Default Pro Wrestling R

I've been doing this BTB since early September 2011 and have been posting it on other forums. But now that I have joined Wrestling Forum as well I thought I would post it here. My booker is a bit of a twist on a typical independent promotion as in mine it started as a company running in church halls to slowly getting a cult following to then being put on a trial basis on TV to now being run every Friday night up against WWE Smackdown. My roster is indy but you will notice one person on the roster who will stand out and that is Bobby Roode. To explain the situation when his contract expired on the weekend of lockdown a quick deal between him and Pro Wrestling R was put together. He still wrestled at lockdown with Austin Aries and they dropped the titles to Daniels/Kazarain. Now obviously as I mentioned when I started this two years ago things were small and if I am honest at points not very good. So what I am going to do is post the preview for and my last PPV so you can get an idea and I will also do a post detailing all the results from my PPVs in the last two years. and If you have any other questions feel free to ask. With that all I can say is I hope you enjoy Pro Wrestling R

----

With Wrestling still going strong albeit with a few dips in popularity. The WWE is still at the top of the mountain. With promotions like TNA and Ring Of Honor quite a bit behind them in terms of notoriety. However a new brand has began. From humble beginings of drawing 50 fans in a church hall to drawing thousands in a packed arena thanks to a television deal with Sky One. Pro Wrestling R promises to bring you the best talent from around the world to entertain all of you. Expect names you have heard of and names you have not from Pro Wrestling R.

^ Why would it be any different? He's posting the same stuff here as he does on the other forum.

Anyway, nice to see this has been brought to another audience, Shade. Despite never actually commenting in your thread, I do give it a read here and there and you've proved that you are a top writer and more than capable of making an indy thread work. Hopefully WF takes your thread with open arms.

Pro Wrestling R
presents
THE COLD LIGHT OF DAY
From the Cologne Arena
Cologne, Germany
9/8/13

Confirmed Matches

Internet Dream Match
vs
The Briscoes vs The Young Bucks
The first match confirmed for the pay per view is a match which will be highly anticipated by those in the internet community in particular as The Young Bucks take on the Briscoe Brothers. Making their debut at Fall of the King the Briscoes cut a promo challenging The Adrenaline X-Press for their tag team titles only to have the Young Bucks walk out claiming they should get another shot at the belts. After a few harsh words traded back and forth by both teams it was decided that next month at The Cold Light of Day. With both teams having developed tremendous reputations from their exploits elsewhere you can be rest assured this match will be one for the ages.

Wrestle Kingdom Championship Match
vs
Uhaa Nation (c) vs Chris Jericho
After another dominant performance at Fall of the King many wondered who would be the next man to challenge Uhaa Nation. With a tournament set to crown the next number one contender it was not clear exactly who would be the man to challenge him. Until Armando Estrada cut a promo on the first ever edition of PWR Cataclysm revealed that Uhaa Nation's opponent would reveal himself later on in the evening. As the show drew to a close there was no sign of his contender until midway through a promo by Prince Nana the lights went out and when they turned back on standing across the ring from Uhaa Nation was former Pure Champion Chris Jericho. The crowd and Nation where in shock and what shocked the champ more was the Codebreaker which followed by Jericho. Now set to face his most high profile opponent yet can Uhaa Nation live up to the hype and keep his title?

PWR Alumni Battle Royal
With Pro Wrestling R reaching it's two year anniversary it has been confirmed that at the Cold Light of Day there will be an over the top rope battle royal featuring numerous stars from PWR's past. Although no one for this match has been confirmed as of yet rumored so far to be taking part are former Wrestle Kingdom Champion Keith Walker, Former Pure Champion Matt Hardy, Former TV Champ Mark Copani, Former Tag Team Champions Violence Inc, Scorpio Sky, Adam Pearce and Jack Evans.

Television Championship Match
vs
Daisuke Sekimoto (c) vs Lance Archer
The second Championship match confirmed for the Cold Light of Day is a Television Championship match as Daisuke Sekimoto will put his title on the line against The American Psycho Lance Archer. This match come about after Archer was apart of the winning team at Fall of the King and got to have a Television Championship match where ever he so wished. It turned out Lance wanted it at The Cold Light of Day. What is most interesting about this bout is where as normally Sekimoto has the size on all his opponents this time he is dwarfed by the tower of terror that is Lance Archer. Can Sekimoto over come his toughest test yet?

Grudge Match
vs
Gary Jay vs Kenny Omega
Two of the recent debuts from the new superstar initiative who have each made an impact in their own right albeit under differing circumstances. Kenny Omega of course has quickly won over a lot of the fans with his in ring abilities and his often times wacky personality. Gary Jay on the other hand has not made many friends what so ever with his attitude especially towards the fan friendly art of high flying. This culminated with a violent assault on Trent Berretta by Gary. After this assault Gary stated it was the beginning of his crusade against the high flyers in pro wrestling and that Trent was only the first casualty. Will Kenny Omega be the next casualty of the Barn Owl's Crusade.

Number One Contender's Tournament Quarter Final Match
vs
Jimmy Jacobs vs Mike Bennett
The first Quarter Final in the Number One Contender's Tournament has also been confirmed and what is interesting is it will see two of the most despised men on the Pro Wrestling R roster face off as the leader of the Hell Expansions takes on former Pure Champion Mike Bennett. With both men known for using help from their respective entourages at points it has been confirmed that Maria, Joe Doering and the Hell Expansions group have all been banned from ringside leading to what many expect to be a straight up battle between these two. Who will move on to the next round of the tournament?

Number One Contender's Tournament Quarter Final
vs
Bobby Roode vs Michael Elgin
The Second Quarter Final Match has been confirmed with it being one of PWR's Top Name stars Bobby Roode taking on one of the true rising stars in Pro Wrestling R at the moment in Michael Elgin. Both men are riding a ton of momentum with Bobby Roode still undefeated in singles competition in Pro Wrestling R and Michael Elgin coming off of a huge victory at Fall of the King over Prince Devitt. This match will also be a real styles clash to say the least with highly regarded wrestling and submissions style Bobby Roode utilizes against the sheer power and force Elgin uses. Who will move on to the next round of the tournament?

Number One Contender's Tournament Quarter Final
vs
Prince Devitt vs Zach Sabre Jr

THE REMATCH EVERYONE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR. At Paradise Lost Prince Devitt and Zach Sabre Jr gave the crowd a sure fire match of the year candidate if not the best match in Pro Wrestling R history. Now only 2 months on fate has brought them back to face off with one another yet again. Despite the reaction to the match and the respect both men have been given by their peers the bad blood is still apparent with these two. Devitt has continuously classed the match at Paradise Lost a fluke and will look to make a statement here. Where as Sabre will be looking to get one step closer to reclaiming the title he only held for five minutes at PWR's Flagship show. Who will be moving on in the tournament in this rematch?

Number One Contender's Tournament Quarter Final
vs
Alex Shelley vs Bobby Lashley
The final Quarter Final tournament match has been confirmed as long time PWR main stay Bobby Lashley takes on one of the most notorious and controversial stars in Pro Wrestling R in the Socially Relevant Superstar Alex Shelley. A long time commentator for Pro Wrestling R Alex shocked the world when he blind sided Zach Sabre Jr with a vicious chair shot at Fall of the King. Since that time Alex has had some harsh words for Sabre and Pro Wrestling R and its superstars as a whole. So it is safe to say that Alex Shelley at this moment is not the most popular man at the minute among the wrestlers and the fans. Which in turn means Bobby Lashley has the chance to do a lot of people a massive solid by giving Alex Shelley a beating. Can Bobby shut down Alex Shelley? or will Alex get one step closer to the belt?

Tag Team Championship Match
vs
The Hell Expansions (c) vs The Adrenaline X-Press
The Tag Team Titles will also be on the line come the Cold Light of Day in an interesting rematch as the new champs the Hell Expansions put their titles on the line against former champions The Adrenaline X-Press. After undergoing an impressive run as champions it appeared in their defense against Masada and Tom Lattimer, ACH and Famous B were not exactly on the same page as one mis communication lead to Masada pinning ACH to win the belts. Now with their differences cast aside ACH and Famous B will look to reclaim their belts against the new champions. Can ACH/Famous B win their belts back? or will The Hell Expansions prove their reign is no fluke?

Pure Championship Match
vs vs
Doug Williams (c) vs Davey Richards vs Roderick Strong
Maybe one of the more anticipated matches set for the card. A pure Title triple threat match has been confirmed featuring three of the pound for pound top wrestlers in Pro Wrestling R and arguably in the world today. Originally this was set to be a one on one contest as Doug Williams would defend against either Davey or Roderick but due a non finish in their recent contender's match. Doug was asked to make a choice and he made the surprising decision to face both men stating he is here to face the best and both men are two of the best in his opinion. All three men in this match have an interesting contrast in styles with Williams focusing on a more pure wrestling style, Davey focusing on kicks and submissions whilst Roderick utilizes devastating back breakers and chops to beat down his opponents. So rest assured regardless of who gets their hand raised the fans will be in for a treat.

