and abuse it, and to take over TNA and re-shape the company to how I see fit. You’d all understand my motivation for doing such a thing, stealing a multi-million dollar company away from somebody else – because the gain would be so hah’ for yours truly.

Bischoff nods in agreement.

Jeff Jarrett –But Eric... Hulk – I’m afraid to say that that’s just not gonna happen.

The doom and gloom mood of the Impact Zone changes to one of renewal and hope, with all of the fans in attendance either already thrilled at what they’ve heard or intrigued by where Jarrett’s going with this. Eric Bischoff on the other hand is baffled, mouthing ‘What?’ to his so-called business partner.

Eric Bischoff –You’re right it’s not gonna happen – we all get a share in this, Jeff, not just you.

Bischoff forces a smile as he calls Jarrett out on the literal meaning of what he said, hoping for the best and that Jarrett had made some sort of error in saying it.

Jeff Jarrett –That’s not what I mean, Eric.

Bischoff looks at Jarrett in restrained disgust.

Eric Bischoff – ... Th-then what do you mean?

Jarrett pauses for a while before responding, meanwhile, off-mic, Eric asks him again what the deal is. Hulk meanwhile takes a step forward towards Jeff via his crutches.

** Another **

The Impact Zone rises up generally negatively for the arrival of the TNA World Champion Jeff Hardy. Eric Bischoff’s spirits lift immediately though as he announces Jeff Hardy.

Eric Bischoff – Ladies and gentlemen... the NEEW – TNA World Heavyweight Championnnnn – JEFF... HARR-DYYY!

Hardy stands at the top of the entrance way taking in the atmosphere with his title belt draped over his shoulder emotionlessly before making his way down the ramp to join the party. As Hardy nears the ring, Bischoff reminds Jarrett off-mic that ‘we’re all in this together’.

Taz – Well here comes the man who along with Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan, turned his back on TNA wrestling and sold his soul for that belt right there! This guy’s got some explainin’ to do.

Ever the kiss-ass, Bischoff sits on the second rope and pulls the top one up to make the champions entrance more comfortable. Hulk and Eric both take turns in hugging ‘their’ champion, who seems very assured of his own presence. Hardy chews his gum rather brashly before, in the direction of the camera, spitting it out forcefully. After receiving a mic from a ringside lower-being and waiting for the crowd to simmer down, he begins.

Jeff Hardy – You know, they say the best trick that the devil pulled was convincing the world that he didn’t exist. I couldn’t agree with that more, because you’re looking at two guys – Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff, who pulled off one hell of a trick at Bound For Glory.

Heat for ‘Hollywood’ Hogan and Bischoff.

Jeff Hardy – And of course yours truly, Jeffrey Nero Hardy, who played the role of antagonist in capturing this (he holds the title aloft) TNA World Heavyweight title.

Hogan and Bischoff concur with Hardy, who they’re visibly very happy with.

Jeff Hardy – I’ve gotta say that regardless of the circumstances that surround, and the way that you people are treating me, holding this title belt – this thing of beauty – it’s a dream that I’ve held for the last six years since I first stepped foot in TNA. I’ve accomplished my dream and achieved my goals... thanks to these two men right here.

On cue, the fans generate heat for the smug Bischoff and Hogan.

Jeff Hardy – Say what you want about ‘em... but these three men are geniuses the likes of which we rarely see on this earth. Hollywood Hogan: biggest star in wrestling’s history, Jeff Jarrett: TNA’s founder, and the life-blood of TNA... and Eric Bischoff: the conniving, deceitful, scheming genius – they are the reason that this moment is possible. These three guys are the ones that orchestrated and put together this little master plan. Together we laid the foundations for this little scheme that we’ve got goin’ on – the scheme in which the four of us take over the entire Wrestling world. Hulk, Jeff and Eric would have the power... and I myself... would have the title.

A ‘You Sold Out’ chant erupts, but it seems fleeting and like water off of a ducks back to Jeff Hardy.

Jeff Hardy: But ya see, Hulk, and ya see Eric – like the man standing beside me Jeff Jarrett, that’s just not the way that it’s gonna go down, man.

Bischoff chuckles to himself before seeing the seriousness in Hardy’s face and again mouthing ‘What’? He then puts the microphones to his lips.

Eric Bischoff: Uh, excuse me?

Jeff Hardy: Oh, that’s right Eric.

Hardy looks to Jeff Jarrett who to the delight of the crowd, raises the contract high in the air once more before RIPPING IT in two, mortifying the onlooking Hogan and Bischoff!!

Mike Tenay – WHAT?!?!

Jeff Hardy: The con-man, just got his lieing ass... CONNED!

The fans erupt in support of Hardy, who looks at Jeff Jarrett knowingly.

Jeff Hardy: And I can’t tell you how good it feels, how empowering it feels, knowing that I’m part of the reason that the two of you have finally been figured out. I mean guys... did you really think that I’d sell ma’ soul for the dollar sign? Did you really think that I was seedy enough to spit in the face of Dixie Carter and all of these fans (cheap pop) – just for the glory of the TNA World Title, is that it?

Hogan and Bischoff look at each other in disbelief.

Hulk Hogan: Brother, I don’t know what your deal is, but you had better hope that this a joke you’ve got going on right now.

Hardy pauses momentarily, looking to the fans in attendance before responding.

Jeff Hardy: Oh it’s far from a joke Hulkster. See I grew up ‘ah-dolising you, trying to be like you in every possible way – but now I see you for what you and Eric truly are... and that is the cancer in TNA!

The fans break out in a unanimous chant of ‘Hardy! Hardy! Hardy!’

Eric Bischoff: Alright, I-I see what’s developing here. I see it. Very well-worked, boys, kudos to the both of you... but come on now, let’s be serious for a moment here. Let’s be business-men – are you really going to pass up that title, Hardy? And you Jarrett – you’re telling me that you don’t want that majority share in TNA: the company that you founded?! The company that was stolen away from you why Dixie Carter?!

Despite desperately trying to plead with Jarrett’s dark-side, his response is definitive after a moment to ponder his response.

Jeff Jarrett: NO!

Bischoff mouths to Jarrett ‘WHAT?’, as Hogan takes another step forward and pokes Jarrett in the chest, only to have his hand slapped away by the TNA founder.

Jeff Jarrett: Hulk... Eric – consider this your last stand in TNA, because according to Dixie Carter: the true owner of TNA...

Jarrett raises the contract torn contract high once again and then tears it into eight neat pieces, before throwing it high into the air and letting it fall like confetti.

Jeff Jarrett: ... you’re... FIRED ~ !!!

Hulk and Eric look at each other with grim looks on their faces as the fans pop wildly.

Hulk Hogan: Jarrett – you little redneck, backstabbing prick – you really think that tearing up that contract is gonna eliminate us from TNA... our company? Do I really need to remind you brother, that the two of us have got two year contracts with TNA – the two highest-paid contracts in all of professional wrestlin’?! You can’t kill Hulkamania – many have tried... all have failed!

Still fired up, Jarrett responds.

Jeff Jarrett: Hogan – read ‘ma lips... I just did. You’re gone from TNA, you hear me? There is not a chance in hell that I’m gonna stand idly bah’ and watch you tear TNA down from the inside. This company, TNA Wrestlin’, is the greatest professional wrestlin’ company in the world, and I’ll be DAMNED... I’ll be DAMNED if I let two money-hungry ego-maniacs come in and kill TNA like you did WC’Dubyah!

Bischoff, sick of hearing Jarrett speak, signals to TNA security Gunner and Murphy to enter the ring and take care of the two Jeff’s. They follow orders as told to, entering through the ropes and standing face to face with Hardy and Jarrett, almost nose-to-nose.

Eric Bischoff: Well don’t just stand there... c’mon!

In another shocking twist, both Gunner and Murphy turn to face Hogan and Bischoff before shaking their heads and telling them ‘NO’! The fans pop as Murphy shakes Jarrett’s hand and Gunner shakes Hardy’s, before they both exit the ring and make their way up the ramp.

Jeff Jarrett: So before we forcefully remove you from this building, there’s one more person that you need to man up and face. You need to look her in the eye and you need to realise that the times have changed, and that TNA isn’t going anywhere. Ladies and gentlemen... TNA’s president, Mrs Dixie Carter.

To no entrance music, Dixie emerges with her husband Serg still visibly shaken by the drama that’s unfolded. Though her husband insists on accompanying her to the ring, she tells him that she’s got this one and makes her way to ringside, with Hardy pulling the ropes up for her. She takes a deep breath before making her way alongside Jeff Jarrett, who embraces her in a hug. Eric Bischoff leers at Dixie deviously, whilst Hogan similarly watches on callously. Tension builds as they stand off each other, before Eric takes a big step forward and gets in the face of Dixie and proceeds to yell at her relentlessly. Dixie stands there, stone-faced, and takes it, but after Eric is done with his tirade she takes a slight step backwards before unleashing a vicious SLAP to the face of Bischoff!

Mike Tenay – WHOA!?!?

Bischoff stumbles backwards and falls on his backside, visibly embarrassed. He responds by swiftly making it back onto his feet and lunging towards Dixie violently only to be met by a stern kick to the gut by Jeff Jarrett who then tosses Bisch towards Hardy like a piece of meat before the champion downs him with a Twist of Fate!

Taz – Our TNA champion... Jeff Haw’dy – just took out Eric Bischoff with the Twist of Fate!

Eric does the wise thing by rolling out of the ring where he lays motionless on the floor, leaving Hulk Hogan all on his own. Hogan takes a moment to examine his next choice of action.

Hulk Hogan: That’s all well and good guys – you took out my Immortal blood-brother Eric Bischoff... but don’t be so dumb to think that Hulk Hogan doesn’t have another plan lined up right now. Don’t be so dumb to think that I wouldn’t have prepared for war here in TNA. Every army needs soldiers – Dixie, here come my Immortal brothers who are gonna take over this company with me!

On cue, Abyss leads Monty Brown, Chris Harris, the Latin American Exchange, Eric Young and Christopher Daniels down to ringside amidst a mixed reaction.

Mike Tenay – ‘They’ have arrived! What’s gonna happen next?! Don’t go anywhere... you don’t wanna miss what happens when TNA Impact on SpikeTV returns!

Commercials (9:15pm – 9:19pm)

Back in the Impact Zone there is another stand-off inside the ring. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff are backed up by ‘They’.

Hulk Hogan – You don’t feel too hot now, do ya’ champ? Do ya’ Dixie? Do ya’ Jarrett? See Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff have been on a recruiting mission of sorts, and right now, my blood-brothers – ‘THEY’ – are here to help us take over this place.

Jeff Jarrett – Is that how it’s gonna go down then boys? Abyss, Homicide, Hernandez, Wildcat, Daniels, Eric, Monty – is that how you wanna do this?

Monty Brown takes a step forward with a microphone in hand and stands alongside Hulk and Eric.

Jeff Jarrett – Guys, you’re TNA Wrestling originals. You were here since the get-go. You men are the foundation of this company, and it was your blood, sweat and tears that helped TNA get to where we are today!

Amidst an impromptu ‘Alpha Male’ chant, Monty Brown responds.

Monty Brown – You know Jarrett, you’re right. You’re completely, positively, 100% right. We are the ones who built this company, and it was our hard work that made today possible. We were the backbone of TNA Wrestling, but Jeff – if the Alpha Males memory serves him correct, you had no hesitation in giving all of us the shaft for these readymade ‘superstars’ from the WWE and WCW. I’ve seen the likes of Foley... Steiner... Booker T... Flair... Nash... Hall... Sting – all come into this company and push the existing talent right down the pecking order, so Jeffrey, why would I take your side... when I could become Immortal?

Hogan grins widely, as Dixie, Jeff Jarrett and Jeff Hardy look on. Dixie steps forward with a microphone in hand.

---

To summarise: Jarrett and Hardy reveal their feigned heel-turn before turning on Hogan/Bischoff and, in the process, regain the power in TNA for Dixie Carter. As this ends, ‘They’ are about to announce their allegiance to either TNA and Dixie Carter or Immortal.

Again - not particularly proud of this work but I got the urge to post something. I like the concept of thread a lot and it's a shame that it's rarely used imo.

Wrote this promo for a project that never came to fruition, it's still lying around so I might as well post it in here...

***BURN IN MY LIGHT***

The Carver Arena then becomes filled with boos as Randy Orton walks out, not looking particularly happy. Orton, wearing a long-sleeved black collared shirt and black pants, poses on the stage as golden pyro rain falls from the ceiling before walking down the ramp. Randy climbs onto the ring apron and steps into the ring, calling for a microphone which he receives.

Tony Chimel: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome... "THE LEGEND KILLER"... RANDY ORTON!!

Michael Cole: Randy Orton was one of the three men in the Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship last Sunday at WrestleMania, and was pinned by Rey Mysterio. It's not hard to see that Orton is in a pretty foul mood tonight because of that loss five days ago.

Tazz: Well, ya' win some, ya' lose some. Orton may have lost last Sunday, but it's far from the end for "The Legend Killer", Cole.

Orton stands in the middle of the ring with the microphone and waits for the boos to quieten down, before talking.

Randy Orton: I know that you were all expecting your hero Rey Mysterio...

Big pop at the mention of Mysterio.

Randy Orton: ... to come out at the start of the show and talk about... (Scowls) his victory at WrestleMania last Sunday...

More cheers from the crowd.

Randy Orton: But sadly for all of you, that is NOT going to happen.

Randy smirks, as the crowd boo.

Randy Orton: If Rey deserved to win the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania, then believe me, I would gladly step aside and let him celebrate... but the fact is, Rey, you DIDN'T deserve to win!

More heat for TLK.

Randy Orton: You know you didn't, Rey, hell, you shouldn't have even been in the match! I beat you at No Way Out, you lost your title shot but then you went and took your sob-story to Teddy Long, and being the unfair man that he is, he put you in the match and then you STOLE the World Heavyweight Championship from its rightful owner... me.

Orton shakes his head, still seething.

Randy Orton: And Kurt Angle...

Cheers at the mention of Angle.

Randy Orton: Kurt, I think- wait, no, I know that you feel the same way as me. You might not wanna admit it, because you and I have never seen eye-to-eye or you care too much about these people, or both, but I know you do. Kurt, Teddy Long isn't the only problem here... these people, that you strive to make happy each and every week, they're the problem too.

Orton looks at the crowd in shame, before continuing.

Randy Orton: They cheer for Rey every week, just like they cheer for you, Kurt, they bought into it just like Teddy Long did. Rey's too stupid to know any better...

Randy is cut off by boos from the crowd.

Randy Orton: Hey, SHUT THE HELL UP!!

That only makes matters worse, as Orton gets even more heat.

Randy Orton: Rey's too stupid to know any better, Kurt, he's going to be the puppet on the people's strings for the rest of his career, but I know that you do. So Kurt... I want you to come down to this ring so you can listen to what I have to say to you.

Orton waits for a few moments, until "Gold Medal" hits to a big pop from the crowd and KURT ANGLE walks through the curtain. Dressed in his ring gear, Angle walks down the ramp, not bothering to pose on the stage, and steps into the ring. Kurt takes a microphone, before coming face-to-face with a smirking Orton.

Randy Orton: Now, Kurt... before you do anything, I just want you to hear me out.

Kurt Angle: I'm listening.

Randy slowly nods his head.

Randy Orton: Good to see that we're... on the same page. (Smirks) Kurt, I remember a time when you were just like me. You were young... talented... and you were only in it for yourself. You are still talented... but you're not in it for yourself anymore. And being the reasonable man that I am, I wanted to tell you that you're not gonna survive if you're not in it for yourself.

Kurt Angle: Well Randy, being the reasonable man that I am... I wanna tell you that you're full of crap.

Huge pop from the crowd, and Orton's eyes suddenly light up.

Kurt Angle: Y'see, I'm the best professional wrestler in the world, there's no doubt about it.

More cheers for Angle.

Kurt Angle: I don't need to cheat like you to win matches, because like I said, I'm the best. I don't have to make a choice between success and entertaining these people, I can have my cake and eat it too.

Randy looks around the ring, not listening to Kurt.

Kurt Angle: Hey! You look at me when I'm talking to you.

Orton reluctantly makes eye contact with Angle, who then continues to speak.

Kurt Angle: I'm not gonna lie, Randy. Am I pissed off that I'm not the World Heavyweight Champion? You bet your ass I am. But the fact is, Rey Mysterio deserved to be in the match, and he deserves to have that title.

Cheers from the crowd.

Kurt Angle: Rey lasted sixty minutes in the Royal Rumble match, he outlasted twenty-nine other guys... but what did you do? You screwed him at No Way Out, Randy. Because you know that you can't beat Rey Mysterio fair and square.

Orton laughs at Angle, not even bothering to respond, as Kurt moves one step closer to him and they come nose-to-nose.

Kurt Angle: And you and I both know... that you can't beat me either.

Big pop from the crowd, and Randy takes a step back from Kurt.

Randy Orton: Kurt... it doesn't have to be like this. We are the two best wrestlers on SmackDown!, and if we... formed an alliance... (Smiles) then we could make sure that Rey Mysterio never... ever... steps into the ring with guys like us again.

Angle nods his head, which pleases Orton.

Randy Orton: Sounds good, doesn't it?

Kurt looks around, before he grins in response.

Randy Orton: See, this is how it should be. Together, Kurt, we could take over the whole of SmackDown! let alone destroy Rey Mysterio... we would be unstoppable.

The crowd boo Orton, but it doesn't take the smirk off his face.

Randy Orton: So...

Randy extends his hand to Angle, getting more heat.

Randy Orton: ... will you join me?

Kurt looks around the Allstate Arena for several moments, before looking at Orton... AND SHAKING HIS HAND!!

Michael Cole: NO!! KURT ANGLE IS SHAKING HANDS WITH RANDY ORTON!! DAMNIT!!

