Maryland; Baltimore - DuBurns Arena (4,000)
Maryland; Upper Marlboro - Showplace Arena (4,500)
I've only seen Smackdown & TNA house shows run out of Showplace, but if you're looking for more of an indy feel, DuBurns has hosted Ring Of Honor on many occasions.