Elimination Tag Team Match

vs

Akira Tozawa, Chuck Taylor, Johnny Gargano & Kevin Steen vs The Coven
Since coming to Pro Wrestling R it is safe to say all eyes have been on Elijah Burke. The self proclaimed Self Righteous Savior has made several bold statements regarding his teachings. Looked upon by some as a spiritual guru and others as a manipulative cult leader it is safe to say when it comes to Elijah opinions do differ. Although there is no doubt that under his teaching the careers of Robert Dreissker and Brian Cage have flourished which makes many wonder if what Elijah is saying about seeing the light real. However four men adamant and united in their disdain for the Coven are Akira Tozawa, FIST and Kevin Steen. Claiming that Burke preys on the weak and has to an extent brainwashed all those he claims to have helped. However despite their warnings Elijah was able to convert another member to join to the coven in Tommy End. Finally having seen enough Kevin STeen requested an eight man elimination match for the PPV looking to bring an end to the ways of Elijah. Can Steen, Akira and Fist bring an end to the Coven? Or will The coven leave the Cold Light of Day stronger then ever?

With Radioactive by Imagine Dragons playing in the background Pro Wrestling R's The Cold Light of Day opens up with a two year retrospective of the brand as a whole. Showing clips from the early days of Pro Wrestling R including Akira Tozawa winning the Wrestle Kingdom Championship, Matt Hardy debuting at the first iPPV, The domination of Keith Walker, The first ever King of Lion's Cup and also the self proclaimed best tag team in the world Joey Ryan and Scorpio Sky dispatching numerous teams in their round the world challenge. The video then begins to focus on PWR's move to Sky One and the rise of talents like Prince Devitt and Zach Sabre Jr. As this stage of the retrospective ends we are then shown clips of some of Pro Wrestling R's alumni who have gone on to big things like Chris Hero, PAC, Giant Bernard, Sami Callihan, TJ Perkins, Samuray Del Sol and Joel Redman. Finally the video settles on the current Pro Wrestling R and the rises of the likes of Uhaa Nation, Willie Mack, The Adrenaline X-Press and Daisuke Sekimoto whilst also focusing on the inclusion of name talents such as Bobby Roode, Davey Richards, Eddie Edwards and Doug Williams. Once this video comes to an end another video plays running down the key events leading to all the big matches of the evening. After this the camera cuts to ringside where a packed crowd in attendance at the Cologne arena in Cologne Germany are buzzing with anticipation for the night they have ahead of them. Several fans have brought signs in support of the likes of Zach Sabre Jr, Chris Jericho, Doug Williams and Akira Tozawa. After panning round the crowd once more the cameras then cut to the ringside area where Dave Prazak can be seen seated with his guest announcer for the evening Montel Vontavious Porter.

Dave: Ladies and Gentleman. Good evening and welcome to a historic night in Pro Wrestling R history as we are celebrating the two year anniversary of the brand which has taken the wrestling world by storm. As always I am Dave Prazak and joining me at this time is a man who has been present for a lot of PWR's big moments in MVP.

MVP: It is good to be here and I got to say myself I cannot believe it has been two years. This is crazy.

Dave: I don't think anyone can. And may I say what a show we have to commemorate it. As not only will we see Uhaa Nation clash with Chris Jericho but we are also going to witness the four quarter final matches in the number one contender tournament and also a dream match as The Briscoes take on the Young Bucks.

MVP: We also have a Pure title match which many will class as a dream match as Doug Williams wrestlers both Roderick Strong and Davey Richards. Not to mention a heated Eight man elimination tag match as Kevin Steen, Akira Tozawa and Fist take on the Coven.

Dave: Two other titles will be on the line as well tonight as not only will we see a tag team title rematch from a shocking conclusion 2 weeks ago but we will also see a clash of the titans between Lance Archer and Daisuke Sekimoto.

MVP: Another match on tap will be a grudge match between Gary Jay and Kenny Omega which has garnered a ton of hype.

Dave: Speaking of hype what about the match kicking us off this evening a massive PWR alumni battle royal featuring many of the notable faces who have appeared for the brand over the years.

Match One: PWR Alumni Battle Royal
{Participants: Adam Pearce, Aerostar, Amazing Red, Big Daddy Voodoo, Bobby Fish, Carlito, Chris Mordetzky, Colt Cabana, Eddie Kingston, Emil Sitoci, Flip Kendrick, Genki Horiguchi, Harry Smith, Homicide, Jack Evans, John Hennigan, Keith Walker, Kid Kash, Louis Lyndon, Low Ki, Mark Copani, Marty Scurll, Masaaki Mochizuki, Matt Cross, Matt Hardy, Patrick Brink, Paul Burchill, RJ Brewer, Ryo Saito, Scorpio Sky, Shinsuke Nakamura, Teddy Hart, The Sheik, Togi Makabe, Tommy Dreamer, Tony Nese, Tyson Tarver, Xavier & Yamato}

The bell rings to kick things off and everyone in the ring begins brawling as the crowd cheers. In the center of the ring it appears an effort is being made by a large group of superstars to beat down on the bigger men in the match namely Keith Walker and Big Daddy Voodoo. However after a few seconds this appears to not have the effect intended as both men are able to fight back before Keith Walker quickly grasps The Sheik and tosses him over the ropes and to the floor. The Sheik has been eliminated! RJ Brewer then makes the mistake of attempting a cross body on Voodoo and is quickly hoisted in the air before being dumped over the ropes. RJ Brewer has been eliminated!

Walker and Voodoo then slowly turn to face one another as the crowd cheers and begin to stare down. After a few seconds a shoulder tackle contest emerges and Keith is able to run Voodoo up against the ropes before sending him toppling to the floor. Big Daddy Voodoo has been eliminated! The former Wrestle Kingdom Champion Walker pounds his chest before raising an arm high in the air to a loud pop from the crowd. However Keith's celebration is cut short when he is quickly flipped over the ropes and to the floor by John Hennigan and Mark Copani. Keith Walker has been eliminated!

The crowd boos loudly as Hennigan and Copani taunt the crowd before aligning themselves with Matt Hardy to beat down Tommy Dreamer. Hardy then hits Tommy with a Twist of Fate before Copani lifts him up and throws him out of the ring. Tommy Dreamer has been eliminated! With the crowd booing Copani begins to mouth off when he is dropkicked over the ropes by John Hennigan. Mark Copani has been eliminated! Hennigan smirks arrogantly when Matt Hardy then throws him out of the ring. John Hennigan has been eliminated! A arrogant Hardy then taunts the crowd before hitting a side effect on Xavier.

Across the other side of the ring Patrick Brink has just leveled Louis Lyndon and Scorpio Sky with a double clothesline. Brink then follows up with a running boot to the face of Marty Scurll before he turns his attentions to Jack Evans. Brink throws Evans over the top rope only to have Jack find his footing on the apron. Patrick then tries for a clothesline only to have Jack duck and pull Brink by his arm over the top rope and to the floor. Patrick Brink has been eliminated! Tyson Tarver then charges at Jack only to have Evans drop down holding the top rope. Tarver then falls out to the floor as Jack rolls back into the ring. Tyson Tarver has been eliminated!

In the center of the ring Bobby Fish and Harry Smith look to have formed an alliance as they beat down Togi Makabe. After Smith hits a European uppercut on Togi. Fish then tosses Makabe over the ropes and to the floor. Togi Makabe has been eliminated! Fish and Smith then turn their attentions to Tony Nese. After hitting Nese with a series of hard uppercuts Smith then tosses him over the top rope and to the floor. Tony Nese has been eliminated! The crowd boos as Smith and Fish then raise their arms in the air only to be met wiht s plit leg dropkick by Aero Star.

Aero Star then hits a hurricanrana on Eddie Kingston. As a stunned Kingston staggers to his feet Aero star then headscissors him over the top rope. Eddie crashes to the floor as the crowd cheers. Eddie Kingston has been eliminated! Aerostar then climbs to his feet on the apron only to be shoved off of the ring apron and to the floor by Matt Hardy. Aerostar has been eliminated! The crowd boos as Hardy smirks and Xavier quickly charges Matt only to be backdropped out of the ring. Xavier has been eliminated! Hardy then being the opportunist sees Low Ki trying to eliminate Kid Kash and quickly flips Ki out of the ring. Low Ki has been eliminated!

The crowd boos as Hardy then tries to knock Kash off of the apron only to have Kid hit him with a shoulder to the mid section. Kash then stands up on the apron only to be met with a running dropkick by Teddy Hart. Kash flies off of the apron and to the floor. Kid Kash has been eliminated! Teddy Hart then surprisingly climbs up to the top rope only to be shoved off of the top rope and onto the apron by Adam Pearce. Pearce then hits Teddy with a big clothesline only to have Hart shockingly cling on the apron for life. Pearce tries to kick Teddy off only to have Carlito attempt to clothesline him however Pearce counters with a hip toss throwing Carlito out of the ring. Carlito has been eliminated!

Hart rolls into the ring as Masaaki Mochizuki hits Pearce with a high kick. Mochizuki then goes for a kick on Teddy only to have Hart catch him by the leg before slingshotting him over the ropes and to the floor. Masaaki Mochizuki has been eliminated! Teddy then slowly climbs to his feet only to be speared by Ryo Saito. Saito is then joined by his former Tag Partner Genki Horiguchi as they look to eliminate Flip Kendrick. Chris then turns round and begins to survey the ring. In one corner Harry Smith and Bobby Fish can be seen beating down Jack Evans whilst in another Matt Hardy is working over Teddy Hart. Everyone in the ring slowly stops what they are doing and stares down with one another before Matt Hardy attacks Jack Evans. Bobby Fish then goes for Marty and this leaves Harry Smith and Teddy Hart staring down.