With the Arena filled with boos, Angle and Orton, both smirking, then raise each other's hands in the air, but then...

...

...

...

ANGLE SLAM!! ANGLE SLAM TO ORTON!!

The crowd suddenly go nuts and Angle raises his hands in the air, shouting "YEAH!" Kurt then looks down at Orton and laughs to himself, shaking his head before leaving the ring as "Gold Medal" blares out again. Angle walks up the ramp and stops on the stage, posing for the crowd again before walking behind the curtain.

Tazz: Well, thank God for that!

Michael Cole: ANGLE TRICKED ORTON!! HE FOOLED HIM!!

Tazz: Alright, Cole, settle down! Jeez.

Michael Cole: I can't help it, Tazz! Randy Orton got what was coming to him! Kurt Angle played him like the fool that he is with that Angle Slam! Genius!

In the ring, Orton slowly gets to his feet holding the back of his neck. He looks around at the crowd who are laughing at him and Randy shouts "SHUT UP! EVERYBODY, SHUT UP!" before leaving the ring with his tail in between his legs as we go to a commercial break.

Sorry for double post (not sure who I should say sorry to seeing as I'm a mod ) but it's been nine days so whatever.

I'm bored waiting for 2-21-11 (~!) and I just watched a Chris Hero/Akira Tozawa (who I haven't seen wrestle before this) from PWG BOLA 2010 because I've never watched anything from PWG before and I got bored so I watched the match. It was a fun match so I tried out writing a Tozawa match to see how it went, and I think it went pretty well. I wrote a match between Tozawa and Jay Lethal, so if I want to use it in my TNA thread in the future then I can. Here it is, didn't see the point in making it too long so yeah.

'Tozawa Juku' hits to a lukewarm reaction as Akira Tozawa walks through the curtain. With a stern look on his face, Tozawa marches down the aisle and enters the ring, walking into the corner. 'Push It' then hits and Jay Lethal walks out, getting a good pop from the crowd. With a smile on his face, Lethal high-fives some fans on his way down the aisle before entering the ring, standing against the ropes as he and Tozawa fix their eyes on each other prior to their match.

Akira Tozawa vs. Jay Lethal

The bell rings and Akira Tozawa and Jay Lethal approach the middle of the ring, Lethal extending his hand to Tozawa... but Tozawa slaps his hand away! The crowd murmur amongst themselves as Jay looks at his hand and laughs, before slapping Tozawa across the face! Immediately after, Lethal and Tozawa lock up and they remain in the lock-up for a while until they both break out of it and Akira screams in Jay's face! The crowd are both confused and amused by Tozawa's scream at his opponent and Lethal laughs at him, pointing to him and looking around the crowd to see their reaction but Akira grabs Jay's arm and wrenches it around. Tozawa pulls Lethal in and knees him in the mid-section, trying to pull his right arm back over his right shoulder as far as it can go which causes Jay some temporary excrutiating pain. Lethal manages to spin around and he hits Akira with a forearm to the face, breaking out of the hold. Jay runs off the ropes and both competitors go for a Shoulder Block, both of them staying on their feet in the end. Both of them run off the ropes and go for it again, both of them staying up once again. After they come to a standstill, Lethal kicks Tozawa in the mid-section and applies a cravat.

Jay keeps Akira in the cravat for several moments, walking around the ring in circles whilst keeping the hold applied until Tozawa is able to push Lethal away into the ropes. Jay handstands into the ropes and goes for a spinning elbow smash but Tozawa dodges it and hits Lethal with a dropkick to the legs, which brings him down to the mat on his stomach. Tozawa rolls Lethal over onto his back and makes a quick and optimistic cover, One... Jay gets his shoulder up with ease. Both men get back to a vertical base and Akira goes for an Irish whip into the corner, Lethal countering it with an Irish whip into the corner of his own. Jay then runs towards him but Tozawa comes out of the corner and runs at Lethal, hitting him with a Frankensteiner! Akira holds onto Jay's legs behind his back as the cover is made again, One... Two... Lethal kicks out on two. Both of them get back up again and Tozawa hits Lethal with a chop to the chest, the crowd reacting with loud wooo's. Jay looks around the Frontier Park Fieldhouse before hitting Tozawa with a chop of his own, and for the next dozen seconds Lethal and Tozawa rapidly exchange chops much to the amusement of the fans.

The chop-fest is cut short when Jay ducks a chop and moves behind Tozawa, going for a Belly-to-Back Suplex. Akira flips back and lands on his feet behind Lethal, wrapping his hands around his waist and driving him forward into the corner. Tozawa rolls backwards, hoping to hold onto his opponent and pin him, but Jay holds onto the ropes into the corner and Tozawa rolls backwards into the middle of the ring alone. Both men come to a standstill before Akira quickly rises to his feet and charges at Lethal but gets a boot to the face. A groggy Tozawa staggers backwards and Lethal runs forward but Tozawa shakes off the grogginess and floors Jay with an Arm Drag. Lethal gets back up and runs at his opponent but Tozawa gets in the wheelbarrow position on him and goes up into the air, spinning around in mid-air and hitting Lethal with a Wheelbarrow Armdrag! The crowd applaud after that maneuver, chanting both 'Let's go, Lethal!' and 'Tozawa!' as Tozawa gets back up, followed by Lethal moments later. Akira grabs Jay by the head and floors him with a Snapmare.

Tozawa lets out a loud scream, before hitting Lethal with a stiff kick to the back! Akira's leg spins around and he takes a one hundred and eighty degree turn after, following up with a heel kick to the back of Lethal's neck! Tozawa subsequently runs off the ropes behind and charges forward, running off the opposite ropes before hitting Lethal with a Dropkick to the face! Tozawa then makes the cover, One... Two... Lethal kicks out! Akira gets up and gets Jay up to his feet as well. Tozawa hits Lethal with some chops to the chest before running off the ropes behind him and charging forward, but Jay quickly grabs Tozawa and throws him across the ring with a Belly-to-Belly Suplex out of no where! The crowd applaud as Lethal and Tozawa both lie on the mat on opposite sides of the ring. They stay down for several moments until both getting back to their feet at the same time. The two competitors approach each other and begin to trade right hands, the crowd cheering when both men land blows. The exchange eventually becomes a chop-a-thon, both Lethal and Tozawa landing a shedload of chops to one another until Jay blocks an attempted chop, quickly gets Tozawa in position, and hits him with the Lethal Combination out of no where!

Lethal is unable to capitalize on the big move straight away though, as he is tired from this match and it takes a few moments for him to cover Tozawa, One... Two... Tozawa gets the shoulder up on two-and-a-half! Lethal almost had the win there, but Tozawa refuses to quit now. Lethal gets back up and gets Tozawa to his feet, going behind him. Jay lifts him up in a Back Suplex position and spins around, going for the Lethal Injection but Akira slips out of Lethal's grasps and rolls forward out of harm's way. Tozawa gets up and Lethal runs at him but Tozawa slides through his legs and gets back up. Jay turns around and sees Akira, backing into the ropes before running forward but Tozawa hits Lethal with a Double Knee Drop to the shoulders, pinning them down to the mat as the pin is made! One... Two... Lethal kicks out! Another close fall in this great X Division match, and Tozawa gets up, climbing out onto the ring apron. Tozawa runs across the apron and leaps to the top rope, immediately going for a Diving Headbutt... but Lethal rolls out of the way, and Tozawa goes head-first into the canvas!

Moments later, Lethal gets to his feet and gets Tozawa up, lifting him up in a Belly-to-Back position before spinning around and nailing Tozawa with the Lethal Injection! Jay then hooks the legs as the cover is made: 1... 2... 3! Lethal picks up the victory, but Tozawa has an impressive performance in his TNA debut!

Winner - Jay Lethal (8:58)

Wrote this a month or so ago for a WWE 2012 project I was going to do. surprise, surprise, it never came about.

WWE Championship
John Cena © vs. The Rock

Miami is in a frenzy as their hometown boy, The Peoples Champion, The Great One, The Rock is back, competing in the ring for the first time in 8 years. Miami, Florida are firmly behind The Great One as a deafening amount of chants are directed Rock's way. 'Rocky, Rocky, Rocky' and you can tell The Rock is nervous as hell, goosebumps are visible as he looks out into the crowd, no smile but he certainly looks like he appreciates the crowd support. The Rock finally turns to look at his opponent, the WWE Champion, John Cena and as the two mens eye's meet, both are obviously thinking the same thing. 'Wow' The Rock and John Cena both walk out of their corners but Cena quickly stops as the crowd now turn their 'Rocky' chant into a very loud 'Cena Sucks' chant. John Cena now looks around the stadium at the crowd and he knows that pretty much all 70,000 fans are behind The Rock. John Cena now turns his attention back to The Rock and now the two walk to the center of the ring.

John Cena begins the verbal exchange, his mouth going as fast as Speedy Gonzalez, The Rock just stands, staring at Cena as he talks a load of trash but The Rock doesn't take the bait, he just smirks with his toothy grin and takes a step back and John Cena looks surprised that The Rock didn't take th bait. Rock and Cena haven't taken their eyes off of each other and The Rock gives Cena a nod and says across the ring 'Lets go' and now both men quickly engage in a collar and elbow tie up, both men battle with each other, fighting to show who is the stronger of the two but it's a two way horse race as both men appear to be evenly matched, both Rock & Cena push each other off, both looking surprised by each others strength.

And again, the crowd begin the huge 'Rocky' chant which fires The Rock up and he quickly lunges back into a collar and elbow tie up with Cena again, this time both men wrestle over towards the corner and just before Rock gets Cena into the corner fully, Cena is able to twist around and shove Rock in the corner. Referee Mike Chioda steps in to tell Cena to break the hold and he slowly does, but before he backs off he slaps the taste out of The Rock's mouth! The crowd instantly shit all over Cena for the cheap shot as The Rock holds his cheek, turning slowly to look at Cena for daring to slap him. The Rock is now visibly angry and he quickly steps out of the corner and sends his fist flying towards Cena, but Cena is able to duck under The Rock's fist and get's behind him and turns The Rock around, nailing him with his own series of rights, backing him into the corner again. Cena now whips Rock into the opposite corner but The Rock quickly runs back out of the corner and attempts a lariat, but Cena is able to dodge another move and he gets behind The Rock and grabs him in a rear waistlock, Cena now takes The Rock down and sweeps over to Rock's head and locks in a side headlock down on the canvas.

This only prompts the crowd to direct a 'You Can't Wrestle' chant at John Cena, but he doesn't let it get to him, he keeps The Great One locked in, applying a tonne of pressure, trying to weaken him down as early as possible. The jeers directed at the WWE Champ from the Miami crowd is amazing. The Rock is battling back to his feet with Cena still holding on the side headlock, The Rock is able to get to one knee, and then back to his feet! This prompts Cena to quickly release the hold and he takes The Rock back down with a drop toe hold, Cena grabs The Rock's leg and tries to lock int he STF! The Rock is fighting at Cena and he is able to grab the ropes before Cena can lock the hold on. John Cena moves back, away from Rock. The Rock pulls himself up by using the ropes and as he turns around, Cena is in his face, he uses his hands to tell Rock how close he was to being put away. The Rock's eyes widen open, and he stares a hole through Cena.

John Cena may have finally gotten to The Rock. The Peoples Champ now starts talking trash across the ring to Cena and now Cena laughs it off. The Rock steps towards his opponent and the expression on his face says it all. The Rock is fired up and is fired up good and he quickly gets into another collar and elbow tie up with Cena, but this time there is no wrestling for strength supremacy, The Rock instead quickly gets Cena into a side headlock and now he looks to take control of the match, but Cena pushes The Rock off the ropes and forces him to release the hold, The Rock rebounds off the ropes and he runs right into a reverse elbow. The Rock sits up on his elbow but Cena gets down and pushes The Rock's shoulders down and makes a cover.

Not even a two. Cena will have to do a lot more than this to put The Rock away. John Cena gets back to his feet and allows The Rock to get back to his. The Rock turns to look at Cena again and a huge smile is donned on the face of Cena, pretty much laughing at how he is easily out wrestling him. The Rock gets back to his feet and we go into yet another collar and elbow tie up, this time Cena twists out of it and gets behind The Rock, applying a hammerlock. The Rock looks adamant not to be made a joke out of by Cena and he shakes his head and quickly shoves his elbow behind him, but to his surprise, Cena is able to dodge it and keep the hammerlock applied. The Rock's frustration begins to build and it's showing, he grits his teeth and tries to get out of the hold by switching, but as soon as The Rock lowers his head to go under Cena's arm, Cena releases the hold and pulls The Rock into another side headlock.

The Rock tries to battle out by pushing Cena off the ropes but this time Cena uses his strength to keep the headlock on, taking Rocky back to the center of the ring. The crowd can't believe that Cena has had this much control over The Rock, but it's clear that The Rock is suffering from some ring rust. Cena keeps the side headlock held for twenty or so more seconds before The Rock finally battles back, shoving his elbow into Cena's midsection, forcing him to release the hold. Now that The Rock is free, he quickly runs off the ropes and heads towards Cena but he is taken down with a shoulder block and now Cena runs off the ropes as The Rock turns over onto his stomach and Cena runs over him, Cena runs off the other side of the ropes and The Rock is back to his feet and Cena runs into an arm drag take down! Cena now rolls out of the ring and falls to the floor, the crowd now going electric as The Rock battles back.

Rock looks out into the crowd, feeding off their energy like he always does and the camera moves over to Cena who is pulling himself up onto the apron. As Cena gets himself at a vertical base on the apron, The Rock moves over quickly and doesn't give Cena a chance to get back in the ring on his own accord. The Rock drills him with a stiff right hand, almost sending Cena off the apron, but Cena holds on and pulls himself back up, only to be met with another right hand to which he almost falls off again. Cena is able to pull himself back up again but this time Rock drills him with right hand after right hand after right hand before finally spitting on his palm and slapping Cena! Cena falls onto the apron and back down onto the floor.

The Rock quickly looks over the ropes, down at Cena and the trademark 'Just Bring IT' taunt is used which gets a huge pop from the crowd. The Rock backs off and once again allows Cena to pull himself back up onto the apron. As Cena gets back on the apron, The Rock steps over, looking to do the same to Cena again but this time Cena had it scouted and he was able to send himself through the middle rope, shoulder first into The Rock's gut, sending The Rock staggering to the middle of the ring. Cena now quickly enters the ring and runs towards Rock, hitting a big lariat. The Rock quickly gets back to his feet but is sent right back down with another lariat but a defiant Rock gets back to his feet again, but this time he runs into a side headlock takedown. Cena doesn't keep the hold locked in but instead gets to his feet, allowing Rock to get to his and as Rock gets back to his feet, Cena lifts him onto his shoulder and carries him over to the corner, shoving his shoulder into Rock's gut. Cena now straightens Rock up and grabs him by the jaw with his left hand and stretches his right arm out and sends his fist rallying into Rock's cheek several times before whipping him into the opposite corner and running at him, connecting with a corner closeline.

Cena steps out of the corner and The Rock stumbles out seconds after, stumbling into a hip toss, crashing down on his lower back. Cena has the match in his control, much to the dismay of the fans as he scouts Rock who slowly gets back up, Cena grabs Rock's arm and turns him around and rocks him with more right hands, backing him towards the ropes and pushing him off them, The Rock rebounds off the opposite side and Cena ducks his head, The Rock manages to stop himself and he kicks Cena's chest. Cena clutches his chest as he straightens himself back up and now The Rock hits Cena with his own lariat! Cena gets back to his feet reasonably quickly but Rocky is able to send him back down with a scoop slam and now Rock gets down and hooks Cena's left leg.

It's not enough to allow Rock to win the WWE Championship. Rock grabs Cena by his head and pulls him back to his feet, before Cena gets all the way back up, he nails Rock in the gut several times with rights and lefts, forcing him off, Cena now quickly pushes off the ropes, heading towards Rock. SAMOAN DROP! Cena ran right into it, Rock planted him down and makes another cover.

It's still not enough to put Cena away. The Miami crowd try to put Cena down mentally by chanting all sorts of shit at him and continue to fully support The Rock. Rocky gets back up again, and exits onto the apron and climbs up the turnbuckle. Cena starts to make his way back up and once he gets there and close enough to The rock, Rock jumps from the top rope... RIGHT INTO A DROPKICK FROM CENA! Rock attempted a double axehandle but Cena countered with a huge dropkick, hitting Rock in the gut more than anything else.

Rock rolls around on the canvas, clutching his midsection and is clearly winded as Cena regains some composure. Cena looks over at The Great One and shakes his head, he gets back up and grabs the winded challenger and pulls him up and into a front facelock and quickly lifts him up, planting him with a vertical suplex. Cena is getting the shit booed out of him here but he waves it all off and remains focused. He picks The Rock up again, keeping a hold of his head and walks over with him to the corner and smashes his head off the top turnbuckle. Rock lays against the turnbuckle as Cena takes a moment to pose to the fans which gains him more heat and now goes back to work on Rock, grabbing his head again and smashing it off the turnbuckle, he does it again and again until Rock fall to his knees and now he forces Rock's head into the middle turnbuckle over and over again until Mike Chioda forces him to stop.

The Rock smartly rolls out onto the apron and finally falls to the floor to regain a breath or two, but Cena doesn't look all too pleased and quickly exits the ring, heading towards Rock. Rock is sitting against the steel steps as Cena grabs him and pulls him up, but instead of rolling him back in the ring, Cena grabs Rock by the head and again smashes his head off something, this time being the Spanish announce table. Rock falls to one knee as he continues to get beaten down. Cena grabs Rock again and pulls him towards the steel steps and goes to smash Rock's skull off of those two, but Rock blocks it by placing his right foot on the steel steps! Rock now grabs Cena by the head and smashes his head off the steps! He does it again for good measure! Mike Chioda is trying to get some order back into this and hasn't even started a count out.