Teddy can be heard saying to Harry we are family let's help each other. This appears to have an effect as when Teddy offers a hand shake Harry goes to accept it. As the seconds turn into a minute Smith still holds Jack in the air before finally landing the suplex to a massive pop from the crowd.

Harry then climbs to his feet and Marty Scurll charges at him only to be belly to belly suplexed over the top rope and to the floor. Marty Scurll has been eliminated! Smith however is given no time to bask in this as Matt Hardy quickly flips him over the ropes and to the floor to loud boos from the crowd. Harry Smith has been eliminated! This means it is down to two as Matt Hardy and Jack Evans face off. Hardy and Evans begin to trade punches until Matt craftily thumbs Jack in the eye. Jack is temporarily blinded and Hardy follows up with a big discus punch putting Jack down onto the mat.

Matt then follows up with a quick leg drop before he taunts the crowd to loud boos. Matt then signals for the Twist of Fate before he lifts Jack up. However as Hardy goes to spin through Jack shoves him off into the turnbuckle. Hardy staggers back into a reverse hurricanrana to a loud pop from the crowd. Roode: Ready to pull out yet?

Michael: What?

Roode: Of our match. You know you do not stand a chance against me.

Elgin laughs.

Elgin: They said the same thing about Devitt and look what happened.

Roode: Comparing me to Devitt is like comparing oil and water. You might have out muscled him but you won't be doing that to me. So do yourself a favor. If you want to keep your little hype train pull out of the match.

Elgin: Or else what?

Roode: You will be well and truly Derailed.

With that Roode walks off down the hall leaving Elgin standing by.

The camera then cuts to the hallway of the arena where Shane Hollister and Scarlett Bordeaux can be seen engaging in a heavy make out session. Various members of the crew can be seen walking past clearly rather uncomfortable thanks to the public display of affection. After a few seconds Shane is then tapped on the shoulder by someone off screen but neither he or Scarlett notice. Another tap on the shoulder happens and a clearly agitated Shane Hollister turns round right into a grip around his throat. A shocked Scarlett backs off as Shane Hollister is pinned to the wall by an extremely pissed off Willie Mack.

Willie: Right I am ending this now.

Shane tries to force Willie to let go of him but Mack keeps him pinned to the wall.

Willie: See I thought this was over with our last conversation but then I hear all the time through my match with Alex Shelley. That you are talking shit about me. Why don't you say it to my face? or better yet why don't you just drop it.

Shane: That's not going to happen. Not after what you did.

Willie: I did not do anything. Your women texted me and all I did was send one message back. There was no pictures, no meetings no nothing. So drop it.

Shane: No.

Willie: Look if you don't drop this Shane. I'll drop you. It's that simple.

Shane: Then go ahead.

Willie just nods his head before he rears back with his right hand. Just as it looks like he is going to punch Shane, Willie shows a small bit of restraint stopping himself before he throws Shane hard across the hallway into a steel crate. Shane tumbles over the crate and to the floor as Willie then turns to Scarlett.

Willie: You caused this shit. You better set him straight.

With that Mack walks off down the hall as Scarlett slowly walks over to Shane.

The camera then cuts to the office of Armando Estrada. Estrada can be seen filling out some paperwork as fresh off of his victory earlier tonight Jack Evans slowly walks in the office.

Jack: You wanted to see me Mr. Estrada.

Armando: Ah Jack. Yes. First things first. Let me just say congratulations. I was very impressed with your performance earlier on tonight.

Jack: Thank you.

Armando: Not only was I impressed but our esteemed general manager Fergal Devitt was impressed. As was most importantly the fans.

Jack: I am to please.

Armando: That's good. And that is why I have here in my hands an official Pro Wrestling R contract with your name on it. All you have to do is sign on the bottom line.

As Estrada slides the paperwork he was just writing out over to Jack. Jack looks rather surprised.

Jack: This for real?

Armando: Yes. We'd like nothing more then to have Jack Evans back in Pro Wrestling R.

Jack smiles.

Armando: So are you going to sign?

Jack: Definitely.

Jack then picks up a pen from the desk and quickly signs his name at the bottom of the contract.

Armando: Well then Jack. With that done all I have left to say is welcome back to Pro Wrestling R.

Jack: Thank you Mr. Estrada. I won't let you down.

Dave: It is now time for our first number one contenders tournament quarter final matches of the evening and this will be an interesting clash as Bobby Roode takes on Michael Elgin.

MVP: This is a match I personally have been excited for since it's announcement. You got a true rising star and not to mention power house in Michael Elgin taking on the crafty veteran Bobby Roode.

Match Four: Bobby Roode vs Michael Elgin - Number one Contender's Tournament Quarter Final

The bell rings to start the match and slowly both Bobby Roode and Michael Elgin walk to the center of the ring. A tense stare down then begins as the fans take not of the fact that Elgin and Roode are quite even in size with Roode just being a little taller and Elgin of course being more muscular. As the two men stare down Roode slowly begins to smirk before he mutters something to Elgin. This causes Elgin to shove Bobby Roode hard on the chest causing him to take a step back. Roode responds with a hard shove of his own before he yells at Elgin.

Michael shoves Roode once more and to the shock of the crowd Bobby Roode responds with a hard open hand slap to Elgin. All this appears to do is enrage the powerhouse who backs Roode up in the corner forcing the ref to instigate a break. But as Michael backs up Bobby quickly cheap shots him with a sucker punch to boos from the crowd. As Elgin staggers back Roode then follows up with a right hand to the chin of Elgin. Bobby then lands a kick to the mid section of Michael before he clubs him across the back with a hard forearm strike. With Elgin doubled over Roode then lands a knee lift.

Elgin staggers back as Roode then hits the ropes and hits Elgin with a clothesline only to have the big man remain standing. Roode is shocked as he hits the ropes again looking for a clothesline only to yet again have Elgin hardly budge. Bobby hits the ropes once again looking for a clothesline but as he springs off of the ropes he is met with a massive over head belly to belly suplex by Michael Elgin. Roode rolls out to the floor as Elgin climbs to his feet and raises an arm high in the air to a massive cheer from the crowd. Elgin then looks to see Bobby slowly climbing to his feet outside of the ring.

Elgin leaves the ring and Roode charges at him only to be hit with a big knee to the mid section. Roode is doubled over as Elgin then lifts him up before he hits a big fall away slam on the floor. Bobby groans in pain as Elgin then follows up with hard stomp to his chest. Elgin then drags Bobby to his feet before he sets him up for a big exploder suplex. Roode tries to counter it only to have Elgin rag doll him round into an exploder suplex onto the apron! Roode really screams out in pain as he rolls into the ring slowly. Michael then climbs up onto the apron before he raises an arm in the air to a massive pop.

Elgin then climbs into the ring as somehow Bobby Roode starts to get to his feet. Elgin charges at Roode looking for a clothesline only to have Roode take him down with a drop toe hold before he locks in the Cross Face. Elgin screams in pain as Roode really wrenches on the submission. Elgin manages to roll Roode onto his shoulders in a pinning position but as the ref goes to count Roode rolls back into the crossface. Elgin tries in vain to escape and even uses his free hand to land some punches to Roode's head before he stars pulling himself towards the ropes. Roode really does all he can to apply the pressure as Elgin grabs the ropes.

Roode is forced to release the hold and as he does he is clearly angered as he begins stomping on the downed Elgin before lifting him up and hitting him with a European Uppercut. Elgin staggers back as Roode then tries to send him off into the ropes only to have Elgin fire him off instead. Roode springs off of the ropes into a big sidewalk slam by Michael Elgin. Elgin then slowly climbs to his feet before hitting the ropes. A stunned Roode gets to his feet and is met with a big lariat for Elgin. Roode drops to a knee as Michael then hits the ropes again but as he springs off he is met with a Twisting Spinebuster by roode!

The crowd explodes into cheers as both men are down on the canvas. Elgin and Roode then slowly begin to show signs of life as they begin to attempt to get to their feet. Elgin slowly gets up with his back to Roode and Bobby attempts a northern lariat only to have Michael duck it before he catches Roode with a high angled belly to back suplex. Roode is dazed as Elgin then rolls through with it before he hits a Blue Thunder Bomb. The crowd explodes into cheers as Elgin then makes a cover. One.....Two......Roode Kicks Out! The crowd are in shock as Roode kicks out.

Elgin then climbs to his feet before he lifts up Roode and hits him with a hard forearm strike. A spinning backfist by Elgin then follows before Michael attempts a suplex. However Roode is able to drop down behind before he hits a neckbreaker on Elgin. Michael is stunned as he slowly staggers to his feet and is met with a lung blower by Roode. Elgin drops to a knee and Bobby then drives him into the canvas with a DDT before he makes a cover. One....Two......Elgin Kicks Out! The crowd explodes into cheers as a frustrated Roode then climbs to his feet.

Roode then slowly drags Elgin to his feet before he attempts the Pay Off only to have Elgin spin out before he hits an Over the shoulder belly to back piledriver. The crowd cheers as Michael then slowly climbs to his feet before he raises his arm high in the air. Elgin then lifts up Roode before he looks to set him up for the Revolution Bomb. But as he lifts up Roode he is met with several hard punches to the top of the head. Elgin falls back with Roode landing on top of him and hooking a leg for a pin. The ref drops down to make the count. One...Two..... Elgin looks to kick out but Roode grabs the rope for extra leverage.....Three

Joe: And the winner of the match Bobby Roode.