The Rock rolls The WWE Champion back into the ring. The Rock takes a while getting back into the ring but he gets back in, but by this time Cena has gotten back up. Cena now swings his hand for Rock again but The Rock ducks and he pulls Cena in and lifts him up, dropping him down with a belly to back suplex! Cena rolls over towards the corner and he places himself in a seated position at it, The Rock moves towards Cena and sticks his boot into his chest several times before being stopped by Chioda. Rock gets in the face of Chioda and doesn't notice that Cena has pulled himself up using the ropes, Rock turns around and Cena races out of the corner nailing a huge lariat, but to the referee! The Rock avoided the contact but Chioda didn't as he was sent inside out and upside down. The crowd 'ohhhh' at the ref bump. Cena looks slightly worried now that this match has no referee but he can't worry too long as Rock turns him around and kicks him in the midsection and quickly dropping him with a DDT!

The Rock kips up and the crowd roar with excitement, The Rock positions himself behind Cena, scouting him as he looks to be setting up for The Rock Bottom! Cena begins to finally stir and starts getting back to his feet, The Rock staying behind him so Cena can't see it coming and once Cena turns, Rock grabs the arm and hooks it over him, but Cena drills his elbow right into the side of Rock's temple, forcing him off and we see no Rock Bottom here! Cena quickly takes advantage of a wounded Rock and presses off the ropes, he hits a leaping shoulder block which, sends The Rock down but he is back up within seconds so Cena connects with another leaping shoulder block but Rock gets back up again. Rock swings his arm for Cena but Cena ducks and pulls Rock in and lifting him up, connecting with a spin out powerbomb!

The Rock raises his arm in the air, hand open as Rock lays in the middle of the ring. Miami are not loving this as Cena steps over The Rock and bends down 'You Can't See Me' and now Cena turns to bounce off the ropes but as he turns back, The Rock has gotten back to his feet and Cena runs right into a huge spinebuster! 'Ohhh's' from the crowd are loud as heck! The Rock now steps over Cena, and looks out to the crowd, The Rock takes a deep breath as the crowd chant his name over and over again and he finally takes off his elbow pad, throwing it into a bunch of crazy fans who fight over it. Rock now hits off the ropes, heading for the opposite side and he kicks off of them. CENA IS UP! ROCK RUNS ONTO CENA'S SHOULDERS! An almost synchronized 'NOOO!' pours from the crowd and Cena drills The Rock down with the Attitude Adjustment! The stadium is going insane!

Cena looks over but the referee is still down and out, Cena shakes his head and the frustration is clear, he heads over to try and revive Mike Chioda but he doesn't respond. The crowd suddenly roar with a huge cheer as The Rock battles back to his feet, Cena turns at the right moment and drops The Rock back down with a drop toe hold! Again, the crowd let out a huge NO! as Cena grabs Rock's leg and drops down, and locks int he STF! The STF is locked but the referee is down! Cena applies a mountain of pressure. Rock tries desperately to get to the ropes, but the pressure that Cena is applying seems to be getting to much and Rock looks like he is fading out. The Rock suddenly has a burst of adrenaline and he pushes himself up with both arms and crawls tot he ropes! He grabs the ropes but Cena refuses to let go! There is no referee to stop Cena from doing this and Cena knows it. Cena eventually lets go! The crowd are going insane. Mike Chioda has yet to move. Cena grabs Rock's leg and drags him back to the middle of the ring!

Rock is fighting him off, trying to prevent Cena locking it in again, the crowd try to will Rock on and it helps as The Rock is able to turn himself around and he pushes Cena off. Cena's back slams off the turnbuckle and he stumbles back out of it, looking to get back to work on The Rock who is on one knee. Cena approaches Rock and grabs him, ROCK GETS UP AND HOOKS THE ARM! ROCK BOTTOM! ROCK BOTTOM! ROCK BOTTOM!

The buzz in the arena is off the chart! Rock connects with his finishing move! The buzz quickly turns to a gigantic amount of heat because John Cena has rolled out of the ring and Rock looks up and see's this, the expression on his face says that he is pissed off. The Rock is visibly shattered but he still wants to win the WWE Championship so fights through the pain, leaving the ring to go after Cena. Cena pulls himself up by using the announce table and as Rock approaches him, Cena turns around and smacks a TV Monitor across The Rock's skull! Cena is trying his best to put The Rock away. Cena now dismantles the rest of the Spanish announce desk and moves over to the WWE announce desk, dismantling that one too! Cena now moves over to The Rock and grabs him, pulling him up onto the Spanish announce desk with him.

Cena forces a groggy Rock to his feet on the announce table and now lifts him up onto his shoulders! Miami Florida go nuts as Cena looks to AA Rock onto the opposite announce table! Cena positions himself correctly but h takes too long and Rock slides off behind him. Rocky now turns Cena around and hooks his arm! ROCK BOTTOM THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! A not so PG 'Holy Shit' chant erupts as both men are laying amid the destruction, both hardly moving. The Rock is finally the first man to show signs of proper life, pushing bits of the announce table out of his way so he can get back up, Rock crawls over to the opposite announce desk and uses it to pull himself up but once he starts to move away, he falls back to his knee. The Rock looks like he could be injured but he tries to fight through it. The crowd show their support by cheering the shit out of him. The Rock battles back to his feet and moves over to Cena who has yet to move out of the spot he was sent down on. Rock grabs Cena and pulls his dead weight like body up and drags him over to the ring. Rock rolls Cena in and rolls himself slowly in too. Rock now rolls over into a cover as Mike Chioda slowly stirs and see's that Rock has made the cover. The crowd chant along as Chioda starts the count!

NO! John Cena showing great tenacity shoves his shoulder up off the canvas! The Rock can't believe it and the crowd can't believe it! The Rock glances over at Chioda, giving him a look of disbelief. The Rock begins to slap the canvas before forcing Cena back to his feet. CENA POPS UP AND DROPS ROCK BACK DOWN WITH A DROP TOE HOLD! CENA HAS THE STF LOCKED AGAIN! There is just no way Rock can fight out of this! Rock scratches and claws at the ring as Chioda is in perfect position to see if Rock taps. Rock tries his best to get to the ropes but he has suffered too much punishment to battle out! Rock raises his arm up... HE DOESN'T TAP! He fights on, slowly crawling to the ropes. Cena pulls back on Rock's neck area and is trying to make him pass out! Rock reaches his long arm out and he is just a fingertip away from getting to the rope. Rock attempts one last pull but he just can't and he fades out! Mike Chioda pulls himself to his knee and checks on The Rock and it looks like he could be down and out. Chioda grabs Rock's arm and lifts it in the air, it drops down!
"ONE!"
Chioda signals to the timekeeper that it dropped once as he lifts Rock's arm to prepare it to drop again. And it does!
"TWO!"
The timekeeper is sitting ready to ring the bell as Chioda raises Rock's arm for the thrid and final time.
"THREE! NO, NO, NO!"
ROCK'S ARM STAYS UP! Cena shakes his head in disbelief, Rock wakes up, screaming in pain but he is battling through it, Rock makes that one last pull and grabs the bottom rope! Cena is forced to release the hold. Cena sits up and begins to question himself as Rock tries to battle back. We get a close up of Cena as he looks at Rock, Cena shakes his head and clearly says 'You're not taking my title, not tonight!' and gets back to his feet, pulling The Rock the rest of the way to his. Cena quickly hoists Rock up on his shoulders again and sets himself up. ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!! NO! Rock leaped out of it! Cena turns around and Rock sweeps his Cena down, holding his legs! Rock positions his legs quickly and turns Cena over. SHARPSHOOTER! SHARPSHOOTER IS LOCKED!

The Rock has Cena right where he wants him, right in the middle of the squared circle. The fans are jumping up and down, expecting The Rock to win at any moment. Rock yells at Cena to tap and this is quickly followed by the crowd chanting 'TAP, TAP, TAP' at Cena. Cena is doing everything he can to battle to the ropes but he cant get there as Rock pulls him further away from them, over near the opposite ropes, Cena facing away from them! Cena looks like he has no choice but to finally give up as he raises his hand up. Cena screams in pain, wanting to give up but he can't bring himself to do it. Cena now positions both his hands on the mat and pushes himself up, the pressure gets too much for Rock and he lets go of Cena's legs, but Cena grabs Rock's legs! CENA COUNTERS INTO A SHARPSHOOTER OF HIS OWN!

Unbelievable! Cena pulls out all the stops to retain his WWE Championship! Cena tries to keep it locked on for as long as possible but Rock is too close to the ropes and he is able to grab them, Cena is forced to release the hold. Cena falls off of Rock, exhausted is an understatement. Both of these men are sweating buckets and Cena looks like an emotional wreck as Rock just wont be put away. Cena looks at Rock and takes on last look at the canvas, looking to finally put him away. Cena scouts Rock, waiting for him to get back to his feet and when he does, Cena pulls him in and hits a Rock Bottom! Miami REALLY didn't like that! Cena dons a cocky smirk and now hooks both Rock's legs!

The World Title match I also wrote.

World Heavyweight Championship
Christian © vs. Wade Barrett

The Royal Rumble winner takes his time getting back in the ring as Christian is ready to go. Charles Robinson forces Christian to take a step back to allow the challenger to get in the ring so we can get this match going and Christian slowly does so. As Barrett gets in the ring, Robinson gets both men in opposite corners and now raises the World Championship up in the air, just to show everyone that this match is for the title. He then shows the title to both Christian and Barrett and then the bell rings for this one to get going.

Christian instantly runs out of his corner and heads for Barrett, rocking right hands all over Wade Barrett. Barrett is trying to cover up but Christian is managing to do a fair amount of damage. Barrett is being punched down in the corner and he manages to slide under the bottom rope to escape Christian's wrath of punishment. Barrett stumbles away over to the opposite side of the outside, as far away from Christian as he can but Christian isn't giving Barrett any time as Christian springs to the other side of the ring to where Barrett is and hops on the middle rope and springboards over the top rope and down tot he floor, nailing Barrett with a splash!

Christian quickly grabs his opponent and shoves him back in the ring. The World Champion now climbs up onto the apron and further climbs up turnbuckle, all the way to the top. Barrett is back to his feet and as he turns around, Christian leaps off, connecting with a missile drop kick! Christian quickly hooks the leg.

Barrett uses his legs to power out. Still too early for Captain Charisma to put him away. Christian once again grabs Barrett but as he pulls him to his feet, Barrett out of nowhere nails Christian with a perfect European Uppercut, sending him back first into the corner. Barrett quickly tries to follow up and he moves over to the corner and starts drilling his right knee right into Christian's gut. Christian yelps in pain as Barrett knee's again and again and again. Barrett now whips Christian into the opposite corner and runs at him, but runs right into Christian's boot! Christian quickly hops up to the middle rope and as Barrett turns back around Christian dives off with a crossbody! BARRETT CATCHES CHRISTIAN! Barrett moves to the center of the ring, holding Christian in position and he plants him down hard on his knee! Barrett isn't done, he still has a hold of Christian and picks him back up and quickly forces him back down onto his knee! Barrett STILL has a hold of Christian and he pulls him up again, this time Barrett heads over to the ropes and smirks before falling back and throwing Christian, hitting a fallaway slam!

The crowd 'Ohhh' as Christian falls hard on the canvas and is sent rolling out of the ring. This time, Barrett isn't letting Christian up and he quickly exits the ring in pursuit. Christian is on all fours and Barrett sizes him up before running at him and punting him in the gut! Christian rolls over, screaming in pain and Barrett laughs it up. He quickly grabs Christian and pulls him back to his feet and pulls him into a bearhug position. Barret rams Christian's lower back right into the ring apron and then turns and rams him into the barricade! Barrett lets go of Christian and he crumples down to the floor, Barrett is completely destroying Christian. Wade rolls in the ring and back out to break the count and once again grabs the champ and pulls him into another bearhug position, this time Barrett looks around and spots the ring post and takes a step back, he charges with Christian and smashes Christian's back off the ring post!

Christian crumples down to the floor again and Charles Robinson warns Barrett that he will disqualify him. Barrett tells Robinson where to go and goes back to work on his opponent, pulling Christian up and rolling him back into the ring. Barrett slowly gets back in the ring and takes a moment to taunt Christian which the fans respond negatively to. Barrett now gets a hold of Christian and forces him back to his feet, Christian keeps his left hand on his lower back and is clearly in a great deal of pain but this doesn't stop Barrett lifting Christian in the air and dropping him with a vertical suplex. Barrett sits up, smirking at how easy this is and mocks the champion, telling him how he doesn't deserve to be World Champion and now it's his time to shine. Barret floats over and makes a pin, not bothering to hook the leg.

NO!
The current World Heavyweight Champion battles through the pain but this angers the challenger who quickly gets back to his feet and ferociously forces Christian to his feet, pulling him in a front facelock and lifting him in the air again, this time Barrett keeps Christian up, delaying the impact. Barrett walks around the ring, showing off his strength and he finally falls back, forcing Christian down again. Christian sits up, clutching his lower back and Barrett see's a chance to inflict more damage and gets himself up quickly and runs off the ropes and he heads towards Christian and shoves his big black boot right into his face! Barrett gets down and makes another cover.

NO!
Christian is determined to have his WrestleMania moment and he's showing it by fighting through the pain. Barrett gets back up quickly and gets in Charles Robinson's face, accusing him of utilizing a slow count. Barrett turns and Christian is almost back to his feet, Barrett quickly lifts Christian up using his shoulder and sends him thundering into the corner. Barrett now pulls his shoulder out and quickly drills it back in! He does the same over and over again, tearing away at Christian's insides. Barrett now sits Christian on the top rope and starts climbing but, Christian is with it enough to fight back, he smashes Barrett in the face with his right forearm, trying to knock him off but Barrett holds on. Christian keeps rocking Barrett with right forearms but it's not working, Christian gives up and now grabs his opponents head and headbutts him! Wade Barrett falls off and crashes down on the canvas. Christian uses this time to recuperate as Barrett slowly gets back to his feet, once Christian notices that he can't rest for much longer he stands on the middle turnbuckle and once Barrett is in the right place, Christian jumps off and hits Barrett with a diving reverse elbow!

The crowd come alive as Christian gets back to his feet quickly and a big 'Christian' chant erupts. Christian grabs Barrett's arm and pulls him the rest of the way to his feet and whips him into the corner but Barrett counters into an Irish Whip of his own! Barrett takes a moment to take a breath before charging towards Christian but, Christian dodges Barrett by shifting his legs out of the way and sits on the ropes! Barrett stopped himself fully hitting th turnbuckle but he wasn't able to block Christian's pendulum kick! Barrett stumbles over to the middle of the ring and ends up stumbling down and drapes over the middle rope. Christian quickly runs at Barrett and hops over him and out of the ring, CHRISTIAN BITCH SLAPS BARRETT!

Barrett felt the full force of that and he is up and is staggering back towards the center of the ring again, Christian enters the ring and gets behind a dazed Barrett and quickly pulls him into a reverse DDT! Christian got all of it and he hooks Barrett's left leg!

NO! Not yet! Barrett shoots his arm up, getting his shoulder off the canvas just in time. Christian doesn't dwell too long and gets in the corner as far away from Barrett and starts slapping his hands together, getting Miami to join in and the claps get louder and louder, Christian finally gets down in the corner and waits for Barrett to get up. Christian yells at Barrett to turn around and on cue, Barrett does so and Christian runs towards him, SP-NO! BARRETT CATCHES CHRISTIAN UP ON HIS SHOULDERS! Barrett goes for Wasteland but Christian fights off of Barrett's shoulders and gets behind him, Barrett turns around and Christian plants him with a flapjack! Christian keeps his momentum. Barrett crawls over to the ropes and pulls himself up, Christian now charges towards Barrett again but Barrett back body drops Christian over! CHRISTIAN LANDS ON THE APRON! Barrett turns around and Christian pulls him down on the top rope! Barrett grabs his throat and Christian quickly enters the ring getting behind Barrett and grabs Barrett's arms, Christian slowly turns Barrett into position and the crowd are cheering as loud as they can! Barrett pushes Christian off! Christian stops himself from hitting the ropes but as he turns around he is met with Barrett's boot again and Barrett now has control.

Barrett leans against the turnbuckle, shaking the cobwebs from his head and he regains his focus as Christian is clearly groggy after that thunderous boot to the face. Barrett pulls Christian the rest of the way up and connects with a hard European Uppercut, sending Christian falling into the turnbuckle. Barrett grabs Christian's arm and whips him into the opposite corner and Christian walks out of the corner after the force and walks right into a sidewalk slam! Barrett hooks both Christian's legs.

Christian is still ticking, getting his shoulder up before the three. Barrett begins to vent his frustration by slamming his fists on the mat. He gets back to a vertical base and he grabs his foe, pulling him to his feet and he hoists Christian up onto his shoulders again! Barrett is about to hit Wasteland! NO! Christian falls off again, preventing the finish from happening. Barrett turns around as Christian quickly runs towards the turnbuckle and springs off it, turning in mid air. BARRETT CATCHES CHRISTIAN ON HIS SHOULDERS! WASTELAND! BARRETT CONNECTS! Barrett gets down and hooks the legs again!

And the Hell In A Cell Match I never got round to finishing between Triple H and The Undertaker.

Hell In A Cell - Streak On The Line
Triple H vs. The Undertaker

Both men have their eyes locked on each other as they prepare to do battle in the most unforgiving structure in WWE history. Triple H, the man who cost The Deadman the World Heavyweight Championship is getting the shit booed out of him as The Undertaker is, as usual cheered to the high heavens as JR & King run us down how both of these men have competed in 18 Hell in a Cell matches combined and quote a few of those great matches. Chills are in the air as both men finally step towards the middle of the ring, staring each other in the eye and not flinching one bit. Triple H has a giant scowl on his face and despite neither man saying a word, the tension builds and builds until Triple H finally snaps.