The crowd boos loudly as Bobby Roode falls forward onto the ropes. With a cocky smirk on his face Bobby slowly climbs to his feet before raising his arm in the air.

The crowd boos loudly as Dimitrios Papadon's theme begins to play from the titantron. The lights in the arena slowly begin to fade as gold confetti rains down from the rafters. A shiny Gold spotlight then shines down at the top of the ramp where the self proclaimed Greek God can be seen standing by wearing a Black Suit and Shades. In Papadon's hand is a microphone and even as he goes to speak loud You Suck chants can be heard from the crowd.

Papadon: It seems after everything I have done in my career and after all the things I have done in Pro Wrestling R in a short time that you ingrates still will not give me the respect that I deserve. I have done everything possibly to earn respect yet you people think you are better then me. Well let me tell you something none of you are better then me. None of those supposed superstars are better then me. I am a GREEK GOD and I will not settle for earning respect now I will be taking it.

As the boos from the crowd increase Papadon shoots them a look of disgust.

Papadon: Just like I did from Mike Quackenbush......Just like I did from Colt Cabana..... They never stood a chance against me.... The same has to be said for Zach Sabre Jr only then for someone to distract me causing Zach to catch me. So whilst Zach Sabre Jr now gets to go around boasting about his tremendous upset I have to stand by and watch this tournament go on without it's rightful winner. So whilst that tragedy unfolds I have a pressing issue to deal with. And that is who played Mike Quackenbush's theme through my match?

The crowd starts chanting Quack repeatedly.

Papadon: Mike Quackenbush's career is over.... Accept it.... I killed his legacy.... I sent him into retirement and he will stay there for eternity.

The crowd begins to boo loudly again when suddenly the lights in the arena switch right off.

Papadon: Now what?

The spotlight then shines back down on Papadon and from the light it is clear there is an outline of someone standing behind him. The lights in the arena then turn on completely and it takes the crowd a second to realize and once they do they explode into cheers as the man standing behind Papadon is MIKE QUACKENBUSH! Papadon is totally unaware as he looks round the crowd before he slowly turns round and sees Mike Quackenbush staring him down. A shocked Papadon drops the microphone as he slowly backs up whilst trying to reason with Quackenbush. Mike does not appear to be having any of it as he levels Papadon with a big right hand. Papadon tumbles down the ramp as Mike then jumps on him hitting him with a series of right hands. The crowd explodes into cheers as Mike Quackenbush then rips Papadon's jacket off and begins to choke him with it. Papadon tries to crawl away up the ramp but Mike grabs him by the leg and drags him nearer to the ring. Quackenbush then lifts up Papadon before he tosses him hard into the steps. Papadon staggers forward and is then back dropped onto the floor as the crowd cheers. Mike then appears to be setting him up for the CHIKARA special when security and officials run down to the ring and grab Quackenbush forcing him to back away. A horrified Papadon then scrambles up the ramp as Quackenbush yells that this is not over with.

Dave: It is now time for our next match of the evening and it is possibly one of our more anticipated bouts as we see Doug Williams putting his Pure Title on the line against both Davey Richards and Roderick Strong.

MVP: This is a ballsy move for Doug. I mean I get the whole I want to fight the best thing. But to take on two of the best at the same time by choice is crazy to me. He'd have been better off facing one tonight and one in a couple of weeks.

Match Five: Doug Williams vs Davey Richards vs Roderick Strong - Pure Championship Match

The bell rings to start the match and the three men involved all walk towards the center of the ring before facing off. Doug quickly offers a hand shake to Davey which Davey accepts before he offers one to Roderick who also surprisingly accepts. Roderick then turns to Davey and offers him a hand shake but as Davey goes to accept Strong pulls his hand back and smirks cockily. The three men then back off and begin circling around one another before Davey goes right for Roderick Strong hitting him with a hard elbow strike. Another Elbow follows up when Davey is spun round by Doug.

Doug hits Davey with a European Uppercut only to have Davey respond with a hard elbow. Doug staggers back and Davey looks to follow up with another forearm when he is blasted with a big chop to the chest by Roderick Strong. Strong then follows up with a knee to the mid section doubling over Davey before he launches him head first into the mid section of Doug doubling him over. Roderick then hits a knee to the top of the head of Williams which drops him to a knee allowing Roderick to then follow up with a front dropkick putting Doug down on the canvas.

Roderick then attempts a cover but before the ref can even get two it is broken up by Davey. Davey drags Roderick to his feet and kicks him hard to the chest before following up with a back kick to the mid section. Davey then springs off into the ropes but as he comes back on the return Roderick catches him for a Uranage Backbreaker. Davey falls to the canvas in agony as Roderick smirks. However Roderick then turns round into a running knee strike to the chest by Doug Williams which puts him down on the canvas as the crowd explodes into cheers.

Doug then goes for a cover on roderick only to have Strong kick out at a count of two. Doug then climbs to his feet as Davey charges at him. Davey attempts a spinning Heel Kick only to have Doug catch him before slamming him into the canvas. Doug then grabs Davey's leg before he looks for an STF (Much better then Cena's obviously). Davey screams out in pain as Doug has the hold on tight but before any damage can be done Roderick Strong drops an elbow across the mid section of Williams. Doug releases the hold as Roderick then lifts him to his feet before hitting him with a suplex.

Roderick then makes a cover on the downed Doug only to have Williams kick out at a count of two. Williams is still down as Roderick then climbs to his feet. Davey also slowly gets up and he and Roderick then begin to trade punches with one another. After a few exchanges Roderick hits Davey with a back elbow only to have Davey respond with a spinning back kick to the mid section. Roderick doubles over in pain as Davey then hits the ropes before landing a brutal dropkick to the side of Roderick's head. Strong drops to a knee as Davey then follows up with a round house kick to the side of the head.

Roderick falls to the mat as Davey then makes a cover only to have Roderick just barely kick out at a count of two. Davey then climbs to his feet and motions for the DR Driver before he drags Roderick to his feet. Davey sets him up for the move but fails to notice Doug Williams climbing up the ropes until it is too late. Doug comes off of the ropes with a european uppercut on Davey putting him down on the canvas. Doug then goes for the Revolution DDT on Roderick only to be shoved off onto the canvas hard. Doug staggers to his feet winded only to then be met with a sick Kick by Roderick Strong.

Doug is laid out on the canvas but before Roderick can make a cover he is attacked by Davey. Davey hits Roderick with some hard kicks to the chest until Roderick is able to catch his leg and spin him round before booting him in the mid section. Roderick then attempts the Death by Roderick only to have Davey elbow him several times to the head. A stunned Roderick drops to a knee as Davey then drops down behind him before he hits a vicious kick to the back of Roderick Strong's head putting him down on the canvas. Davey then runs his thumb across his throat before he sees Doug Williams slowly getting to his knees.

With Doug on his knees Davey hits several hard kicks to his chest before he goes for a big round house. However Doug is able to duck before grabbing a waist lock and driving Davey into the corner before hitting the CHAOS THEORY. The crowd explodes into cheers as Doug then makes a cover. One....Two.....Three.

Joe: And the winner of the match and Still Champion Doug Williams.

The crowd explode into cheers as Doug then slowly rolls to his feet. Williams is then presented with his title as on the outside of the ring a pissed off Roderick Strong kicks the guard rail.

Bones by Young Guns plays from the titantron as the crowd boos. Just then from out the back walks the team of Rich Swann and Ricochet. Neither man is dressed to compete and as they walk down to the ring it is clear neither are bothered about the harsh reception they are being given by the crowd. As they reach the ringside area both men take themselves a microphone before climbing through the ropes and into the ring. With the crowd screaming YOU SUCK at both men Rich Swann rolls his eyes before beginning to speak.

Rich: Now trust me when I say this. There is a million and one things myself and my main man Ricochet here would rather be doing then standing out here in front of all of you retards. But we have been ordered by the man who cashes the checks to come out here and explain our selves.

Ricochet: See apparently our actions have upset a lot of people and have caused a ton of controversy. Apparently us giving certain people what they deserved has upset some of the higher ups.

Rich: Which is why we have been asked to apologize for our actions. So Ricochet are you ready?

Ricochet nods his head.

Rich: 5....4....3....2...1

Together: We are so Sorry. And we personally want to apologize to both Scott Steiner and Lance Storm.

The crowd boos at the obvious lack of sincerity from Swann and Ricochet

Rich: So yeah we are sorry.... Sorry that we never did what we did sooner.

The boos from the crowd increase as Swann and Ricochet smirk arrogantly.

Ricochet: See you might not know this yet but things in Pro Wrestling R are changing. Changing for the better and that is because of us. See we don't give a shit about the return of Alex Shelley, this number one contenders tournament or the supposed dominance of Uhaa Nation. Instead what concerns us is simple and that is making Pro Wrestling R and it's management team realize that we are the faces of Pro Wrestling R.

Just then Joey Ryan's theme plays from the titantron as the crowd cheers. Swann and Ricochet look on as Joey Ryan then slowly walks out the back before heading down to the ring. As Swann and Ricochet look on agitated Joey Ryan grabs himself a microphone before he climbs into the ring.