Triple H sends his fist blazing for Undertaker's face but Taker responds with his own and we start this match with an all out brawl. Both men fighting each other with their fists until both en stumble off of each other and back off into a corner each. Both stare at each other and know that they are pretty much evenly matched having accomplished more or less the same as each other. The Undertaker begins moving out of his corner with his fists up, keeping Triple H trapped in his corner. The Deadman moves closer and closer towards Triple H, keeping his gloved fists up ready to strike at any given moment. The Undertaker now as close as he thinks he can get swings his right hand but The Game dodges out of the way and now has The Undertaker trapped in his own trap and now The Game unloads with furious right hands, beating The Undertaker down.

Referee Jack Doan can't do anything because there are no disqualifications and he must let Triple H continue his assault. Trips feels he has done enough damage for now and he straightens The Undertaker up in the corner, and grabs him by the jaw and gets right in his face, yelling '19 and 1!' and then proceeds to whack Undertaker with a series of knife edged chops which as you would expect garner the crowd to 'Wooo' after each one. Triple H finally stops and then shifts Undertaker out of the corner by taking him towards the ropes and pushing him off them, as Taker bounds towards Triple H, he is able to duck underneath a lariat and he nails The Game with a jumping lariat of his own.

Triple H smartly, or some would say stupidly, rolls out of the ring to escape the clutches of the Demon from Death Valley, Triple H gets himself back up and he looks at Undertaker, daring him to come to the outside which Undertaker wastes no time in accepting. As soon as The Undertaker hops to the outside, Triple H quickly gets back on the inside of the ring and quickly hops off the ropes and runs towards The Undertaker and baseball slides him, forcing Undertaker to smack back first off the unforgiving steel. Triple H brushes his hair out of his face and smirks, quickly exiting the ring to capitalize. The Undertaker fell tot he floor in a seated position after hitting the cell and is leaning against it, Triple H uses the Cell to his advantage and grabs The Undertaker by the skull and rams the back of his head off the steel several times much to the dismay of the fans!

Triple H once again tries to get in the head of the king of the mind games and tells him that tonight he and The Streak will die. He grabs Taker and pulls him to his feet, holding the back of his head and his back, Triple H pushes him right into the steel steps, forcing them to come away from the ring post. The Undertaker can be heard screaming in pain as he clutches his left shoulder and Triple H looks almost certainly satisfied. The Game now grabs Undertaker and gets him up again, Taker still clutches his shoulder as Triple H gets right behind him and now shoves him into the opposite ring post shoulder first! The Undertaker falls to the floor and is in obvious agony really early on in this match. Triple H wastes no time in going to follow up and he pulls The Undertaker to his feet again but this time, The Undertaker uses his right hand to fight Triple H off, but to no avail as Triple H sinks his own right hands in, weakening Taker down again.

Miami are trying to get Undertaker back in it but it's not helping as Triple H now looks to execute another blow to Undertaker's shoulder as he grabs him and now forces him into the steel structure shoulder first! More boo's circle for Triple H but he couldn't give a damn and waves it off before picking The Undertaker back up and this time he rolls him back into the ring. Triple H takes his time getting back in the ring, hopping up on the apron and turning as the fans get his attention, he yells out that tonight he makes history, as he turns to head back in the ring, The Undertaker is back to his feet and he sinks his boot right into Triple H's face, sending him flying off the apron and crashing into the steel behind him!

Triple H plants face down on the mat, holding his back and The Undertaker makes his way out of the ring, bringing the action back to the outside. The Deadman gets Triple H back to his feet and smacks takes him towards the unhinged steel steps and forces Triple H's head down, smashing it off the steel steps and then proceeds to smash his head off the Cell mesh! Triple H stumbles towards the opposite ring post and leans against it, The Undertaker quickly moves over to Triple H to try and keep the momentum in his grasp, he sizes Triple H up before nailing him in the midsection with a few rights and lefts, The Undertaker finally looks to smash Triple H one last time in the face as he pulls his arm back and smashes it towards Triple H's skull, TRIPLE H MOVES! THE UNDERTAKER SMASHED THE RING POST! The Undertaker instantly screams in pain and may have broken is hand. So now Triple H may have taken out the Tombstone and the Chokeslam!

Triple H takes quick advantage of this and quickly grabs Undertaker's hand in a test of strength type hold and just inflicts more pain on The Deadman. Triple H keeps the hold kept for roughly 20 seconds before finally releasing the hold, but he isn't finished hurting Taker's hand and he grabs it and smashes it off the ring apron, the pain is evident as you can see from Undertaker's face. Triple H rolls Undertaker back in the ring. This time Triple H doesn't make the same mistake twice and he quickly rolls in the ring, not showing off the the crowd at all. Undertaker gets on one knee but Triple H pulls him the rest of the way up and pushes him into the corner.

The crowd still try to get Taker back in it but it still isn't working, Triple H climbs up to the middle rope and starts laying right hands right into Taker's temple before stopping to tell the crowd how pathetic The Deadman is. UNDERTAKER HOOKS TRIPLE H IN THE LAST RIDE POSITION! Undertaker walks to the middle of the ring and hoists Triple H up... Triple H falls off and grabs Undertaker and connects with a neckbreaker to counter!

The Cerebral Assassin's face says it all, he was a split second away from being defeated for the second straight year. He gets up and the aggression comes out as he starts stomping the living hell out of The Undertaker, he then backs into the corner and quickly runs back out of it, dropping a rolling knee to Taker's skull. Triple H now makes the first cover of the match.
...

............
...2...
NO! The Undertaker kicks out! Triple H gets off of the pin position and grabs The Undertakers arm, stretching it out, he now slowly bounces back off the ropes and STOMPS The Undertaker's hand! Taker rolls over, clutching his right hand, yelling as the pain is excruciating. Triple H lets out a sinister smile and looks at a hurt Undertaker, knowing that he can win here tonight and end the biggest streak in history. Triple H now turns and looks out of the ring and hops out through the middle ropes and looking under the ring apron for something... He finds what he wants and it's a pair of steel chairs, the crowd 'Ohhh' & 'Ahhh' as Triple H brings them out and tosses them into the ring.

Once he has got back in the ring, he doesn't use the chair straight away, he instead picks Undertaker up and quickly sends him back down with a DDT. Triple H now places one of the chairs directly next to The Undertaker and he grabs his arm and places the injured and on the chair. Trips then picks up the other chair and it's obvious what he is going for here and the crowd boo the crap out of The Game as he lifts the steel chair above his head and drills it down onto Undertaker's hand! NO! Undertaker was able to move his hand out of the way!

Triple H drops the chair after presumably hurting his hands from the impact and during this time, Undertaker has gotten back to his feet, Triple H turns around and The Undertaker is blowing hot smoke, Triple H tries to back off as far as he can but he is backed right into the corner like a trapped rat, The Undertaker extends his left arm to send a blow to Triple H again but Triple H has it scouted and shoves his boot right into Undertaker's midsection.

Triple H now smashes a stiff right hand in, sending Undertaker stumbling back and now Triple H perches himself on the middle rope, as The Undertaker walks into position, Triple H dives off, RIGHT INTO A BIG BOOT! HUGE cheer as Undertaker stops The Game from gaining anymore momentum. The Undertaker falls to one knee, clutching his hand but he fights through and gets straight back up, Triple H is almost back to his feet and now The Undertaker can do what he wants to him.

Undertaker grabs Triple H and whips him into the corner and runs with him, connecting with a corner closeline, doing the same three more times and now he pulls Triple H up onto his good shoulder and sends him down on the top turnbuckle with snake eyes! Undertaker runs off the ropes and connects with another big boot. The crowd are coming alive as The Undertaker looks to execute a finishing move as he extends his left arm with his hand open, signalling a Chokeslam is coming! Triple H gets back to his feet and walks right into The Undertaker's grasp! Triple H tries to fight it off but Undertaker hoists him up in the air! WAIT! Triple H jumps off and gets behind Undertaker and pushes him towards the ropes, Undertaker turns around and Triple H closelines him over the top rope but, Undertaker lands on his feet and grabs Triple H's legs, pulling him down and out of the ring with him!

Now Undertaker begins to beat the shit out of Triple H on the outside, smashing his head off the ring apron, followed by the Cell mesh and finally, Undertaker Irish Whips Triple H across the floor to the opposite side, back first into the Cell! Triple H crumbles to the floor, holding his back, but Undertaker acts quickly, heading over to Triple H and pulling him back to his feet. Taker now scoops Triple H up onto his left shoulder and throws him face first into the cell!

BACKSTORY:
At the first PPV I wrote (No Mercy), Sheamus - moments away from regaining the WWE Championship that he lost to Randy Orton at Night of Champions 2010 - was denied by the return of 'The Game' who was seeking revenge for Sheamus' attack on him after WM26. Obviously, the Celtic Warrior wasn't best pleased with this and this led to a match at Cyber Sunday between Triple H and Sheamus - the crowd voted to make it an Ambulance Match. In a brutal match, Triple H had Sheamus in the ambulance and was set to close the doors when a steel pipe was swung through the doors knocking him out cold. Sheamus managed to shove Triple H into the ambulance and closed the doors to win. It then turned out that Hornswoggle had hit Triple H with the pipe and formed an 'unholy' Irish alliance with Sheamus! Heading for Survivor Series, Sheamus was forced to face Triple H once more and Triple H won a 'Beat the Clock' challenge to earn the right to choose the match type - THREE STAGES OF HELL! Here it is ... Hope you enjoy!

JIM ROSS: Well, folks, it is time for Triple H and Sheamus to enter hell itself ...

A video plays to hype up the next match. It starts with highlights from Triple H’s glittering career from his early feuds with The Rock for the Intercontinental Championship, his time with Stephanie McMahon and his first WWE Championships, his return at the 2002 Royal Rumble and his elimination of Kurt Angle, his feuds with Shawn Michaels and John Cena and Randy Orton and Batista ... These clips are played with sound bites from JR and Michael Cole describing Triple H in glowing terms ... the ‘Cerebral Assassin’ ... the ‘Game’ ... the ‘13-time World Champion’ ... the ‘King of Kings’ ...

Then the screen goes fuzzy and lightning strikes before we see Sheamus winning the WWE Championship early in his career by slamming John Cena through a table ... we see clips from the build up to Sheamus’ match with Triple H last year ... we hear sound bites that describe Sheamus in a positive light ... the ‘First Ever Irish Born WWE Champion’ ... the ‘most dominant young star in the WWE’ ... the ‘Celtic Warrior’ ...

Triple H’s final Pedigree at WrestleMania 26 is shown and we see his hand being raised in victory. Then, the screen goes wild as we see Sheamus’ attack on Triple H the night after WrestleMania with a steel pipe. We hear Sheamus claiming to have ended the career of Triple H as the clip of the first strike of the steel pipe is played over and over and over ...

The PPV theme song ‘Runaway’ by Hide the Villain plays as we see Sheamus tearing up the WWE and dominating again. We see his second WWE Championship reign before the return of Triple H at No Mercy where Sheamus’ hopes of winning back the WWE Title from Randy Orton were ended. Fast forward to Cyber Sunday and the Ambulance Match that saw Hornswoggle smash Triple H over the head with a steel pipe to hand the victory to the Celtic Warrior ...

As the song continues, we see high impact moves from both men over the length of their feud. We hear Triple H announce that their match at Survivor Series will be a 3 Stages of Hell match and we see clips of Triple H’s past victories over the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels ... As the video ends, we hear the words 3 STAGES OF HELLLLLLLLLL spoken in a spine chilling voice as we see a final clip of the two staring at each other in the ring ...

JIM ROSS: Wow, what an intense rivalry these two men have, King.

JERRY LAWLER: I’m not sure if Sheamus realises what he has gotten himself into here!

*** WRITTEN IN MY FACE ***

JUSTIN ROBERTS: This match is the ‘3 Stages of Hell’ match. The first fall of the match will be a straight wrestling match, the second fall will be a Table Match and the third fall, if needed, will be a Cage Match. Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland ... the Celtic Warrior ... SHEAMUS!

Sheamus comes out on stage with a custom made t-shirt and thumps his chest in defiance. He heads to the ring ignoring the jeers and boos as he does and gets into the ring looking determined to beat Triple H again after his Cyber Sunday victory ...

JIM ROSS: Somebody missing, King?

JERRY LAWLER: Yeah, where is that backstabbing little troll, Hornswoggle?

MICHAEL COLE: I don’t think that this is the best place for little Hornswoggle to be tonight!

JERRY LAWLER: Shame, I was looking forward to seeing Triple H get his hands on him!

*** THE GAME ***

JUSTIN ROBERTS: His opponent, from Greenwich, Connecticut ... The Game ... TRIPPPPPLLLLE H!

Out walks Triple H in the spotlight carrying a bottle of water and looking around the arena with a look of revenge in his eyes. He sets off for the ring walking with a purpose and climbs up on the ring apron where he takes a swig of water ... He spits it in the air and then stares into the camera opposite before ducking under the rope to enter the ring ... Suddenly, despite the ring being in darkness still, Sheamus attacks Triple H with a knee to the head as he enters and the lights come back on quickly ... the referee signals for the bell and the match is under way!

‘3 STAGES OF HELL’ MATCH: SHEAMUS vs. TRIPLE H
FALL 1: STRAIGHT WRESTLING

Sheamus’ quick start gives him an early advantage as he pummels Triple H with devastating right hands in the corner. Caught completely by surprise, Hunter can only cover up and try to create some space but the Irish star will not allow this as he beats him down to his knees. The crowd boo and jeer but this matter little to Sheamus and he stands back to admire his work as Triple H is down at his feet in the corner. Sheamus moves in to continue the beating but the Game pushes him aside and looks to fight back ... however, Sheamus is too quick and he hits a foot to the shoulder to knock Hunter back into the corner. Sheamus whips Triple H into the ropes now before lifting him into a Sidewalk Slam that crashes him down on the mat. He drags him to his feet again and looks for a second whip into the ropes. Triple H though manages to reverse this and as Sheamus rebounds off the ropes, Triple H lifts him into a huge spinebuster that makes Sheamus scream in pain and he quickly makes his way under the rope to the outside of the ring. Hunter gets to his feet and stares down at the Celtic Warrior with a look of intense hatred etched onto his face and points at him before demanding he gets back into the ring like a man ...

However, Sheamus is not having any part of Triple H right now and he edges away around the ring taunting Triple H and daring him to follow. Hunter finally loses patience and he goes through the ropes to go after Sheamus ... however, Sheamus wheels around and slides under the ropes back into the ring immediately and stands tall in the ring to the annoyance of the Game. He slides back in after Sheamus but this gives him chance to kick Hunter in the head again as he comes into the ring and Sheamus takes control again. Dragging Triple H up so that he is trapped in between the middle and top ropes, Sheamus thumps away at Triple H’s chest with all his might before letting him drop to his knees on the edge of the apron. Sheamus has made an impressive start here ...

JIM ROSS: What a start from Sheamus, he has gotten under Triple H’s skin like nobody I have ever seen, King ...

JERRY LAWLER: Triple H will make him pay, JR, you watch!

Sheamus drags Triple H back into the ring and he uses a double axe handle to smash Triple H in the side of the face ... once, twice, three times Sheamus hits the move that he calls the War Sword and then he drops down on Triple H and makes the first cover of the match ...

* 1 *
* 2 *
* Triple H kicks out easily *

As Hunter gets to his feet, Sheamus pulls him in close and hits a short arm clothesline that crashes the Game back down to the mat with a thud. Sheamus has a great advantage early in this match and he taunts the crowd by battering his chest again and telling them that he is the most dominant man in the WWE. However, the time wasting proves not to be a clever move as he turns around and runs at Triple H and is promptly back body dropped over the top rope and down to the floor to the delight of the WWE Universe who are mostly on the side of the Cerebral Assassin here. Hunter stalks after Sheamus and he drags him to the steel steps and crashes his face down into them hard ... the referee recognises that there is a need for a few liberties in this match and allows Triple H to continue. A second shot to Sheamus’ head follows as Triple H drives him into the steel ring post and the referee starts to tell Triple H off ... remember that this is a straight wrestling match and Triple H could be disqualified. Hunter bears this in mind and whips Sheamus hard into the barricades instead and Sheamus groans as he hits his back hard before Triple H clotheslines him over the barricades into the area where the timekeeper sits. Sheamus is down on the floor with the wires and the ring bell and the referee convinces Triple H to return to the ring ... With Sheamus down and out, there is a chance of a countout win here for Triple H ...

* Sheamus crawls back into the ring at 8 *

Triple H stares at Sheamus and points to his own chest declaring that tonight is the night where Sheamus pays for his actions in the past. Sheamus gets to his feet and the two go head to head in the centre of the ring before Sheamus throws a punch. The pair trade huge right hands before Sheamus – realising he won’t win that battle – takes Hunter down with a headlock. He hits punches to Hunter on the mat before leaping up and taking a shot at Hunter’s head with his boot before he steps back. Triple H gets up quickly and Sheamus rushes over and goes for the Brogue Kick but his opponent pulls down the top rope and ducks under his boot so Sheamus ends up straddled over the rope. Triple H launches more right hands to his rival before hitting a neckbreaker that brings Sheamus back into the ring the painful way. An elbow drop to the back of Sheamus follows as does a knee to the back of Sheamus’ head as Triple H takes control to the delight of the fans.

Sheamus is beginning to look the worse for the wear as he gets to his feet with the aid of the ropes in the corner ... Hunter whips him hard into the opposite corner and Sheamus clutches at his back as he drops to his knees. He is dragged back up by Triple H who mounts the middle rope and milks the adulation of the crowd before hitting Sheamus with big right hands in the corner. The crowd chant along with ten punches before Trips lets Sheamus stagger out of reach. A kick to Sheamus’ gut is followed by a DDT and Sheamus is down on the mat again ... Triple H looks to win the first fall here ...