Joey: Guys, Guys, Guys..... You know there was a time when I was exactly like the both of you. In the early days you had myself and Scorpio Sky. The self proclaimed best tag team in pro wrestling. We caused a ton of mischief and we pissed off a lot of people with what we did. But we had limits. We never pissed on tradition and we never spat on those who paved the way for us. And I think you need to realize just how big of a mistake you are making. Because I have seen people do what you have done before and I have also seen it bite them in the ass countless times.

Ricochet: Well thank you kindly for the advice Joey. But yet again you have proved out point. See you are just like Lance Storm and Scott Steiner. The only difference is they realize their best days are behind them. But just like you they think because they got tenure that they can do what ever the hell they want and interfere in everyone's business. So with that said Joey. Unlike Scott and unlike Lance we have a small amount of respect for you. So unless you want to end up with a beating like Storm and a beating like Steiner leave the ring and walk backstage. Because this will not end well for you.

Joey looks at both Rich and Ricochet before he smirks.

Joey: Well now I want to thank the both of you for your show of generosity. You know it truly means a lot but like I said your actions will come back to haunt you. So with that allow me to give you my counter offer.

Before Swann or Ricochet can do anything Ryan launches a hard open handed slap across the face of Rich Swann. The crowd cheers as Swann staggers back. Ricochet then charges Ryan only to be met with a hard right hand. Joey then follows up with an inverted atomic drop on Ricochet as the crowd cheers when all of a sudden Joey is hit with a vicious leaping side kick to the side of his head by Rich Swann. Ricochet then climbs to his feet before he and Swann put the boots to Joey Ryan. A fired up Ricochet then drags Ryan to his feet before they set him up for a Total Elimination. But as they go for the move......

A theme the crowd are not too familiar with begins to play. Just then Christian York sprints out from the back as Ricochet shoves Ryan to the canvas. York hits the ring and Rich Swann tries to kick him only to have York catch his kick before kicking him below the belt to a big pop from the crowd. York then takes the fight to Ricochet hitting him with a hard series of punches. Rich Swann then hits York from behind allowing Ricochet to crack him with a flying knee strike. York staggers back and Ricochet and Swann then set up York for the Total Elimination when Rich Swann is met with a superkick by Joey Ryan. Rich stagges back before he tumbles through the ropes and to the floor. Ricochet is undaunted as he goes for a spin kick only to have York duck it before he hits Ricochet with an enzugiri which sends a stunned Ricochet falling through the ropes and to the floor. On the outside of the ring Ricochet is helped to his feet by Swann before they kick off yelling at fans and screaming at York and Ryan in the ring that this is not over.

Where as there are things nightmares are made of etched into their face
But alas for the fans change is coming soon
For I am much more memorable then men landing on the moon
Their reigns are ending it is not a surprise
For the next big thing is set to debut right in front of their eyes
I'm not making a threat why cant you see
That there will never, ever be another Caleb Konley'

Dave: it is now time for our Television Championship match of the evening as we see a clash of the titans as Daisuke Sekimoto puts his title on the line against Lance Archer.

MVP: There is bad blood here as well based on some of Archers questionable techniques to get in Sekimoto's head. Personally I think he has succeeded but we will find out soon.

Dave: What I also find interesting is normally Daisuke has a big size advantage on his opponents but this time he is dealing with someone who is bigger then him who may be a lot closer to him in strength then past opponents

Match Six: Daisuke Sekimoto w/Keiji Mutoh vs Lance Archer - TV Title match

The bell rings to start the match and these two giants quickly walk to the center of the ring before they lock up. Sekimoto quickly goes behind Archer and secures a waist lock before he quickly takes him down onto the canvas. Archer is on his knees as Daisuke keeps the waist lock. Lance tries to get to his feet and it takes him a couple of seconds to get back to his feet. Once up Archer tries to power out of the waist lock to no avail so he instead changes tact and launches a back elbow right to the jaw of Sekimoto which stuns him. Another hard elbow then allows Archer to break free from his grasp.

Sekimoto backs up a step as Lance then turns round and kicks him hard in the mid section. With Daisuke doubled over Archer then lands a knee to the top of his head. Sekimoto staggers back as Lance then follows up with a dropkick in a display of athleticism. Sekimoto falls onto the mat as Lance then makes a cover for a quick count of two. On the outside of the ring Keiji Mutoh looks on Concerned as Archer then begins to choke the downed Sekimoto. Lance then climbs to his feet before he lifts up Daisuke and hits him with a big knee to the mid section.

Sekimoto is doubled over in pain as Lance then hits the ropes. However as Lance springs off of the ropes he is met with a hard forearm strike by Sekimoto. Lance staggers back as Daisuke then hits him with a clothesline. Archer slowly begins to stagger to his feet and Sekimoto looks for a belly to belly suplex only to be met with a headbutt by Lance Archer. Daisuke staggers back as Archer then follows up with a clothesline of his own backing Sekimoto up into the corner. Archer then uses his long legs to choke Daisuke until the referee forces him to back up.

Lance then goozles Daisuke for a chokeslam only to have Daisuke grip his arm and force Archer to release his grip before he hits him with a capture suplex. Lance slowly staggers to his feet stunned as he is then met with a flying shoulder tackle by Sekimoto. Lance is down as Daisuke makes a cover for a quick count of two. Daisuke then lifts up Lance before he throws him over head with a big exploder suplex. Daisuke then makes a cover for another count of two as on the outside of the ring Keiji Mutoh looks on happy at his clients performance.

Daisuke then lifts up Lance before he attempts a argentine backbreaker rack only to have Lance drop down behind him. Daisuke then turns round into a running boot to the face by Lance. Sekimoto drops to a knee stunned as Lance then runs his thumb across his throat before hitting the ropes. Lance is clearly looking for another boot only to have Sekimoto catch him by the leg before he spins him round and hits a high angled belly to back suplex. Archer is stunned as Sekimoto then rolls him through before he hits a big bridging german suplex before bridging through for the pin. one....Two....Three

Joe: And the winner of the match and still Champion Daisuke Sekimoto.

The crowd boos as Daisuke Sekimoto slowly climbs to his feet in the ring. Daisuke is then joined by Keiji Mutoh who presents his client with his TV title. The show then cuts to a commercial with the champion holding his belt high in the air.

Dave: It is now time for our second Number One Contenders tournament match. This is one all the fans have definitely been waiting for as it is the rematch from Paradise lost seeing Prince Devitt fight Zach Sabre Jr.

MVP: This is the match everyone is waiting for as we will see a rematch from what in everyone's opinion was the best match in Pro Wrestling R history. So I personally cannot wait to see these two possibly top it.

Match Seven: Prince Devitt vs Zach Sabre Jr - Number One Contender's Quarter Final

The bell rings to start the match and these two quickly circle around one another before they lock up. Devitt quickly takes a head lock on Zach only to then be shoved off into the ropes. Devitt springs off of the ropes and looks for a clothesline only to have Zach duck under it. Devitt then hits the ropes once more and comes off of the ropes looking for a dropkick whilst Sabre thinks the same thing. Both men hit the canvas and roll to their feet as the crowd cheers. Devitt and Sabre then circle around one another once again before Devitt throws a right hook.

Sabre ducks the hook and attempts a roundhouse only to have Devitt duck under that. Both men then charge at one another before they hit each other with a clothesline putting them both down on the canvas. The crowd is surprisingly split as a concerned Brett Dibiase looks on from outside of the ring. Both men then slowly climb to their feet before Zach goes for a spin kick only to have Devitt duck before hitting a chop block on Sabre. Sabre collapses to the mat as Devitt smirks. Fergal then stomps on the same leg several times before dropping an elbow across the side of Sabre's knee.

Zach screams out in pain as Devitt then drags him to his feet before grabbing him by the same leg. It appears Devitt may be getting ready for a Dragon Screw Leg Whip only to be met with a enzugiri kick right to the back of the head. A stunned Devitt takes a knee as Zach then hits the ropes. Zach then hits a spinning heel kick on Prince Devitt but as he staggers to his feet he is clearly feeling the effects from the work on his knee earlier. Devitt then staggers to his feet only to then be met with a rolling cartwheel kick by Zach Sabre Jr which puts him down on the canvas.

Sabre then makes a cover on the downed Devitt only to have Fergal kick out at a count of two. An anxious Brett Dibiase pounds on the ring apron as Sabre then lifts Devitt to his feet before meeting him with a series of hard knees to the mid section from a clinch before he hits a flying knee right to the jaw of Devitt. Devitt staggers back as Zach then looks for a round house kick only to have Devitt duck and hit him with a lariat right on the leg he has been working over. Sabre drops to a knee in pain as Devitt then pushes off of the ropes with a big dropkick to the face of Sabre.

Sabre is down as Devitt then makes a cover only to have Zach kick out at a count of two. A angered Devitt climbs to his feet before he climbs up to the top rope. Devitt then leaps off of the top looking for a big double stomp only to have Sabre roll out of the way at the last second. Devitt to his credit is able to land on his feet before rolling through. As Sabre gets to his feet Devitt charges him only to be hit with a right hand by Zach. Devitt staggers back allowing Zach to hit him with a big neckbreaker putting him down on the canvas. Zach then makes a cover for a quick count of two.