* Sheamus gets his shoulder up *

Triple H grins as he gets to his feet and looks down on Sheamus on the mat. Hunter drops the elbow twice more to the upper leg of Sheamus as he sets him up for something. Kicks to the leg follow before Hunter looks to lock in the Figure Four Leglock. We’ve seen this recently from Justin Gabriel but Triple H learnt it from the best in Ric Flair ... the crowd ‘Woooooooooo’ as he locks it in to the huge, stocky legs of the Celtic Warrior. As he wrenches back, Sheamus lets out a yell of pain as his ankle and knee crush against each other in a way that they’re not supposed to do! Sheamus tries to punch Triple H to break out but he cannot reach and in the end he realises that he needs to reach the ropes instead. He tries to roll over but he can’t and the ropes are tantalisingly out of his reach at the moment. Sheamus has now been in the hold for 30 seconds and he cannot last much longer as he desperately tries to edge to the ropes. Closer and closer they come as Triple H looks to apply more pressure as he tries to stop Sheamus getting there. Can Sheamus reach the ropes? He looks to be struggling now and the tap-out could be seconds away ... Sheamus makes one last attempt to reach the ropes and ...

... Sheamus gets there! He clutches the bottom rope still locked in the hold and still in agony. Triple H holds on as the referee threatens to disqualify him. The referee begins to count ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... Triple H releases the hold in the nick of time and the referee is not happy. However, the Cerebral Assassin does not care as he looks at Sheamus who is struggling to stand on his right foot after the damage inflicted there. Sheamus, realising he is in danger of losing the first fall, rolls under the rope and hobbles around outside the ring out of the way for a moment. However, Triple H is soon out there too and stalking him around the outside of the ring with a glint in his eye. Suddenly, Sheamus manages to find a clothesline from somewhere that crashes Triple H down and he hits the back of his head on the barricades surrounding the ring. Sheamus gets back to his feet gingerly and – needing more time to recover – he painfully manages to rush over at Triple H as he gets to his feet ... Brogue Kick! Triple H crashes down to the floor and Sheamus has time to recover after the pain inflicted in the Figure Four. After catching his breath for a moment, Sheamus drags Triple H up and rolls him into the ring. He climbs onto the apron and as Triple H gets up, Sheamus slingshots over the top rope to hit a shoulder block ... Sheamus with the cover ...

* Triple H kicks out *

Sheamus is looking frustrated as he grabs Hunter and lifts him up for a powerslam back down to the mat. With Hunter rolling to his front, Sheamus grabs an exposed arm and pulls it back hard in a horrible looking Arm Bar. With a knee in the back of Triple H, Sheamus pulls back the left arm of Triple H and demands that he gives it up. However, there is no chance of that happening and Triple H, in pain, starts to edge to the ropes instead. As he gets closer, Sheamus breaks the hold himself and hits a stiff kick to the back of Hunter’s head and stands over him with a look of amusement on his face now. He thumps his chest again and stands over the Game looking out to the crowd with a smirk. Yet again though, Sheamus’ time wasting gets him in trouble as he is suddenly hit with a drop toe hold as he moves back in. Triple H jumps on his back and locks in a Cross Face submission hold and Sheamus is in trouble again here! Will he tap out this time?

Sheamus fights desperately to get out of the hold but Triple H has it locked in perfect so Sheamus has no option but to find another way out ... or to tap. Sheamus tries to use his powerful legs to roll himself over and begins to manage it ... suddenly, Triple H’s shoulders are down and the referee goes for the count ...

* Triple H rolls them back over into the Cross Face again! *

Sheamus needs to find a way out of this and he tries the same trick again. This time, Triple H knows it is coming and he tries to keep Sheamus down on the mat. Sheamus manages to get his knees down on the mat and manages to roll over again ... another pinfall ...

* Triple H kicks out and release the Cross Face *

A quick War Sword shot from Sheamus sends Hunter spinning down to the mat to buy Sheamus more recovery time. As Hunter gets to his feet, Sheamus hits a clothesline that sends him over the top rope to the outside with a crash as he rolls into the announce table. Sheamus follows and he drives Triple H head first into the announce table top before returning the favour from earlier by running Triple H into the steel ring post. The referee remains lenient but stops Sheamus as he goes for a steel chair and threatens a disqualification. Sheamus pushes him away and picks up the steel chair before trying to go after Triple H. The referee waves his hands at Sheamus and repeats his earlier message and Sheamus heeds the warning and throws the chair down in temper. Sheamus argues with the referee and it allows Triple H time to recover as he kicks him in the gut on his turn round. Triple H then positions Sheamus and hits a PEDIGREE! Triple H with the Pedigree on the outside of the ring!

Triple H returns to the ring and the referee follows. The countout begins and this could be the end of Sheamus for the first fall. Hunter rests in the corner as the referee counts Sheamus out ...

MICHAEL COLE: What is he playing at? He had Sheamus beaten there!

JERRY LAWLER: He wants to send a message to the Celtic Warrior, Cole, he wants to pin his shoulders down!

MICHAEL COLE: This could be a big mistake!

Triple H whips a bruised Sheamus into the ropes and hits a reverse elbow that sends Sheamus down to the mat again. Triple H has the first fall virtually won it seems and he hits the ropes again before hitting a stunning knee lift to Sheamus. Triple H looks around the arena and then taunts Sheamus with a DX ‘Suck it!’ taunt as his confidence grows. Triple H locks Sheamus head between his knees again and it is time for another Pedigree. He locks the arms up and prepares to hit the finisher ... Back Body Drop from Sheamus! Where did he find the energy to do that? The crowd are shocked and then Sheamus stands back and waits ... we know what is coming here ... BROGUE KICK! Sheamus with a Brogue Kick to Triple H! He goes for the cover ...

The crowd erupt as Sheamus looks devastated in the ring and nearly begins to cry with frustration. He argues with the referee about the count but he won’t signal for the bell and Sheamus gets a determined look in his eyes. He grabs Hunter and lifts him up onto his back for the High Cross ... with Triple H gripped with his arms and resting on Sheamus’ back, the Celtic Warrior is set to drop him down on his back and shoulders. Suddenly, Triple H wriggles out and drops down behind Sheamus ... Kick to the gut from Triple H! Here he goes again ... PEDIGREE! Triple H hits the Pedigree!

WINNER OF FALL 1: Triple H (17:32)

JUSTIN ROBERTS: The winner of the first fall ... TRIPLE H!

In the ring, the referee raises Triple H’s hand to indicate that the Game is now leading by one fall to zero. Triple H retains a focused look on his face as he prepares for the second fall ...

JUSTIN ROBERTS: There will now be a 1 minute break before the second fall, a Table Match.

JIM ROSS: What intensity we are seeing from these two men – this is only going to get worse from here on in as well. What a slobberknocker this is turning into!

JERRY LAWLER: How satisfying that must feel to Triple H though to see the referee’s hand count 3 after all the pain that Sheamus has caused him in the past year!

MICHAEL COLE: Can I remind you both that it is only one fall to Triple H? Sheamus was inches away from claiming the first fall and you know what? He has won Table matches in the past – he won his first WWE Championship when he put John Cena through a table. This match is not over!

JIM ROSS: Sure did, Michael, he sure did!

JERRY LAWLER: For once, I agree with you, Cole. Hang on a minute though, what is Hunter doing here?

Triple H has left the ring and is searching around on the floor for the sledgehammer. When he finds it, he lifts it up and heads back into the ring ready to for the second fall ... The camera focuses on the outside of the ring where several tables have appeared propped up against the barricades ready for the second fall of the match.

JERRY LAWLER: Second fall – no disqualification! I don’t like Sheamus’ chances right now!

‘3 STAGES OF HELL’ MATCH: SHEAMUS vs. TRIPLE H
FALL 2: TABLE MATCH

The bell rings and Triple H immediately heads over towards Sheamus who is propping himself up with the top rope after the Pedigree that put him down for the first fall. Both men have taken a beating already but they are now heading to hell as they look to survive the match and have their hand raised in victory. However, it is Sheamus who is suffering most ... and the sight of Triple H stood in front of him with a sledgehammer cannot be helpful. Triple H tells Sheamus clearly that there is now ‘no disqualification’ as he holds the hammer ready to destroy Sheamus. Sheamus holds his hands up and looks to be pleading with Triple H now as he eyes the hammer ... but Triple H is in no mood for forgiveness and he suddenly swings the hammer and drives the heavy, steel head right into the pale gut of Sheamus that reduces him to a whimpering mess in the corner of the ring. Hunter smirks and tosses the hammer out of the ring to the floor before heading out of the ring himself to loud cheers. He grabs one of the tables from ringside and slides it into the ring whilst the WWE Universe cheer him wildly.

Triple H looks round at the WWE Universe as he sets the table up in the centre of the ring. Sheamus is still down in the corner holding his gut and coughing; he looks finished here. Triple H looks like he is about to win the match 2-0 as he locks the table in place and then heads back over towards the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus is dragged to his feet and is on his knees in front of the Cerebral Assassin who tries to lift Sheamus up for a Powerslam through the table. Sheamus comes to his senses a little just in time though and he manages to force Triple H back before wriggling free and the pair begin trading big right hands again with the table behind Sheamus if Hunter can find a way to put him through it. Sheamus cannot hang for long with Triple H after the hammer shot he took recently and Hunter gets on top before whipping him into the ropes. As Sheamus heads off the ropes, Triple H looks to hit a spinebuster through the table but the Irish man fights back with desperate elbows to Triple H’s head and again manages to delay the fall. A drop kick to Triple H’s knee allows Sheamus to toss him through the rope to the outside before he flattens the table again and slides it out of the ring so it lands right in front of the announce table.

With Sheamus recovering, he manages to drag Triple H into a Powerslam when they are both back in the ring. More time for Sheamus to recover and get himself back into this match is earned when the Celtic Warrior hits another Brogue Kick. However, with no pinfalls, Sheamus needs the table if he is to capitalise on Triple H’s weakened state. Sheamus heads out of the ring as if he is going for the table but instead he picks up the chair he wanted to use earlier and heads back into the ring where he glares down at Triple H ready for revenge for the hammer to the stomach. Sheamus looks like a man possessed as he begins to slam the chair down into the back of Triple H over and over and over and over again. The referee tries to intervene but a threat from Sheamus sends the referee scuttling out of the ring and the beating to Hunter continues. Sheamus blasts the knees, the lower back, the shoulders of Triple H before dropping the chair which is now seriously bent out of shape. Sheamus lets out a yell of anguish before grabbing Triple H and tossing him out of the ring again. Hunter is in big trouble now and he lands on the floor hard before Sheamus follows him out. Triple H is driven into the barricades twice head first and there is a glazed look in the eyes of the Cerebral Assassin as he lies on the floor looking battered. Sheamus drags him up to his feet again and then up the rampway where the floor is made of steel. A scoop slam is hit on Triple H and he writhes in agony on the floor after the impact on the steel. Sheamus is going crazy though and he drags Hunter up again before running him hard and head first into the screens displaying the Survivor Series logo at the top of the stage. With Triple H in a crumpled heap, Sheamus heads off to locate a table and despite the jeers and boos, he is smiling for the first time since the early stages of the first fall. Sheamus sets up the table in the space between the stage and the crowd, a good six feet below the stage. The crowd realise what Sheamus is planning and an air of unease flows around the arena. With the table ready, Sheamus heads back to Triple H and lifts him onto his shoulders again setting up the High Cross. Triple H looks helpless as Sheamus focuses on the table six feet below his feet and plans to drop him onto and through the table. However, as Sheamus begins his run up, he stumbles with tiredness and ends up losing his footing. Triple H lands heavily on top of him and the two of them lay on the stage in exhaustion already ... and there are still two falls remaining!

JIM ROSS: By god almighty, Sheamus cannot hold himself up no more. These two men are really struggling here ...

Sheamus gets to his feet first but now Triple H is beginning to stir. He lifts Triple H up for a second time, again looking for the High Cross from the stage to the table below. However, this time, Triple H wriggles free and he pushes Sheamus hard off the edge of the stage. Unfortunately for Triple H, Sheamus manages to avoid the table but he lands hard on the concrete floor and both men are now down and struggling for recovery. In the end, Triple H manages to get to his feet first this time and he stalks after Sheamus with a limp and not moving freely no more. Triple H rams Sheamus’ head into the table and then begins the slow and arduous trek back to the ring. A few punches to the stomach of Sheamus keeps him following and Triple H rolls him into the ring. He sets up the Pedigree and the crowd roar their approval ... Can Triple H hit the Pedigree and seal the win? Yes, he can! Pedigree to Sheamus! The crowd are going mad now and Triple H just needs to find a table and set it up. He knows where there is one as well ... It is right in front of the announcers table. Triple H drops out of the ring to fetch it ... but it has gone!

JERRY LAWLER: Where has the table gone, JR?

JIM ROSS: I’ve no idea, King, it was there a moment ago!

Triple H looks around confused and then asks the referee if he has moved it. The referee shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head and Triple H is forced to head around the ring to locate a second table. However, this wastes time and Sheamus is now stirring in the ring. Noticing this, Triple H reaches into the ring and drags Sheamus out of the ring. He uses his shoulder to drive Sheamus back first into the ring apron and then looks underneath the ring trying to locate the missing table. Not there either. Instead, Hunter decides to use the announce table. He tosses Sheamus over the table as the announcers move out of their seats and take cover ... Triple H climbs up onto the table and drags Sheamus’ body up with him. It becomes clear that Triple H is planning to Pedigree Sheamus through the announce table to seal the victory instead. He sets up the big move ... but Sheamus fights out desperately swinging punches to Triple H’s midriff and legs. He manages to get out of Hunter’s reach and off the table where he reaches down and picks something off the floor. Sheamus swings his arm towards Triple H’s knee and knocks him down onto the top of the table clutching his knee in agony. We see that Sheamus is holding a steel pipe – he just smashed it into the knee of Triple H while he was stood on the announce table.

JERRY LAWLER: Where did the steel pipe appear from? It wasn’t there a second ago!

Sheamus throws the steel pipe under the ring out of the way and drags a table from under the ring. The crowd jeer as he does this – why didn’t Triple H see that table a moment ago? Something fishy is going on for sure! Sheamus sets the table up and then turns his attention to Triple H who is still rolling in pain clutching his knee on the announce table. Sheamus drags him up and onto his shoulders ... High Cross coming! Sheamus has Triple H on his back and he prepares to hit the finishing move ... with the table set up in front of him. The crowd rise to their feet as Sheamus breathes deeply ... Sheamus hits the HIGH CROSS!

***** SHEAMUS HAS PUT TRIPLE H THROUGH A TABLE! *****

WINNER: Sheamus (14:53)

JUSTIN ROBERTS: The winner of the second fall ... SHEAMUS!

Triple H is laid spark out amongst the wreckage of the wooden table that Sheamus has just driven him through. Sheamus gets to his feet slowly and smiles as he realises that he has just levelled the match up at one fall each. He looks up at the Cage and smirks ...

JUSTIN ROBERTS: There will now be a 1 minute break before the final fall, a Cage match!

Sheamus calculates and realises that the cage is now being brought down. With just a minute to recover, Sheamus decides that he needs to get Triple H in the ring so the cage can be fixed in place and he can get the third fall. However, Triple H is not moving. Sheamus ignores the protestations of the referee and drags Hunter out of the wooden wreck and rolls him under the bottom rope into the ring before following him. With Triple H inside the ring, Sheamus retreats to the other corner as the cage lowers into place.

JIM ROSS: Triple H is a beaten and battered mess, King, they need to stop this match.

JERRY LAWLER: I don’t know, JR, Triple H has been in matches like this before. But there is something not right about this match. Where did that steel pipe come from? How did that table disappear and then reappear?

MICHAEL COLE: JR, King ... This is what Triple H wanted. He made the match type a ‘3 Stages of Hell’ one. He knew that this could be what happened. There is no way that Sheamus should be denied his rightful victory here!

‘3 STAGES OF HELL’ MATCH: SHEAMUS vs. TRIPLE H
FALL 3: CAGE MATCH (ESCAPE ONLY)

With the table in place, the bell rings and Sheamus springs into action as he goes after Triple H who is still on the mat in pain after the pipe shot to his knee. The referee pleads with Sheamus to leave him for a moment but Sheamus ignores him and drives him head first into the turnbuckle three times. Sheamus looks down and considers the use of the hammer which is still in the ring or the chair which is also still in the ring. But calmly, Sheamus heads over to the opposite side of the ring and begins the slow climb out. Sheamus climbs the buckles and starts the hardest part – getting over the top. Sheamus is now facing a battle with himself and he is struggling to get over the top no matter how hard he tries. The fatigue he is facing must be incredible and it prevents him making the final push. However, one big effort follows and Sheamus manages to swing his leg over the top part and starts to pull himself up. He is looking set for a victory when all of a sudden his foot and lower legs is smashed with a steel chair ... Triple H is back on his feet! Sheamus desperately tries to get out of the cage but Triple H climbs to the middle rope and he grabs Sheamus’ leg and starts to pull him back slowly. Sheamus has to let gravity take control and his leg is dragged back over so he is stood on the top rope in a precarious situation. Triple H picks up the chair again and smashes Sheamus in the back once, twice, three times ... Sheamus can’t stay up and he falls off the top rope and lands with a crash on the ring apron.

Stunned at how he is managing this and wobbling on the knee where Sheamus struck him before, Triple H does the only thing he can do right now. He wearily lifts the chair up and smashes it down over Sheamus; over and over and over he crashes the bent, battered chair down over the Irish star until he collapses with fatigue as well. There are no pinfalls in this Cage Match and Triple H looks up at the steel cage wall with a look of terror. With the door in the corner, Triple H makes the irrational decision to try and climb out of the ring. He begins to slow ascent up the ropes and the cage wall which gives Sheamus time to recover a little and get to his knees. Sheamus looks up at Triple H and then sideways at the door. He beckons to the referee to open the door and he begins to unlock the door. However, Triple H is almost over the top of the cage when the door is being unlocked. Both men panic and head back towards each other and they fail to make it out of the cage this time. As Triple H jumps down from the top rope onto Sheamus, the two of them collapse in the corner. Triple H smashes right hands down on Sheamus but they don’t contain the force they normally do and they fall apart quickly ...