Sabre then slowly climbs to his feet and motions for the superkick. Devitt slowly begins to stagger to his feet as Zach goes for the superkick only to have Devitt side step before he kicks him in the mid section. Devitt then goes for the Bloody Sunday only to have Zach spin out before he plants him with a Michinoku Driver. The crowd cheers as Zach then makes a cover. One...Two....Devitt kicks out! Sabre slowly climbs to his feet and stalks Devitt as he begins to get up. Zach then goes for a Tornado Kick only to have Devitt duck under before he hits a Brainbuster. Devitt then rolls through for a cover. One....Two.....Sabre kicks out

The crowd explodes into cheers as a shocked Devitt slowly begins to get to his feet. Devitt then lifts up Sabre before he looks for a Prince's Throne. However a game Zach begins to hit him with several hard elbows to the side of the head. Devitt drops to a knee as Sabre then drops down behind him. Sabre then begins to line up a kneeling Devitt for a superkick when suddenly....

Sell your Soul by Hollywood Undead plays from the titantron. Sabre looks to the ramp where 'The Socially Relevant Superstar' Alex Shelley slowly walks out from the back. Alex has a cocky smirk on his face and this distraction allows Prince Devitt to hit him with a hard kick to the back of his leg. Zach falls to a knee and Devitt then spikes him into the canvas with a Reverse Bloody Sunday before he makes a cover. One....Two.....Three.

Joe: And the winner of the match Prince Devitt.

The crowd boos loudly as Devitt slowly climbs to his feet before raising his arm high in the air. Devitt is then joined in the ring by Brett Dibiase who gives his client a big hug as on the ramp a smug Alex smirks.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The camera then cuts to inside a darkened area. In the distance several scratching sounds can be heard. As a few seconds pass it is apparent this is from a match being struck. As the match lights up it illuminates a small section of this darkened room and the person holding the match is Elijah Burke. The live crowd can be heard booing as Elijah slowly lights a bronze candlestick. With the candles alight we see more of this dank room and in front of Burke are numerous followers including Tommy End, Robert Dreissker and Brian Cage.

Elijah: Where there is darkness there will always be light. Where there is love there will be hate and where there is good there will always be evil. I want you to remember that my children because as it has been proven in this world. Some men who have the best intentions have caused some of the worst things imaginable. So whilst we can all state that I want to help you and I want to help the world sometimes I have to do questionable things to get there.

Everyone in the room nods their head.

Elijah: It was never my intention to cause harm. It was never my intention to hurt. All I wanted to do was help people. Help them take that next step. Heal them from the problems that caused them to suffer and release them from their bounds. I helped you Brother Brian when no one else believed in you. Now you are considered a star in the making. I helped you brother Robert make a name for yourself when no one was aware of what talent you had. And as for you brother Tommy I will help you just like I did brother Robert in getting your nae out there. And I will help all of you continue to better yourself on the path to enlightenment.

Burke smiles creepily.

Elijah: But alas some people believe they can go it alone. Now normally I am a believer in the art of free will but sometimes an exception shall be made. For sometimes I see someone with potential to reach true enlightenment but fail to break through their own personal barriers. That is why Akira I have been trying to help you. Everything I do is not out of hate. It's out of love. I feel that I can truly make a difference in your life and as I have stated in the past I will do what ever it takes to make you realize that. Even if it means punishing your fellow non believers tonight.

Elijah's smile begins to fade.

Elijah: Mark my works Akira. Eventually there will come a time in your life when you look at yourself in the mirror and you realize that you need help. That you need to overcome your demons. That you need guidance to take that step forward. And I assure you Kevin Steen cannot give you the help you need. Johnny Gargano Cannot help you. Chuck Taylor cannot help you. But I... I can help you. All you have to do is see the Light.

With that Elijah blows out the flames on the candles as the camera cuts back to ringside.

Dave: With two tournament matches done we are now on to our third one and the winner of this match will take on the winner of our next match between Lashley and Alex Shelley.

MVP: Bennett and Jacobs. Neither man definitely care about winning popularity contests. Jacobs is the demented psycho and Bennett as we know is cocky as hell. I think we can all agree though despite him being a bit bigger then Jacobs. There is no doubt that Jacobs is the overwhelming favorite here.

Match Eight: Jimmy Jacobs vs Mike Bennett - Number One Contender's Quarter Final

The bell rings to start the match and these two quickly circle around one another before they lock up. Bennett shoves Jacobs back before he smirks arrogantly and raises an arm in the air. Jimmy does not seem to be impressed as he then darts behind Mike before going for a waist lock. Bennett counters and sends Jimmy off into the ropes. Jacobs springs off of the ropes and is met with a shoulder tackle by Bennett putting him down on the canvas. Mike then attempts an elbow drop only to have Jacobs roll out of the way at the last second. Bennett then slowly climbs to his feet where he is met with a hard left hand by Jimmy.

Jacobs then follows up with another punch staggering Mike back before he hits the ropes. Jimmy springs off of the ropes only to have Mike attempt a hip toss. Jacobs blocks it before countering with a hip toss of his own. Bennett slowly climbs to his feet and is met with a clothesline by Jacobs. Bennett staggers to his feet and is met with a dropkick by jacobs which sends him tumbling through the ropes and to the floor. Bennett slowly begins to get to his feet as Jacobs then hits the ropes. As Bennett stands up Jacobs dives through the ropes with a suicide dive onto Bennett.

The crowd is split with half chanting Bennett sucks and the other half chanting Fuck you Jimmy. Jimmy slowly begins to climb to his feet before he rolls Mike Bennett into the ring. Jacobs then climbs up onto the ring apron before he climbs onto the turnbuckle. Bennett slowly gets to his feet as Jacobs leaps off for a cross body block on Bennett putting him down on the canvas for a quick count of two. As Jacobs climbs to his feet he nods his head before stomping on the downed Bennett several times. Jimmy then drags Mike to his feet before kneeing him in the mid section.

Jimmy then hits the ropes but as he springs off he is met with a power slam by Mike Bennett. Bennett then staggers back and attempts to catch his breath before he stalks Jacobs as he climbs to his feet. Bennett then quickly takes Jacobs over with a fireman's carry before he follows up with a dropkick of his own putting Jimmy down on the canvas. Mike then makes a cover for a quick count of two from the referee. Jacobs staggers to his feet and Mike then follows up with a spinebuster on Jacobs driving him into the canvas before he makes a cover for another count of two.

Jacobs is down as Mike then slowly climbs up to the top rope before raising his arms in the air. Mike then leaps off of the top rope looking for a big elbow drop only to have Jacobs roll out of the way at the last second. Mike hits the canvas hard as Jacobs rolls to his feet. Mike slowly starts to get to his feet as he is then met with a running curb stomp driving Mike into the canvas. Mike is down as Jimmy then makes a cover for a count of two from the referee. Bennett is still down as Jacobs then begins to motion for the Contra Code. Mike then slowly begins to stagger to his feet as Jacobs readies him for the Contra Code.

However before Jacobs can hit the move he is shoved off into the corner by Bennett. Bennett then charges Jacobs only to be met with a boot to the face. Mike staggers back as Jacobs then climbs up to the top rope before he leaps off for a DDT. Bennett attempts to block it mid move only to have Jacobs instead lock in the End Time. Bennett is still standing as Jacobs has the guillotine locked in tight. Mike appears to be fading in the hold as he staggers backwards. It seems Bennett is slowly going out as he just barely grabs the rope forcing Jacobs to release the hold.

Jacobs backs up as a stunned Bennett climbs back to his feet. Jacobs smirks as he sees Bennett is still fazed from the choke. Jimmy goes for a leaping reverse STO only to have Mike grab the top rope. Jacobs whip lashes off of the canvas as the crowd look on in shock. Jacobs then staggers to his feet and Mike hits him with the Box Office Smash driving him into the canvas. Mike then makes a cover as the crowd looks on shocked. One.....Two.....Three.

Joe: And the winner of the match Mike Bennett.

The crowd is pretty much in shock as Mike Bennett slowly climbs to his feet. Mike then raises his arm in the air before he rolls out of the ring and to the floor. As Bennett tries to catch his breath he smirks arrogantly.

The camera then cuts to the locker room where Kevin Steen can be seen standing by with Akira Tozawa, Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano.

Kevin: Guys tonight is our night. You know I won't give some bullshit do this for yourself and your children motivational speech. But tonight is important. Tonight we have a chance to bring an end to the coven of Elijah Burke. We get to save Cage, Dreissker and End from his grasps and we get to give Elijah the beating he deserves.

Gargano: Just think. All this bullshit with Elijah it can end tonight. We just got to know exactly what we are doing.

Chuck: That's easy. We eliminate Tommy, Brian and Robert and that leaves Elijah. Then when he gets taught a lesson in theory the cult should end.

As the three men talk Akira just stares into the distance.

Kevin: Akira?

Akira does not respond.

Kevin: Earth to Akira.... AKIRA WAKE UP!

Akira looks up at Kevin.

Johnny: Are you OK dude? You've been really quiet today. Normally we get some swear words from you or something.

Akira: I'm fine.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dave: It is now time for our final Tournament match of the evening and as we know the winner of this match will take on Mike Bennett.

MVP: This is an interesting match. You have the power house Lashley taking on the cocky and experienced Alex Shelley.