Both men are down for a while, keeping an eye on each other, but staying down and trying to recover themselves for one last, big effort. Triple H gets to his feet and mounts Sheamus in the corner where he pummels the Celtic Warrior again. However, Sheamus manages to lift Triple H up ... Powerbomb! What a huge move to hit right now! Sheamus finds a second wind and he drags his opponent up and rams him into all four sides of the steel cage shoulder first. Sheamus thumps his chest and poses for the crowd for a second before hitting the Irish Curse backbreaker to Triple H and then crawling for the door. That mini-flurry took a lot out of Sheamus too but he looks like he is going to make it as he gets to his feet ready to climb through the ropes as the door opens. But now, Triple H makes a recovery and finds his second wind as he rushes over and hits a forearm to Sheamus’ back. An Irish whip across the ring sends Sheamus hurtling into the turnbuckles and then Triple H heads over for Sheamus once more. He locks in the Figure Four Leg Lock for the second time and gives it everything he can despite the damage done to his knee. Sheamus taps out desperate to be released but there is no submission ... the only way to win is to escape the cage. Pain is etched over both men’s faces – Sheamus’ knee and ankle is under heavy pressure but Triple H’s knee is also bothering him. Sheamus cannot find a way to escape and he looks round in desperation ... then he spots the solution ...

Sheamus reaches out and manages to get his fingertips to the sledge hammer and edge it towards him out of view of Triple H. Concealing it until the last moment, Sheamus suddenly drives the head of the hammer into the chest and ribs of Hunter and manages to break clear of the Figure Four leaving both men down on the mat in pain. The crowd’s excitement lulls a little as both men lay prone and lifeless on the mat ...

JIM ROSS: Which of these men will get to his feet first?

JERRY LAWLER: Whichever one of them makes it, my money is on them to win it now!

Almost two minutes pass by with little sign of either man making it to his feet. However, they then both start to stir at about the same time and both wearily help themselves up using the ropes to keep their balance. Sheamus looks the stronger now but he attempts to rush over at Triple H ... and he is caught in a Facebreaker by the Game and ends up down on the mat again. Hunter looks around and moves the chair with his foot before dragging Sheamus up once more ... He sets up the Pedigree and positions himself and Sheamus over the steel chair on the mat. The crowd are willing Hunter to hit this move as it will mean almost certain victory! Triple H sets himself and then lifts Sheamus up ... Boom! Pedigree! Sheamus’ face is driven down onto the mat and the crowd are now going wild as Triple H slowly turns his attention to the cage door. He slowly crawls over and beckons for the door to be opened whilst there is no reaction at all from Sheamus who is out for the count with his head on the chair where he landed. Hunter pulls himself under the bottom rope and is now about to leave the cage as his head is out of the door. The crowd cheer louder as he heaves his way through and Sheamus is still not moving ... Hunter’s hands are now dragging him further out of the door when suddenly there is a commotion amongst the fans near the door. They are yelling and shouting and pointing when all of a sudden ... Bam! Triple H is smashed in the face again with a steel pipe. With his head exposed, Triple H slumps down on the mat knocked out ... and then we see who did it.

Hornswoggle!

The little Irish troll who turned on DX at Cyber Sunday has crawled from under the ring and has smashed Triple H in the head again. It dawns on the WWE Universe and the announcers where the steel pipe came from earlier and how the table disappeared and then reappeared – Hornswoggle was under the ring through the match. Hornswoggle runs round to the other side of the ring and he rattles the cage and urges Sheamus to make his move. The Celtic Warrior is now stirring and he hears the advice of the little fella and starts to make his move. Pulling himself towards the door, Sheamus clambers over the unconscious Triple H, closer and closer ... and falls out of the door and down to the floor!

***** SHEAMUS HAS ESCAPED THE CAGE! *****

WINNER OF FALL 3: Sheamus (13:05)

JUSTIN ROBERTS: The winner of the third fall and the match ... SHEAMUS!

Boos echo around the arena as Hornswoggle rushes over to congratulate Sheamus on beating Triple H for the second straight time! As ‘Written in my face’ begins again, Sheamus looks amazed at himself for winning the match and he stumbles away to the ramp with Hornswoggle holding him up as best he can. However, Triple H remains lifeless with his head and shoulders slumped over the edge of the ring apron ...

JIM ROSS: Sheamus has won it, goddamnit! For the second month in a row, Sheamus has won thanks to that little troll, Hornswoggle!

MICHAEL COLE: Like I said before, it doesn’t matter how you win, JR, all that matters is that you do win! What a win for Sheamus!

JERRY LAWLER: Cole, all that matters is that you shut your mouth. Sheamus has cheated his way to victory in the last two months and you think that is OK?

EMT’s head out with concern on their faces as they reach the door of the cage where Triple H is still knocked cold. Sheamus is now smirking and Hornswoggle helps him to raise his hand in victory as he sits on the steel ramp watching the EMT’s tend to Triple H. The EMT’s ease Triple H out of the way so that the cage can be raised up and they can reach the Cerebral Assassin ...

ENTRANT #1- MATT HARDY @ 0:00

ENTRANT #2- ZACK RYDER @ 0:00

The first two combatants to be part of the historic match in 2010 lock up and Matt Hardy gets the advantage with a cross armbar. The former World Heavyweight Champion as of tonight transitions the hold into an Irish whip and Ryder is sent into the corner. Hardy shows his aggressiveness, possibly brought on by being screwed by Vickie Guerrero, by running full force and Ryder and aiming to decapitate him with a corner clothesline- only for the brash young superstar to move out of the way. Hardy runs right into the corner and staggers away after the impact, prompting Ryder to grab him by the tights and try to throw him over the top rope. The first attempted elimination in the match isn’t successful as Hardy holds onto the top rope and regains control via a back elbow to the side of Ryder’s head. Hardy turns around and takes Zack down with a lariat, before going up to the second rope. He waits for Zack to get to a standing base, before jumping off and nailing him right on the top of the skull with the jumping back elbow!

The crowd pops as Zack is sent down to the mat and Hardy takes a second to catch his breath, before lifting Ryder to his feet and attempting to throw him over the top rope and make him the first elimination in the match. However, Ryder doesn’t allow more than one foot to be lifted on the ground as he too uses the top rope as leverage to stay in the rig. He stops Hardy’s efforts with a mule kick before turning around and PUTTING HARDY IN POSITION FOR THE ZACK ATTACK- HARDY PUSHES RYDER TO THE MAT! The crowd is relieved that Hardy has escaped the move and the Professor of Persistence drops an elbow on Ryder as the countdown begins for the next participant in the match.

***GREGORY... HELMS...***

*Firestorm*

ENTRANT #3- GREGORY HELMS @ 1:30

There is a good pop for one of the Bourne High Flyers as Helms appears on the stage and begins to run down to the ring, wanting to waste no time in the match.

Helms slides into the ring and runs immediately at Zack Ryder, taking him off his feet with a quick dropkick. Cheers are heard as Helms waits for Zack to get back up, before dropping him back down with yet another dropkick. Helms lifts Zack to his feet and drills him with a few right hands, before planting him down with a neckbreaker. Helms gets up and raises an arm to a pop before turning around and going face to face with Matt Hardy. The two superstars lock eyes for a number of seconds, before exchanging sly smiles, knowing that they grew up in the same town and had been friends from birth. Hardy extends his arm and Helms accepts with a handshake, but mere seconds later both men try and outsmart the other via a surprise Irish whip, and the similiar interests result in neither man going anywhere. Realising this, Hardy boots Helms in the gut before pulling him down to the mat nose first with a sitout facebuster.

However, before Matt can even get back up he is kicked in the back by none other than Zack Ryder, who begins to pummel Everybody’s Favourite Superstar with knees and strikes to the spine and the rear of the neck. Hardy rolls away and tries to shield himself and Ryder responds to this by running off the ropes and striking Matt with a baseball slide, knocking him under the bottom rope and to the outside. Some members of the audience are nervous seeing this, but their concerns quickly disappear as we are reminded that elimination can only occur via going over the top rope. Ryder turns around and his focus is again towards Helms, who is already up on his knees. Zack runs at him and aggressively knees him in the stomach as the countdown begins.

Ryder puts Helms in a front headlock and violently wrenches on the high flyer’s neck.

ENTRANT #4- CODY RHODES @ 3:00

There is a substantial amount of boos as Rhodes appears on the stage with a wicked smile on his face. He slowly begins to jog down to the ring and become a part of his second Royal Rumble match.

Cody enters the ring and runs immediately at the only man on his feet- Gregory Helms. Rhodes and Helms trade punches and with neither man coming out on top in the back and forth sequence of strikes; the member of Legacy decides to get sneaky and blind Gregory with a poke to the eyes. There are boos as Rhodes knocks Helms off his feet with a dropkick but before he can make any further moves, he is knocked down by Matt Hardy who nails a dropkick of his own. Zack Ryder then adds to the chaos by nailing Matt Hardy with a third successive dropkick and making him the only man still on his feet. Ryder lifts Rhodes to his feet but instead of attacking him he grabs him and points at the two downed faces in the match. Cody seems to like whatever Zack had in mind as he lifts Helms to his feet; just as Ryder grabs Hardy. The two heels glance at each other before nailing the men they hold with respective Inverted DDTs.

Boos are heard from the crowd as Helms and Hardy are lifted to their feet by the same men and thrown over the top rope collectively- only for both of them to land on the apron. Ryder is not happy seeing this and tries to wrestle Hardy off the apron but he gets a forearm to the face for his troubles. Rhodes suffers a similiar fate as when he approaches Helms on the apron he takes a headbutt to the chest. As the heels stagger away, the faces spring off the ropes in tandem; Hardy knocking Ryder down with a clothesline and Helms taking Rhodes down with a missile dropkick. The crowd pops as the faces stand tall to their delight; but then their attention is shifted towards the titantron, where a countdown begins once again.

ENTRANT #5- JOHN MORRISON @ 4:30

There is a mad pop as JoMo appears on the stage and completes his full slow motion entrance, even before entering a high stakes match like this one. Morrison takes his fur coat off before beginning to walk down to the ring.

The Guru of Greatness slides into the ring to a pop as the 3 faces now have the 2 heels outnumbered. Morrison lifts Rhodes and whips him into the corner, before walking up to him and winding him with a corkscrew dropkick to the gut. JoMo tries to dump Rhodes over the top rope but Randy Orton’s protégé grabs hold of the top turnbuckle with all his might and refuses to let go. Meanwhile, Hardy and Helms lift Ryder up and hook the young, cocky ECW star, teaching him a lesson by nailing him with a double suplex. Hardy then lifts Ryder up and whips him into the adjacent corner to where Morrison and Rhodes are, before getting on all fours in front of Zack. He looks over at Helms, who seems to know what to do as he nods before running and nailing Ryder with POETRY IN MOTION, TO A HUGE POP! Sure, the cheers may as well be in nostalgia of the Hardys and particularly Jeff Hardy, but Matt and Helms seem to be suitable replacements for the crowd when it comes to recreating the move.

While we have been focusing on those four, Morrison is still dedicated to eliminating Cody Rhodes but is still a hair away from getting him over the top rope. Matt Hardy provides the help he needs by dumping Rhodes over the top rope with the added strength- only for Cody to SKIN THE CAT AND REMAIN IN THE MATCH! Cody hugs the ropes like a baby as the near-elimination experience has him doing anything he can to get back into the ring. Even with Hardy and Morrison doing all they can to eliminate him, he still manages to dive into the ring through the ropes and escape the frightful ordeal. The countdown starts again.

Gregory Helms is back in the match and he lifts up Zack Ryder, before whipping him into the corner.

ENTRANT #6- TED DIBIASE @ 6:00

There is an alright heel reaction for the other Legacy member who almost immediately appears on the stage. DiBiase begins to jog down to the ring and join his Legacy counterpart, where he will gain an enormous advantage in the match.

Ted slides into the ring and immediately makes an impact by knocking Gregory Helms to the mat with a shoulder tackle. He follows this up by a clothesline to Matt Hardy but when he tries to do the same to John Morrison it is ducked and Morrison runs off the ropes. He runs off them and goes for a flying forearm smash but DiBiase manages to counter with a big boot that knocks the Shaman of Sexy right down to the canvas. DiBiase grabs Rhodes and Legacy unites in the centre of the ring. Their first victim is set to be Helms, who they lift up and promptly slam back down with a double suplex. They lift Hardy and also take him down with the same move. Legacy goes for the hatrick with John Morrison but the Guru of Greatness is wiser and manages to land on his feet. Morrison turns around but Orton’s disciples are one step ahead of him and they knock his head off with a double clothesline!

The tag team moves on to Ryder, who has been cowering in the corner for the last minute or so. Zack pleads with them to make a pact and they seem to agree, but then double cross the Guido as Rhodes runs and nails him with a dropkick in the corner! Zack slumps down but is picked up by DiBiase, who nails him with a Russian leg sweep. Cody lifts him up once again and this time tries to throw him over the top rope, but as soon as Ryder realises this he purposely falls to the mat to evade elimination. The crowd boos this and Legacy are the only ones standing in the ring as the buzzer starts.

ENTRANT #7- BATISTA @ 7:30

Whoa! The arena erupts with boos as the Animal Batista walks out onto the stage. He does his usual entrance with the machine gun and pyro before running to the ring, looking even more menacing than he usually does.

Batista enters the ring and you can see the expression on the faces of the other competitors- they read something like ‘holy shit’! Batista doesn’t disappoint and comes in as brutal as ever, immediately destroying Gregory Helms with a SPEAR! The crowd boos and continues to do so as the Animal nails John Morrison with a SPINEBUSTER! Legacy attack him from behind but Batista turns around, unfazed, and takes them out with a DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE! He looks around and sees Matt Hardy resting on the ropes and Zack Ryder cowering in the corner and chooses to attack the latter, knocking the wind out of him with a shoulder charge to the gut! Batista moves away and roars in his anger, before shaking the ropes, only to be taken out from behind by Legacy, who knock him off his feet with simultaneous chop blocks. Rhodes and DiBiase see Hardy resting on the ropes and choose to charge at him with a double clothesline but MATT PULLS THE ROPES DOWN AND LEGACY GO RIGHT OVER! CODY’S FEET HIT THE FLOOR AND HE IS ELIMINATED!

ELIMINATION #1- CODY RHODES by MATT HARDY in 8:12

The crowd pops as Matt turns around and sees Ted DiBiase on the apron, just managing to stay in the match after getting a hand around the top rope. However, Matt puts him out of his misery as he hooks him and plants him with a TWIST OF FATE ONTO THE ROPES! TED DIBIASE RICOCHETS BACK TO THE FLOOR AND SUFFERS THE SAME FATE AS HIS PARTNER!

ELIMINATION #2- TED DIBIASE by MATT HARDY in 8:20

The crowd pops as both members of Legacy are now eliminated from the match. Matt Hardy turns around proud of his feat but as soon as he gets back into the reality of the match he eats a SPEAR FROM BATISTA! Hardy appears to be hurt as he rolls out of the ring and nurses his abdomen. Batista shakes the ropes again, this time sure that nobody will ambush him. In his rage he finds the nearest person, which unluckily for him is Gregory Helms. Batista lifts him up and the inevitable happens, in that HELMS IS DEMOLISHED WITH THE BATISTA BOMB! The impact of the move is so huge that Helms rolls out of the ring, and just as the countdown begins for the sixth time.

ENTRANT #8- CHRISTIAN @ 9:00

There is a huge pop as Captain Charisma appears on the stage. He raises an arm and spies his Peeps, all of whom are going wild. Christian smiles before beginning to slowly jog down to the ring as the eighth superstar in this match.

Christian enters the ring and he goes straight for the biggest guy in the match in Batista. He whacks him across the jaw with a right hand before running off the ropes and sending him staggering backwards with a dropkick. Christian then quickly gets up on the second rope before leaping and knocking the Animal to the canvas with a diving European uppercut! The crowd pops as Christian leaves Batista, before running and taking out Zack Ryder with a low dropkick to the face in the corner. The crowd pops as Ryder is dragged out once again and Christian picks him up before propping him up on the top rope. Christian turns him around before getting up and putting Ryder in position for a German Suplex. He lifts him for the move but Batista suddenly grabs him from behind and gets him up on his shoulders. Chaos ensues as John Morrison is also on his feet as CHRISTIAN IS HIT WITH A POWERBOMB AS ZACK RYDER IS THROWN WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX, ONLY TO BE CAUGHT WITH A MID AIR HURRICANRANA FROM MORRISON!

The crowd pops for the massive spot, which lays out both Captain Charisma and Zack Ryder. Morrison and Batista remain on their feet and JoMo attempts to stun the big man before he can get any momentum rolling and he runs and nails him with a spinning wheel kick that knocks him back into the corner. Morrison then paces back and runs at Batista for a corner splash but the Animal catches him and lifts him up in Spinebuster position. He goes to plant him down with the move but the quick thinking Friday Night Delight manages to shift out of position and CATCH BATISTA WITH A TORNADO DDT!

The crowd pops at the Animal being taken down as we go to the countdown once more.

*Written In My Face*

ENTRANT #9- SHEAMUS @ 10:30

There are some minor boos as we witness Sheamus’ return from an injury that took him out for almost two entire months. The Irishman stands on the stage and smiles cockily before walking down to the ring.

Sheamus slides into the ring and meets John Morrison face to face, before attacking him with a right hand. However, the former Intercontinental Champion shows his grit by rebounding to knock Sheamus with a punch of his own. Morrison in fact gets the better of the interaction and he attempts to whip Sheamus into the ropes but the powerful Irishman reverses the momentum and sends JoMo hurtling towards the ropes. The power of the whip is so significant that he is almost sent over the top rope itself, but he manages to hold on and pull himself back into the ring, if only to be taken down by a Bicycle Kick from Sheamus! The Ginger-Haired Warrior raises an arm triumphantly but when he turns around he is met by Christian, who stuns him with an elbow to the face. While Christian and Sheamus begin to trade strikes, Zack Ryder and Gregory Helms are also back up on their feet as they attempt to push each other over the top rope near the corner in a slow struggle.

Sheamus manages to put Christian in a bear hug to wear down the Instant Classic but he doesn’t see that behind him, Batista is back on his feet and he isn’t looking happy. The Animal runs off the ropes opposite to Sheamus and goes for a big boot on Christian, but the veteran manages to slip away from Sheamus and the Irishman is knocked to the mat courtesy of Batista! Batista turns around and grabs Christian, wanting to punish someone after being taken out for a minute or so. He hits a scoop slam on Captain Charisma, showcasing his brute strength and sheer anger. Batista shouts madly and shakes the ropes, full of rage. He walks over towards Ryder and Helms and dumps both of them over the top rope. Batista shouts again and turns around, so he doesn’t notice that Ryder and Helms are still on the apron, and both superstars quickly scurry back into the ring as the countdown begins once more.

...10...

Batista sees that Christian is up on his knees again so he waits for him to get up before running for a lariat.

***WE ARE THE UNITED POWERS... AND WE LOVE TO FIGHT!***

*Lambeg (Remix)*

ENTRANT #10- DREW MCINTYRE @ 12:00

There are some moderate boos as one half of the United Powers steps out onto the stage. McIntyre smiles and cracks his neck before starting to jog down to the ring and preparing to be a part of this monumental match.

McIntyre slides into the ring but as soon as he gets up his hopes of making an immediate impact are dashed by Batista who takes him out with a powerful clothesline! Batista looks around and sees Sheamus and John Morrison trying to eliminate each other, as well as Helms and Ryder continuing their struggle in getting the other man over the top rope. He runs towards Sheamus and pulls him away from Morrison, before Irish whipping him into the corner. Morrison isn’t able to escape however as he too is whipped right onto Sheamus! Batista seems to be setting something up here as Helms, Ryder, McIntyre and then finally Christian are all piled up in the one corner. Batista paces back to the opposite corner and runs at all 6 men but one by one they all dive away from the impact until it is only one man and BATISTA CRASHES INTO SHEAMUS AND ONLY SHEAMUS WITH A SPEAR IN THE CORNER!

After taking the full impact of the Spear while everyone else evaded the move, Sheamus doesn’t even have any time to recover from being winded as the closest man in John Morrison grabs him and THROWS HIM CLEAN OVER THE TOP ROPE!

ELIMINATION #3- SHEAMUS by JOHN MORRISON in 13:13

The crowd pops for the elimination but the rest of the competitors in the ring forget that one pissed off Animal is still amongst them. Batista nails Drew McIntyre with a Spinebuster, before turning around to Gregory Helms and slamming him down similiarly. Spinebusters are all over the place as Christian, John Morrison and Zack Ryder are all brought down by the crunching maneuver. Batista shouts angrily and shakes the ropes, the only man left on his feet, before turning around and SEEING MATT HARDY STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!

Hardy is finally back in the ring after he took a Spear a few minutes ago and had to roll under the bottom rope to recover. The countdown begins as Batista and Hardy stare each other down in the ring, with carcasses lying all around them.

*Born To Win*

ENTRANT #11- EVAN BOURNE @ 13:30

There is a rather large pop as Evan Bourne appears on the stage. He pumps his fist high in the air as he is about to join his Bourne High Flyers teammate in the ring. Evan begins to run down to the ring, hardly waiting to be able to enter the match.

Bourne slides into the ring and naturally, the first person he goes to is his tag team partner on Raw in Gregory Helms. Helms is lifted to his feet and high fived, and Gregory’s eyes are lit up when he sees Bourne in the ring with him. Apart from Hardy and Batista continuing to roll around and brawl on the mat, the Bourne High Flyers are the only men on their feet. They randomly pick up Drew McIntyre before Bourne runs off the ropes and nails a crossbody takedown as Helms sweeps the legs. Drew is picked up again as Bourne nails him with a roundhouse kick which Helms follows up by nailing McIntyre with a springboard neckbreaker. The crowd pops for the cruiserweight team as Helms instructs Bourne to go to the top rope before lifting McIntyre once again and NAILING THE NIGHTMARE ON HELMS STREET! The crowd pops as seconds later EVAN COMES DOWN ON DREW WITH THE AIR BOURNE! After this stunning combo, the tag team has obviously had enough of Drew McIntyre being their crash test dummy as they THROW HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TO THE OUTSIDE!

ELIMINATION #4- DREW MCINTYRE by BOURNE HIGH FLYERS in 14:42

With one less superstar in the match, each of the others now has a greater chance of winning. By now the small groupings of people trying to eliminate each other is back as Batista/Hardy and Morrison/Christian are paired up and trying to push each other over the top rope. The Bourne High Flyers notice that Zack Ryder is all alone in his corner once again and they decide to give him some company. The tag team takes Ryder and lifts him up, before nailing a double snap suplex on the Guido. Helms waits for him to sit up before he runs for the Shining Wizard, only for Ryder to duck down before being hit by the move. Ryder rolls under the nearest ropes to save himself as the countdown begins again.

ENTRANT #12- KANE @ 15:00

There is an explosion of red pyro that scares a lot of little kids as the Big Red Machine appears on the stage, looking as fierce as usual. Kane enters his 12th successive Rumble match as he walks to the ring while the crowd boos, planning to win it all this time.

Kane enters the ring and finds his first targets, the Bourne High Flyers. He grabs Bourne by the throat before stunning Helms by also catching him in a choke. However, before he can go for the Double Chokeslam, he is hit with a forearm to the back from Christian. Kane turns around and grabs Captain Charisma’s throat but his hand is batted away and Christian kneels down and immobilizes the Big Red Machine with a low blow! Kane crumples as Christian is suddenly grabbed from behind and thrown over the top rope by Zack Ryder! Luckily, the Instant Classic manages to stay onto the apron but Ryder isn’t happy about this. He paces back before running at Christian and planning to knock him to the floor with a clothesline but CHRISTIAN PULLS THE ROPES DOWN AND RYDER HURTLES TO THE OUTSIDE!

ELIMINATION #5- ZACK RYDER by CHRISTIAN in 15:35

The crowd pops as Ryder is finally out of the match, after lasting an impressive 15 minutes 35 seconds; this making Hardy the official longest entrant so far. Christian manages to bring himself into the ring but he walks right into a double dropkick from the Bourne High Flyers! Helms and Bourne go to adjacent corners and both get up on the top rope. They plan for a dual crossbody maneuver and while Helms hits his on Christian, Bourne is met on the top rope by John Morrison, who knocks him back down to the mat with an insanely high Pele Kick to the face. Morrison then chooses to interrupt the Hardy/Batista struggle by pluckily grabbing the Animal from behind and knocking him back with a dropkick, allowing Hardy to capitalize with a bulldog on the Animal. Morrison and Hardy come together with a lock up and JoMo catches Everybody’s Favourite Superstar in a hammerlock as the countdown starts up.

ENTRANT #13- KOFI KINGSTON @ 16:30

There is a rather huge pop for the Dreadlock Dynamo and Kingston appears on the stage, doing his customary ‘Boop, boop’ taunt amidst his pyrotechnics. Kofi begins to run to the ring and join the 7 men already part of the fray.

Kingston slides into the ring and gets there just in time to save Helms and Morrison from a Double Chokeslam by pulling Morrison and Helms away. Kofi then nails Kane with one of his signature high angle dropkicks and the Big Red Monster is knocked clean off his feet! Kingston turns around and sees a charging Batista who runs for a Spear but Kingston manages to leap-frog the Animal who INSTEAD HITS JOHN MORRISON! Kingston gets to his feet but is pulled in by Christian who catches him with a reverse DDT! Christian too gets to his feet but from behind he is caught with a neckbreaker from Matt Hardy! Hardy is then caught by Gregory Helms who manages to plant him down with the Nightmare on Helms Street! Chaos is all over the ring but Helms is now the only man on his feet, until we see him met by Batista. Helms isn’t nervous and his superhero-like courage kicks in as he begins to hammer away at Batista with punches. However, having a significant strength advantage, Batista manages to easily push him away before lifting him up for a Spinebuster- Wait, before he can execute the move Batista drops Helms and it is because EVAN BOURNE IS FLYING AT HIM AND HE HITS THE ANIMAL WITH A DOUBLE KNEE TAKEDOWN!

Yes, believe it or not the two cruiserweights are standing above the Animal Batista and Bourne nails him with a standing Moonsault just as Helms drops a knee on his forehead. However, the tag team gets up and is met by another great foe in Kane, who shocks them with high impact uppercuts to both men. Kane grabs Bourne by the throat and walks over to Helms, before catching him with a choke as well. The Big Red Monster then manages to do what he has craved for his entire duration in the match and that is to NAIL THE BOURNE HIGH FLYERS WITH A DOUBLE CHOKESLAM!

Despite Kane being a heel, the move still gets a great pop as we move from that big spot into the next countdown.

ENTRANT #14- RANDY ORTON @ 18:00

The crowd starts booing heavily as the Viper Randy Orton stands up on the stage. He begins his slow, methodical walk to the ring as he prepares to join the other men in this monumental Royal Rumble match.

Orton makes it to the ring and slides in to face Kane, who hasn’t even got the chance to land a punch before Orton takes him out with the RKO! Orton then sees Christian getting to his feet and he as well is hit with an RKO! Orton spies Kofi and Hardy getting to their feet but once again their fates are the same. RKO! RKO! Randy then sees an unlucky Morrison get up but once again he is hit with the RKO! Orton seeks more prey as he lifts Gregory Helms to his feet and begins to stalk him for the RKO, but it seems as if he changes his mind because instead, ORTON GRABS HELMS AND THROWS HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH EASE!

ELIMINATION #6- GREGORY HELMS by RANDY ORTON in 18:29

The crowd boos and they see this as an anticlimactic end to Helms’ run in the match, and Gregory seems to be embarrassed as well as he begins to run ashamedly back up the ramp; covering his face. We go back to Orton in the ring who sees Evan Bourne getting up and instead of eliminating him like he did to his tag team partner, the cruiserweight is simply another recipient of the RKO! The Legend Killer has seemingly nailed all other competitors in the match with the RKO, but there is one more. Batista gets to his feet and Orton attempts his finishing move but is pushed away into the adjacent ropes. Randy gets tangled up but then turns around right into a Spear- Orton dodges at the last second! Batista gets hung up on the middle rope and Orton spins him around before grabbing him in a headlock. Orton begins to do the pre-move taunting as we go to the countdown.

***STAND BACK... THERE’S A HURRICANE COMING THROUGH!***

*Eye Of The Hurricane*

ENTRANT #15- THE HURRICANE @ 19:30

There is a massive pop for ECW’s Resident Superhero who appears on the stage decked out in green mask and cape. He seems to look a little tired already but begins to run down to the ring nevertheless, ready to make a start in the match.

The Hurricane slides into the ring and comes face to face with Orton; and he shows that he’s not afraid of the Viper by even walking up and going nose-to-nose with him. Orton tries to end the stare down with a surprise RKO but Hurricane pushes Orton forwards into the corner. Randy turns around but ECW’s Resident Superhero almost immediately hits him with a lariat in the corner. Orton staggers away and Hurricane tries pushing him over the top rope in what would be a huge upset elimination. However, Orton cunningly fights out by raking the eyes and propping the Superhero up on the top rope. Orton hooks him for the Super RKO but the Hurricane pushes him away before waiting for him to turn around and then nailing him with a crossbody block! Meanwhile, there are spots around the ring where people are struggling to eliminate each other, including Christian/Kane, Morrison/Kofi and Hardy/Bourne. Hurricane walks up towards the latter pair and spins Hardy around before blindsiding him with the Eye of the Hurricane! He and Bourne then lock eyes and Evan smirks as the Superhero extends his hand, which is subsequently shaken.

The tandem’s first victim is Matt Hardy, whom they throw through the middle ropes (presumably with the intention of throwing him over the top) and the Professor of Persistence lands painfully on the outside. Once again, it looks like his injury has returned and he slumps against the ring apron, trying to recover. Bourne and Hurricane move towards Kofi, and pull him away from Morrison before nailing a double suplex! They try to deliver the same move to Morrison but the Shaman of Sexy is wiser and he holds onto the ropes to avoid being lifted. The allies seem to use this to their advantage as they try and push JoMo over the top but their efforts are cut short early by Kane, who knocks them in the back with dual forearms. The two men spin around and are both grabbed at the throat by Kane, who has a sick smile on his face as it feels like déjà vu for him. Kane lifts them both but they manage to counter the move into a DOUBLE DDT FOR THE BIG RED MONSTER!

The crowd pops and the countdown begins once again.

ENTRANT #16- SHAWN MICHAELS @ 21:00

There is a colossal pop for the DX member as he appears on the stage and panders towards the crowd. Officially marking the second half of entrants, the Heart Break Kid begins to run down to the ring to make his mark.

Shawn enters the ring, where the 6 men are still standing motionless, afraid to make a move. HBK however isn’t afraid as his first action in the match is a big one, and he nails John Morrison right in the face with SWEET CHIN MUSIC! There is a pop as HBK tries to do the same thing to Randy Orton but the Viper ducks, before trying for the RKO on HBK- Only for Christian to grab him from behind and nail him with the KILLSWITCH! Evan Bourne attacks HBK but Michaels whips him into the ropes and then nails The Hurricane with SWEET CHIN MUSIC OUT OF NOWHERE! All hell has broken loose as Batista runs and nails Bourne with a SPEAR! Christian tries to hook the Animal for the Killswitch, but Batista spins him around and puts him in position for the Batista Bomb, only for Shawn Michaels to hit Batista with a third SWEET CHIN MUSIC! There is another pop as HBK tries to nail the move on Christian, only for the Instant Classic to duck and then WALK RIGHT INTO A TROUBLE IN PARADISE!

That’s right, Kofi Kingston is back up and after knocking Christian down he goes after HBK, grabbing him and attempting to force him over the top rope. A fresh Shawn is however very persistent in staying inside the ring, and he manages to do so, before stunning Kofi with a back elbow. Michaels turns around and floors Kingston with a lariat before running off the ropes and when the Dreadlock Dynamo gets back up Michaels knocks him back down with a flying shoulder block. There is silence in the arena and then a massive pop as Shawn kips up and proceeds to go to the top rope. He does his usual pre-elbow drop taunt but it’s interrupted by a massive hand around the throat, as Kane has grabbed him. He lifts Shawn off the corner for a Super Chokeslam but HBK manages to kick Kane in the gut and land on his feet. The crowd pops for this but as soon as the Showstopper lands, he has his head taken off by a TROUBLE IN PARADISE!

The crowd is shocked as Kane and Kofi stand in the ring, and the countdown begins.

A second after we witness Kane nailing Kofi with the brutal move, the 17th entrant is ready to come into the match and it is Finlay, who gets a mediocre amount of boos. Finlay begins to walk down to the ring to meet the 10 others in the ring.

Finlay enters the ring but Kane is already running at him and he attempts to clothesline the Fighting Irishman over the top rope, but the veteran ducks and Kane tumbles over onto the apron. Finlay tries to push him off but Kane knocks him to the canvas with a massive European uppercut. Kane then walks along the apron before climbing up to the top rope and waiting for Finlay to get back up. Kane leaps off for his signature diving clothesline but JOHN MORRISON CATCHES HIM IN MID AIR WITH THE CHUCK KICK! With incredible timing, Morrison has managed to knock Kane down to the canvas. He pulls him over to the corner before standing in front of the turnbuckles, as the crowd pops in apprehension. Morrison pulls himself up for the Starship Pain, but Randy Orton pulls him back down to the mat! Orton lifts the Shaman of Sexy and nails him with a dropkick of pinpoint accuracy. JoMo falls to the mat and Randy follows up with his signature double knees drop to the chin. There are boos as Orton gets up and psychotically licks his lips but the crowd pops as Evan Bourne and The Hurricane bounce off the ropes in front of him and take him down with a double clothesline!

Meanwhile, Finlay and a now recovered Christian have paired off and their struggle begins at the ropes. Shawn Michaels and Batista are now also on their feet as they are involved in a similiar stalemate at one of the corners. Matt Hardy, who we haven’t seen in a while, is still on the outside, having spent a considerable amount of time there nursing his injuries. Hurricane instructs Bourne to go to the top rope as he waits for Orton to get to his feet. ECW’s Resident Superhero tries for the Eye of the Hurricane, but Orton manages to spin out of it and SURPRISE HIM WITH AN RKO! Still on the top rope, Bourne panics and jumps down on Orton, but the Legend Killer amazingly reverses the move and CATCHES AIR BOURNE WITH AN RKO! The crowd boos Orton’s single handed demise of the Bourne/Hurricane alliance, as he poses while the countdown begins again.

We see that there is a new stalemate pairing with Kofi Kingston/Kane as Orton continues to ignore the various pairing and lay in wait.

Orton notices John Morrison getting up and prepares to finish the job he couldn’t complete a minute ago.

*Booyaka 619*

ENTRANT #18- REY MYSTERIO @ 24:00

There is a massive pop for the Biggest Little Man, and the fan favourite runs out onto the stage full of energy. Mysterio does his usual entrance, going forehead to forehead with the little kids wearing masks, before he prepares to join the chaos in the ring.