Match Nine: Alex Shelley vs Bobby Lashley - Number One Contender's Quarter Final

The bell rings to start the match and Shelley and Lashley slowly circle around one another before locking up. Bobby Lashley quickly displays his power taking Alex Shelley over with a fireman's carry. Alex scrambles to his feet as Lashley then follows up with a shoulder tackle on Alex Shelley putting him on the canvas once again. Shelley climbs to his feet and yells at Lashley that he cannot do this time him as he dates movie stars and is BFFs with Justin Bieber. Alex then charges at Bobby again only to be once again hit with a shoulder tackle putting him down on the canvas.

Alex rolls out to the floor as Lashey raises an arm in the air to a surprising amount of boos from the crowd. In fact it has to be said there are more people cheering Alex despite his actions earlier in the night then there are cheering Lashley. Bobby then climbs out of the ring but as he looks round there is no sign of Alex Shelley. Lashley looks under the ring apron and still cannot find him but as he goes to walk round the ring Alex hops onto the stairs which he was crouching behind and hits Bobby with a flying clothesline putting him down on the floor.

With Lashley down Shelley stomps at him several times whilst yelling for every stomp he lands he will get another Twitter follower. Alex then rolls under the apron going under the ring as a confused Lashley climbs to his feet. Bobby is confused as to Shelley's whereabouts and as he again looks under the apron Alex comes out from the opposite side of the ring before he rolls into the ring. Lashey stands up but fails to notice Alex until it is too late and he is met with a baseball slide dropkick sending Bobby crashing back into the guard rail as the crowd cheers.

Bobby staggers forward as Alex then dives over the top rope taking out Bobby Lashley as the crowd cheers. Alex then slowly climbs to his feet before he raises his arm in the air. Shelley then takes a bow before he drags Bobby to his feet and drives him into the ring apron. Lashley drops to a knee as Alex then kicks him to the side of the head. With Lashley stunned as Alex drags him to his feet and rolls him into the ring. Bobby is dazed as Alex Shelley then climbs onto the apron. Alex then climbs up to the top rope as Lashley staggers to his feet. Shelley leaps off of the top rope only to be caught in mid air with a belly to belly suplex by Lashley.

Bobby then hits the ropes as Alex staggers to his feet and hits him with a big shoulder tackle putting Alex down on the canvas. Lashley then follows up with a big clothesline on Alex before he lifts him up over his head and drops him with a big military press slam. Alex hits the canvas hard before he slowly rolls to his feet. Alex is clearly winded by the press slam as Lashley then follows up with a T-Bone Suplex which sends Alex tumbling out of the ring and to the floor. As Alex staggers to his feet he nods his head before taking a deep breath and begins to walk up the ramp.

The crowd boos as Shelley is walking out on this match but as he reaches the top of the ramp Zach Sabre Jr walks out onto the stage. The crowd cheers as Shelley begins to slowly back up down the ramp. As Shelley reaches the bottom of the ramp Lashley leaves the ring and Alex backs right up into Lashley. Shelley slowly turns round and is tossed into the ring by Bobby. Bobby then hops up onto the ring apron as Zach Sabre Jr walks around the outside of the ring. Bobby then climbs into the ring only to have Alex hit him with a series of hard punches.

Shelley then gives Sabre the finger before he hits the ropes but as he springs off he is met on the return with a crushing spear from Bobby lashley. Lashley then hoists Alex up before he drives him into the canvas with a Dominator. The crowds reaction is mixed as Lashley then makes a cover. One....Two....Three.

Joe: And the winner of the match Bobby Lashley.

Lashley climbs to his feet in the ring before raising his arm high in the air. Bobby then leaves the ring as Zach Sabre climbs into the ring. As a winded Alex Shelley climbs to his feet Zach lunges at him and hits him with a couple of punches only to have Alex escape out of the ring. Shelley then exits through the crowd as a pissed off Sabre watches on.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The camera then cuts to the hallway of the arena where we see Chris Jericho talking with a member of the production crew. After a few moments the crew member walks off and Jericho heads off in the other direction only to come face to face with Prince Nana.

Nana: Well Well Well. If it isn't Chris Jericho. How are you feeling Christopher?

Chris: Fine. I guess. Why?

Nana: Can't a man simply ask how one of his colleagues is doing?

Chris: Not when he is managing that colleagues opponent tonight.

Nana smiles.

Nana: Fine. I wanted to see if you was 100% so that way when Uhaa defeats you. You have no excuses regarding the result.

Chris: No excuses... That's funny. Considering the only excuses that will be made are by you after I beat Uhaa Nation tonight.

Nana: your belief is impressive... But I assure you. Tonight Uhaa's reign will not be ending.... The only thing in danger of ending tonight is your career.

Nana then walks off down the hall as a pissed off Jericho looks on.

Dave: Our next contest of the evening is one of our more anticipated battles as we see the Coven take on Akira Tozawa, Chuck Taylor, Johnny Gargano and Kevin Steen in an elimination tag team match.

MVP: Elijah Burke has caused a ton of chaos in Pro Wrestling R and I know commentators are supposed to be unbiased but I hope Akira, Steen and Fish kill the Coven tonight. And what you have to remember although you still need to tag in and out to be considered the legal man there are relaxed rules in this match so weapons are legal and there are no count outs.

Match Ten: Akira Tozawa/Chuck Taylor/Johnny Gargano/Kevin Steen vs Brian Cage/Elijah Burke/Robert Dreissker/Tommy End

The bell rings to start the match and it is Tommy End who starts out for his team against Chuck Taylor. Taylor and End circle around one another before End fires off hard leg kick to Taylor. Chuck clearly feels it as he drops to a knee before quickly getting to his feet. End rushes in swinging punches at Chuck hitting him with a right and a left which backs him in the corner. End then lands a hard kick to the mid section before he hits the ropes and lands a running boot to the face of Chuck Taylor. Taylor staggers forward and is taken over with a snapmare before being kicked hard across the back.

Taylor yells out in pain as he arches up before falling back onto the canvas. End then makes a cover only to have Chuck kick out at a count of one. End climbs to his feet before lifting up Chuck. Tommy then goes for a leaping kick only to have Chuck side step. End crashes on the canvas. End slowly climbs to his feet gripping his mid section as Chuck then lifts him up and drops him with a atomic drop before making a cover of his own for a quick count of one. Taylor then climbs to his feet before waiting for End to get up. Once End is up Chuck then hits him with a dropkick.

Taylor then makes the tag out to Gargano who gets a massive reaction from the crowd. Gargano then springs into the ring with a spear on End as the crowd cheers. Gargano then makes a cover on the downed End only to have End kick out at a count of two. Johnny then grabs Tommy and sets him up for a scoop slam only to have End drop down behind him before making a tag out to Brian Cage. Cage enters the ring and circles round Gargano before they lock up. Brian then quickly throws Johnny to the ground in a display of his power before flexxing his muscles to boos from the crowd.

Gargano climbs to his feet and charges at Brian only to be met with a knee to the mid section. Brian then hoists Gargano in the air before throwing him across the ring with a big scoop slam. Gargano is down on the mat as Cage then hits the ropes before landing a big running elbow across the chest of Gargano. Brian then makes a cover only to have Johnny kick out at a count of two. Cage climbs to his feet before he then makes the tag out to Robert Dreissker. Dreissker climbs into the ring as Gargano slowly gets to his feet and quickly hits him with a big shoulder tackle.

Robert then follows up with a belly to belly suplex on Johnny before he hits the ropes. Dreissker springs off of the ropes looking for a splash only to have Gargano roll out of the way at the last second. Dreissker hits the mat. A winded Robert then takes a knee only to be driven into the canvas with an ace crusher by Gargano. The crowd explodes into cheers as Johnny then makes the tag out to Chuck Taylor. Taylor then climbs up to the top rope on the turnbuckle but as he leaps off he is caught in mid air by Dreissker who plants him with a 2 handed choke bomb. The crowd boos as Robert then makes a cover. One....Two....Three

The camera then cuts to the office of PWR Management Rep Armando Estrada. Standing by in the office are Bobby Lashley, Mike Bennett (w/Maria and Joe Doering) and Bobby Roode. Just then the door opens and in walks Prince Devitt closely followed by Allison Skipper and Brett Dibiase.

Prince: What the fuck are they all doing here?

Estrada: Calm down Fergal. There will be no violence here.

Devitt just nods his head in disgust.

Estrada: I called the four of you here to congratulate you for your wins tonight.

Roode: Is that it?

Estrada: No. I also wanted to let you all know to your face who you will be facing next.

Everyone in the room looks to Estrada.

Bennett: Alright fine. Well being that I am winning this thing. Let me know who my next step to the top is.

Estrada smirks.

Estrada: Ah Mr. Bennett. You have done fantastic lately. Exceeded expectations and more so. Your opponent in fact has done the same. See your semi final match will be against Bobby Lashley.

Bennett looks a little nervous as he looks over at the smirking Lashley. After a few seconds Bennett smiles.

Bennett: Don't worry me. I'll beat you just as easy.

Estrada: Which in turn means Bobby Roode you will be facing Prince Devitt.

Devitt and Roode turn to face one another.

Roode: I always knew this day would happen.

Devitt: I just hoped for your sake it would have happened further down the line. But everyone loses to me eventually.

Roode smirks arrogantly.