Mysterio slides in the ring and he manages to reach Randy Orton just before he planned on pouncing on JoMo. Mysterio catches the Viper with a hurricanrana that sends him onto the second rope, as the crowd pops. Mysterio runs off the opposite ropes but he is stopped in his tracks by Kane who clubs him in the back. However, Kofi Kingston, who Kane was battling with before, knocks the Big Red Machine down to the canvas with a dropkick to the back of the head. Kofi then moves towards the Christian/Finlay combination and Finlay has actually managed to get Christian onto the apron, and they struggle by pushing each other over the top rope. Kofi runs at them for the Trouble in Paradise, and Finlay turns around, distracted. He is shocked as Kofi nails him with the kick but then Christian pulls the rope down behind him and FINLAY IS PROPELLED BACKWARDS OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TO THE FLOOR!

ELIMINATION #7- FINLAY by KOFI KINGSTON in 24:40

The crowd pops for the 7th elimination of the night, as Christian quickly dives back into the ring. Meanwhile, Randy Orton is stalking Rey Mysterio and when the latter gets to his feet, Orton tries for the RKO, but Mysterio pushes Orton away, and Randy gets caught on the ropes once again! Rey runs off the ropes and this time he is successful as he nails Orton with the 619! Mysterio rebounds back into the ring with a splash on the Legend Killer as we go to the Hurricane and Evan Bourne, who are trying to eliminate John Morrison by pushing him over the top rope. Being distracted by this task, they don’t notice Batista who sneaks up behind them and LIFTS ALL THREE MEN BEFORE DUMPING THE OVER THE TOP ROPE! BOURNE’S FEET HIT THE FLOOR!

ELIMINATION #8- EVAN BOURNE by BATISTA in 25:16

THE HURRICANE’S FEET HIT THE FLOOR!

ELIMINATION #9- THE HURRICANE by BATISTA in 25:17

JOHN MORRISON’S FOOT HITS THE FLOOR! ONLY ONE FOOT! Morrison steps on the eliminated Evan Bourne’s body to quickly regain his composure and slide back into the ring, saving himself after such a near-elimination! The countdown begins, and despite two of their fan favourites being eliminated, the crowd is still relieved that JoMo is still in the match.

...7...

Shawn Michaels, Kofi Kingston, Kane, Batista, John Morrison, Christian, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton are all in the ring and each one but the last are all on their feet. Matt Hardy is still on the outside healing after a long night but he isn’t eliminated yet.

The men on their feet engage in their separate brawls, with pairs of HBK/Mysterio, Christian/Batista, Morrison/Kane and Kofi against a newly recovered Orton. There are fights erupting everywhere as we await the next entrant.

***GONG!***

*Graveyard Symphony*

ENTRANT #19- THE UNDERTAKER @ 25:30

For a moment, the entire arena goes silent as well as going pitch black to signify the entrance of the Undertaker, following the symbolic gong. Sure enough, the Phenom appears on the stage and starts making his way down to the ring, surprisingly faster than usual.

Taker walks up the steps and enters the ring and he immediately has people gunning for him as storied rival Shawn Michaels lunges at him before he can even enter the ring. Taker however manages to knock Shawn away with a stiff uppercut and get in the ring but he’s then attacked by Shawn’s former brawling partner in Rey Mysterio. The Deadman takes the Biggest Little Man and grabs him around the throat, but is then hit with a forearm from Shawn Michaels. HBK looks to get the better of Taker but is then also caught by the throat. Taker then lifts both men for a Double Chokeslam but HBK slips out and only Rey Mysterio is planted down with the move. Shawn doesn’t escape for long however, as Taker floors him with a big boot. Meanwhile, Kane has taken JoMo out with a sideslam and he approaches his half-brother in the Undertaker. You can almost smell the tension in the ring as the two super-heavyweights lock eyes and have an epic stare down.

They almost seem to have the same thought as they both grab at each others throats and end up putting each other in Chokeslam position. There is a stalemate as the crowd is on the edge of their seats but suddenly Taker begins to push Kane forward as he holds him by the throat. The Phenom walks the Big Red Machine over to the ropes, before showing his immortal strength and PUSHING HIS 300+ POUND BROTHER OVER THE TOP ROPE! KANE HITS THE FLOOR!

ELIMINATION #10- KANE by THE UNDERTAKER in 26:31

The crowd is absolutely stunned at what just happened, as they just witnessed the Phenom show exactly why he is such a feared force in the WWE. Taker moves back to Shawn Michaels and begins to pound him, showing the crowd why he is regarded as the best pure striker in the WWE. We see Batista trying to push Christian over the top rope and Orton doing the same to Kofi as the countdown starts again.

...10...
...9...
...8...

We cut to a shot of Matt Hardy on the outside and the Professor of Persistence is showing some signs of getting back into the match soon.

...7...
...6...
...5...

John Morrison is now back up on his feet and he attempts to take Rey Mysterio out of the match by pushing him over the ropes. Everyone in the ring is on their feet as we prepare for the 20th entrant to be brought into the match.

***TIME TO PLAY THE GAME...*

*The Game*

ENTRANT #20- TRIPLE H @ 27:00

There is a huge pop as the 2nd member of DX in Triple H appears on the stage. He is looking serious and ready to go to Wrestlemania as he prepares to join the 9 others still in the match. HHH begins to walk down to the ring with the crowd still going crazy.

HHH slides into the ring and he immediately searches for his tag team partner in Shawn Michaels, finding him being pushed over the ropes by the Undertaker. Triple H pulls the Phenom away from HBK and clocks him with a punch to the jaw but Taker fires back with an uppercut. However, the Game doesn’t take to this kindly as he kicks Taker in the gut and slams him down with a SPINEBUSTER! He pulls Shawn up and DX do some crotch chops to the delight of the fans, but then Batista rams the Showstopper from behind. HBK falls to his knees but HHH backs him up by taking out Batista with another SPINEBUSTER! During this, Christian sneaks up behind Shawn but the Heart Break Kid turns around and catches him. The Instant Classic tries to play innocent and even playfully does some crotch chops but HBK isn’t amused as he nails Captain Charisma with SWEET CHIN MUSIC!

There is a pop as DX look for their next foe, grabbing Randy Orton, who was still trying to eliminate Kofi Kingston. Shawn immediately goes for Sweet Chin Music but Orton ducks and tries to throw him over the top rope, only for HHH to pull him away and put him in position for the Pedigree- Orton pushes away from the Game and goes for an RKO- HHH pushes him away! Orton is sent away flailing and he walks right into a TROUBLE IN PARADISE FROM KOFI! There is a pop but Kofi’s success doesn’t continue, as moments later HHH grabs him and drops him with a facebreaker knee smash. He then goes to throw the Ghanaian Sensation over the top rope but Kofi manages to skin the cat and evade elimination. DX do some more crotch chops and the fans are still pleased but behind them somebody slides into the ring. Matt Hardy is back in the match… and he has a steel chair! Hardy spins HHH around and hits him in the gut with the side of the chair, making him double over in pain. Shawn sees this and goes to hit Hardy with the Sweet Chin Music but Matt dodges and hits HBK with the chair as the countdown begins once again.

Matt hits HHH in the back with the chair, bringing him down to the mat.

We see JoMo push Rey onto the apron but the Mexican Jumping Bean catches the Shaman of Sexy with a shoulder to the gut and quickly gets back in the ring.

Matt Hardy hits Kofi Kingston with the steel chair and takes him down, before turning to the stage and waiting for the next entrant.

*Masterpiece*

ENTRANT #21- CHRIS MASTERS @ 28:30

The crowd boos as Masters does his posing on the stage and shows off his statuesque body to the unappreciative crowd. He begins to make his way down to the ring as the 21st entrant of the match.

Masters slides into the ring but it is not his lucky day as he is immediately winded with a chair shot to the gut from Hardy. Matt then grabs the Masterpiece and catches him with a TWIST OF FATE ONTO THE CHAIR! The Man Who Will Not Die gets a big pop as he then moves over to John Morrison and Rey Mysterio and knocks them both down with chair shots. Matt poses as the only man on his feet but then sees Taker getting up onto is feet. He approaches the Deadman who out of nowhere nails Hardy with a big boot, smashing the steel chair right into his jaw! Hardy goes down as Taker throws the steel chair out of the ring onto the ramp. He then picks up Batista and the two super heavyweights come together and start slugging it out, with the Animal getting the better of Taker after booting him in the gut and backing him into the corner. He then starts trying to push Taker over the top rope as we shift over to

Just a little preview for my Monday Night Raw
* I'm Comin' *
We return to the ringside area where MVP's tunnel and Pyro cannons are set up.He bursts through the tunnel,United States title around his waist and microphone in hand.Instead of walking down to the ring he stops in front of the tunnel and starts talking.
MVP:That's right one of the most valuable superstars in the WWE is here on Monday Night Raw.I'm here because I have somethin' to say to a certain superstar who thought it would be 'fun' to prevent me from winning addin' even more to my already extensive resume by stoppin' me from winning Money In The Bank.
A 'Hardy' chant breaks out
MVP:Because everyone here knows that if it wasn't for Fatt Lardy I wouldn't be here on Raw and I would be walkin' into Smackdown with that case.Wait I'd actually probably World Heavyweight Champion by now. Not to mention the fact that right now I am the United States Champion. Not to mention the longest reigning United States Champion of all time.
He grins as he then continues
MVP:Well the reason I'm out here is to announce that this Friday Night on Smackdown I will be hosting Fatt Lardy's Smackdown return. On the V.I.P Lounge!
He tosses the mic to the ground and walks away with a cocky grin.
A graphic comes up announcing that Ric Flair will be in the ring up next...
Well there ya go hope this gets ya reading and reviewing

Default Re: Be the Booker Showcase Thread

Was looking through my old computer and stumbled across this. It was just a little something for a project I had planned a couple of months ago but nothing came of it and I don't plan for anything to come of it in the future. It's nothing special but still.

*************

World Wrestling Entertainment
Thursday Night Smackdown
April 3rd, 2003
Idaho Center | Boise, Idaho

As expected, a video package (still images only) plays, which highlights the ongoings of last night's Wrestlemania extravaganza, placing specific attention on the Smackdown side of things - Especially the Hulk Hogan vs. Vince McMahon Street Fight and the Main Event for the WWE Championship, Brock Lesnar challenging Kurt Angle. The final few images we see, as the video package comes to an end, include a bloodied Vince McMahon, Brock Lesnar hitting an F-5, Lesnar "connecting" with the infamous Shooting Star Press and finally we get a shot of Lesnar holding his newly won WWE Championship as we hear Michael Cole screaming over the top... "Brock Lesnar is the NEW WWE Champion! The era of Brock Lesnar as officially begun!"

The package then comes to a close but is immediately followed by an updated Smackdown opening video, played to the very epic "I Want It All" song. We are then welcomed to the Idaho Center with a huge pyrotechnic display as the camera circles the arena, showing thousands of electric fans, buzzing for the show to begin. After the pyro has calmed down, we are handed over to Michael Cole and Tazz at ringside.

Michael Cole: Just four, short days ago we witnessed one of the greatest Wrestlemanias of all time! We saw it all from success and triumph to heartbreak and failure and here tonight, on Thursday Night Smackdown, we will see everyone's reaction to what happened just 96 hours ago in Seattle, Washington! Ladies and Gentlemen, I am Michael Cole and alongside me, as always is my broadcast partner, Tazz; And what a night Wrestlemania was, partner!

Tazz: No doubt, Cole, Wrestlemania was absolutely off the chain! In my honest and professional opinion, it was the greatest night not only in the WWE but in proffessional wrestling as a whole! We saw it all, baby.

Michael Cole: You're absolutely right, we did see it all, but the one thing we did see and the biggest thing we saw was that the former WWE Champion, Kurt Angle, was finally overcome by the NEW WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar, in a match that shall go down in the history books as one of the greatest of all time.

Tazz: Spot on, my man, the main event at Wrestlemania between those two phenomenal athletes makes me truly proud of being part of the Smackdown roster and what those two did on Sunday, really does personify what this business is about. But what about that brutal Street Fight between Hulk Hogan and Mr McMahon, what a brawl that was!

Michael Cole: How could I forg-

NO CHANCE, THAT'S WHAT YOUVE GOT!
***No Chance***

Just on cue, Michael Cole is interrupted by the infamous music of the Chairman of the WWE, Vince McMahon rolls on to the stage, limping a little bit. The evil genius doesn't look too happy as you'd expect and he takees no notices of the thunderous boos that greet him from the Smackdown faithful. McMahon demands Tony Chimel to hold down the second rope, aiding him in entering in to the ring. Vince then ungratefully snatches Chimel's microphone off of him, leaving the dumbfounded ring announcer to just exit the ring, half embarrassed.

Vince McMahon: Four nights ago... At Wrestlemania... I... I... I was defeated, by Hulk Hogan...

The arena erupts in cheers as Vince winces in pain, holding his ribs.

Vince McMahon: Somehow, he overcame me and he defeated me. He split me open and he pinned me in front of Fifty-Seven thousand people...1...2..3. I'm an honest man and I'll admit it when I ended up on the losing end of a battle, and I was on the losing end of a battle last Sunday. But I am never, ever, on the losing end of a war and Hulk Hogan... This is a war dammit!

Boos surround the arena because the stubborn Chairman isn't giving up despite it being clear that Hogan won.

Vince McMahon: Y'hear me Hulk? This is far from over. I own this company, I built this company and I built you, Hogan! I built you and I made you what you are today and without me, there would be no Hulkamania, there wouldn't be any Hulkamaniacs and there wouldn't be a... Hulk Hogan. You'd just be good old Terry Bolea, working two jobs and earning no money and if I have to bend over backwards to show you, and all of these people, that... Then that's exactly what I shall do dammit!

Heat echoes around the Idaho Center with a small "Hogan" chant circling.

Mr McMahon: You can chant for him all you want because he isn't here. He isn't in the arena tonight, hell, he isn't even in Idaho! He's in the comfort of his own home with his wife and kids in Florida and you know why? Because he's scared, he's scared of ME - Vince McMahon - The same man that at the click of my fingers, can end Hulk Hogan for good! I said it before and I'll say it again - I made Hulk Hogan and I can damn sure break him just as easy!

The boos are flooding in as the psychotic McMahon continues to rant on. The boos only get louder when...

***Medal***

When the former WWE Champion and the only Olympic Gold Medallist in WWE history, Kurt Angle makes his way on to the stage and down to the ring, looking even more pissed off than Vince did! Angle, sporting his ring gear, is flanked by Team Angle and the talented trio waste no time in making their way down to the ring. Once in the squared circle, Angle reaches through the middle and top rope and grabs a microphone off of Chimel.

Kurt Angle: Vince... Mr. McMahon, as much as I respect you as a man and as an employer, and I do respect you a heck of a lot... It wasn't just you that lost a battle at Wrestlemania. Heck, I didn't just lose a battle, I lost my frickin' WWE Championship and the pathetic excuse of a man we call the current WWE Champion doesn't even dare show his face tonight!

Vince McMahon: Well first off Kurt... If you ever interrupt me again, then there will be no chance in hell you'll even have a chance to hold that WWE title again because I'll fire you on the spot, you got it?

A little pop at the possibility of Kurt being fired, as Kurt just hangs his head in shame.

Vince McMahon: And in regards to the WWE Championship... I mean... I don't really like Brock either but what do you expect me to do about it? You were defeated four days ago at Wrestlemania and now you're sent to the back of the queue, you get behind everybody else and you prove to me that you're worthy of another shot.

Kurt Angle: Are you serious, Mr McMahon? I'm the best god damn wrestler in the WWE right now. I'm the only Olympic Gold Medallist in professional wrestling history... What more do you want?!

Vince McMahon: Well there's quite a lot of things that I want...

Kurt Angle: What do you want doing? I will do anything just to prove that I'm better than everybody else in that locker room and that I AM the most deserving of another title shot in the whole god damn business!

The crowd boo showing that they obviously don't agree with that...

Vince McMahon: Well as far as I'm concerned, a number one contenders tournament has already been set up for Judgment Day's WWE Championship match and I can't change that now so I guess... I guess you'll just have to win that tournament, right?

Kurt Angle: Suit yourself, Vince... If you're not going to rightfully award me MY WWE Championship then I guess I'm just going to have to take it myself then, aren't I?

Vince McMahon: Listen, Kurt... I'll admit, I am one of your biggest fans and I sincerely do think that you are the man to carry this company in to the future and if I could I'd hand you your title shot, but I didn't create the number one contenders tournament...

Kurt Angle: Well who the hell did, then?

Vince McMahon: The General Manager of Smackdown, and unfortunately, my daughter... (Quietly, in shame) Stephanie McMahon...

A fair few cheers for the beautiful General Manager of the blue brand.

Kurt Angle: Oh I could have guess, Steph... (Turns to camera) Well then Stephanie, I'll be cheated out of my rightful shot and I'll do as everyone else has to and I will compete in the tournament and I'll storm through every man, woman and child that dares step in my way but believe me when I say this, Stephanie... The blood will be, on your hands.

Kurt's inetense eyes locks on to the camera as he looks dead on, exposing his stone cold, blue eyes. Angle then drops the microphone, turns to Vince McMahon and shakes is hand before exiting the ring with Haas and Benjamin. Cole and Tazz put over the promo and puts over the fact that Angle is on a mission and as shown in the past, when Kurt has set his sights on something, he's almost unstoppable! We then go to commercial break.

***COMMERCIAL BREAK***

************

The plan was to be for Kurt Angle to go on a bit of a losing streak and end up becoming Vince's lackey in exchange for a title shot. Would have lead to an Angle/Hogan match at Summerslam and then Angle winning the title at Survivor Series. I can't be bothered to go on to much detail but to be perfectly honest it wasn't the most captivating of plans for the main event scene, the lower card - upper midcard as well as Monday Night Raw as a whole seemed to be much more entertaining, but still.

SO yeah, there we go. Like I said, nothing special but I thought I may as well post it here.