Devitt: What's so funny?

Roode: Just that as is the case with animals it is always the little shit of a dog that has the biggest bark.

Devitt: What did you just say?

Estrada: Everyone calm down.... NOW.

????????: Yes everyone please calm down.

Everyone in the room then looks to the doorway where standing by is Ryan Nemeth.

Ryan: Boys, girls, Tournament advancers. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ryan Nemeth agent to the stars. Now I want you all to know I have been really impressed with each and everyone one of you. To the point that I'd consider representing any one of you. So if you really want to make that next step. Take my card and give me a call.

Ryan then reaches into his jacket pocket and pulls out a stack of cards before passing them to Maria.

Ryan: Do me a favor pretty lady. Make yourself useful and pass these out to everyone. I have an important Brunch to attend to

.

Nemeth then quickly leaves the office as the cameras cut back to ringside.

Dave: It is now time for our next match of the evening and it is one of our more highly anticipated clashes of the evening as The Briscoes take on the Young Bucks.

MVP: Everyone is talking about this match. Two of the more high profile teams in Pro Wrestling R with two very differing out looks. But they have two things in common. One is they are both highly talented and the other is they have all won numerous tag titles apart from the PWR Tag Team Championships.

Dave: Based on both teams success Armando Estrada has given this match an extended time limit of 45 minutes. So all I can say ladies and gentleman is sit back and enjoy what is sure to be an excellent match.

Match Eleven: The Briscoes vs The Young Bucks

The bell rings to start the match and it is Mark Briscoe who starts out for his team against Nick Jackson. The two men quickly go nose to nose before Nick shoves Mark hard. Mark steps back before he responds with a hard right hand staggering back Nick. As a nasty red mark appears on the chest of Nick Mark then runs Nick head first into the turnbuckle.

Nick staggers back as Mark then attempts a half nelson suplex. However as Mark throws Nick over for a half nelson suplex Nick is able to land on his feet. Slick Nick is then able to hit Mark with a knee to the mid section before he takes Mark over with a snap mare. Nick then follows up with a dropkick to the shoulders of Mark. Mark falls back onto the canvas before he makes a cover for a quick count of one. Nick then climbs to his feet before he makes a tag out to Mr Instant Replay Matt Jackson. Jackson then climbs into the ring before he stomps on the downed Mark.

As Matt gets to his feet he taunts the crowd to loud boos before he then follows up with a spiral leg drop on the downed Mark. Matt then makes a cover for a quick count of two from the referee. As a rabid Jay stomps on the canvas Matt then lifts Mark to his feet. Matt then attempts a suplex only to have Mark counter and hit a suplex of his own. As Matt writhes on the canvas Mark then makes the much needed tag out to Jay.

Jay climbs into the ring with a full head of steam and he quickly hits Matt with a clothesline before he follows up with a beautiful scoop slam. Jay then staggers forward into a super kick from Matt. The crowd boos loudly as Jay hits the canvas hard. Matt then makes a cover only to have Jay somehow manage to kick out at a count of two. A pissed off Matt Jackson yells at the referee that the count was slow before he kicks the bottom ring rope in frustration. Matt then has another go at the referee before he stomps on the downed Jay.

Matt then tags out to Nick who quickly springs into the ring with a leg drop across the chest of the downed Jay. Nick then nods at Matt before Matt lifts Jay up in a wheel barrow hold allowing Nick to hit a sit out face buster on Jay. Nick then makes a cover on the downed Jay only to have Jay kick out once again at two. The crowd boos loudly as Nick then climbs to his feet. Nick then begins to bang his foot on the canvas signalling for a super kick. As Jay staggers to his feet a cocky smirk appears on the face of Nick. Nick goes for the super kick only to have Jay side step before he presses Nick up in the air before dropping him into a death valley driver.

The crowd cheers loudly as both men are laid out on the canvas. With Mark and Matt on the apron each begging for a tag from their partners the crowd is solidly behind the Briscoe Brothers. Both Jay and Nick then begin a slow crawl to their respective corners. Both men are able to make a tag out to their brothers and as Mark and Matt climb into the ring they charge at each other in the center of the ring. The two men then begin to trade punches in the center of the ring. The crowd cheers for every punch thrown by Mark and boos for every shot thrown by Matt.

Matt then makes the tag out to Nick and as his brother begins to get in the ring Matt drags Mark to his feet. Matt then lifts Mark onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry position as it looks like the brothers are setting up for the More bang for your Buck only to have Jay climb into the ring to even up the odds.

Jay quickly attacks Nick as Mark manages to drop down behind Matt. The crowd explodes into cheers as the Briscoes and the Young Bucks begin brawling right in the center of the ring. After a few back and forth strikes Matt is able to lay out Mark with a super kick whilst Jay drops Nick with a Crucible. Jay and Matt then charge at one another and quickly lay each other out with a double lariat as the bell suddenly rings.

Dave: Well ladies and gentleman after a big evening we have only one contest left and it is for the Wrestle Kingdom Championship as Uhaa Nation defends his title against Chris Jericho.

MVP: This is all set to be a great contest. I have known Chris for a very long time and man I cannot stress just how excited he is for this match and how hard he has trained. Uhaa is going to have a tough task here.

Main Event: Uhaa Nation vs Chris Jericho - Wrestle Kingdom Championship Match

The bell rings to start the match and as Jericho walks forward it is clear by the look on Uhaa's face that he has no respect for the skills of the Canadian. Jericho charges at Uhaa only to have Nation fling him into the corner with ease before drilling him with a hard knee to the mid section. Another big knee follows as Uhaa then drives a back elbow to the side of the head of Chris Jericho. A stunned Jericho then staggers forward into a big clothesline from Uhaa. With Jericho down Uhaa then makes a cover only to have Chris kick out just after a count of one.

Jericho slowly climbs to his feet and is met with a hard knee to the mid section by Uhaa. Uhaa then clubs Chris across the back with a hard forearm before he hits the ropes. But as he springs off he is surprised with a sleeper slam by Jericho. The crowd cheers as Jericho then slowly climbs to his feet. Nation then quickly scrambles to his feet as Jericho springs off of the middle rope and lands a dropkick to the chest of Uhaa. Uhaa staggers back into the corner only to then be met with a running dropkick right to the grill in the corner as the crowd cheers.

Uhaa staggers forward and Jericho takes him over with a hurricanrana. On the outside of the ring a shocked Prince Nana looks concerned as Jericho then hits a lion sault on the downed Uhaa before he makes a cover only to have Uhaa power out at a count of two. Jericho looks shocked as he climbs to his feet but after a couple of seconds he begins to motion for a Code Breaker. Uhaa Nation then slowly climbs to his feet as Jericho then runs at him. Chris then jumps up for a Code Breaker only to have Uhaa catch him. Uhaa then drives him violently into the canvas with a power bomb.

Uhaa keeps a hold of Jericho before he lifts him up and hits another big power bomb. It is clear these are having an effect as Uhaa then hoists Jericho up once again before he drives him into the canvas for a third power bomb for the All out Assault. Jericho is down as Uhaa then makes a cover only for it to be Jericho this time who shockingly kicks out at a count of two. Uhaa then climbs to his feet as a concerned Nana yells at him to stop messing around and finish it already. Uhaa nods his head before he lifts up the stunned Jericho and puts him on his shoulders in a fireman's carry position.

Uhaa roars out before he looks to spin Jericho out for a F5 only to have Jericho counter mid move with a Code Breaker. The crowd explodes into cheers as a stunned Uhaa staggers back. Jericho then follows up with a second Code Breaker which takes Uhaa off of his feet as the crowd cheers. Jericho then covers the downed Uhaa as a horrified Prince Nana watches on. One...Two.....Uhaa kicks out! The crowd cannot believe it and nor can Chris Jericho as he slowly climbs to his feet. Jericho then nods his head before he grabs Uhaa's legs and looks to set up for the Walls of Jericho.

However as he grabs Uhaa's legs he is met with a nasty up kick by Uhaa Nation right to the side of the head. Jericho drops to a knee stunned as Uhaa then slowly climbs to his feet. Jericho then charges at Uhaa only to be driven into the canvas with a vicious Standing Side Slam which drops Chris hard on the back of his head and neck. The expression on Uhaa's face shows he is clearly angered by Jericho as he then drags Jericho to his feet. Jericho is just swinging wildly as he is clearly disorientated by that move. None of Jericho's shots come even close to Uhaa.

Nation then nods his head before he hoists Jericho up onto his shoulders and drives him into the canvas with a leaping tombstone piledriver. With Jericho laid out Uhaa then lands the devastating Uhaa Combination before he hooks the leg for a cover. One.....Two.....Three.

Joe: And the winner of the match and still champion Uhaa Nation.

The crowd boos loudly as Uhaa Nation slowly climbs to his feet. Uhaa is then joined in the ring by Prince Nana as the referee passes him his title. Uhaa then raises the belt high in the air as the referee tends to the downed Jericho. The show then comes to a close with a smirking Nana watching on as Uhaa places the belt on his shoulder.

Dave: Another destructive performance by Uhaa Nation.

MVP: Uhaa is a beast. I did not expect him to beat Jericho like that yet he did. Super impressive by Uhaa there.

Dave: Well fans unfortunately that is all we have time for tonight. Please make sure you tune in next time for more PWR action.
